  • Job well done. You never quite know what lies underneath until the old roofing is stripped away. Well, in our case, a lot of wood needed to be replaced. Added repair costs were reasonable and our new roof has been brought up to code with top quality materials and workmanship. No worries about having the best possible roof on our home. Thanks Westfall!

  • After reviewing before and after pictures Roof was really dirty. Excellent job perform plus outside surroundings around the house were cleaned and even my entrance walkway and driveway was perfectly cleaned. Will definitely use Superior Peaks in the future and give a Great recommendation to Family, Friends and mostly our Neighbors.

  • Great! George, the owner, returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. He explained where the leak was coming from on the roof and pointed out a few minor issues as well. He is very knowledgeable, professional and proficient. He kept us up to date and informed. He repaired an area of loose shingles, sealed exhaust vent, and popped out and replaced nail from shingle all contributing to our leak. We highly recommend Superior Roofing Services for their excellent service and value...you won't be disappointed. Thanks George.

  • I can only comment on the customer service I received as I never got far in the process of having a new roof installed. I had claimed a deal on Angie's List for a new roof. A gentleman came out and said that our roof did not qualify. I understood and had no problem with that. I still wanted an estimate for a new roof though. He did take the measurements and said that the estimate would be sent to me. A week or so later I got a message on Angie's List asking if I received it and I said no. He asked for an address so he could take measurements. I told him that he already came out and did that. I guess he never found the measurements and/or estimate as I never got another response. All I can say is that the customer service part of this was not very professional. I can't put a review on here for the quality of work as they never did any work.

  • Great experience, fantastic customer service and good work at great price. Dealing with everyone from office staff, to estimator to work crew to owner, all had great customer service skills and always were a pleasure to work with. Job turned out great and they left the job site cleaner then what it was when they started. Would never hesitate to use them again.

  • The tarp leaked. I had originally requested that they re-roof my rental properties. They did not tell me there was a 6 month waiting list before I sent in a $2,000. They refused to return the deposit when requested. They subsequently installed a tarp that leaked, resulting in thousands of dollars in damages. They failed to release permits even after they received payment in full. These people are unscrupulous and their work is shoddy.

  • In August of 2016 the previous homeowner had Westchase Roofing install a new roof. In Nov 2016 we purchased the home and the Platinum warranty for the roof was transferred. In April of 2018 we had a huge rain storm and within a couple days that is when we noticed our wood floors were wet and started to mold and trying to buckle. Naturally I called our homeowners insurance, and did some investigating, thinking it was a pipe in the wall that broke. We personally could not find the leak, we had our insurance hire a leak detection service. It took leak detection 3 hours to find that it was actually a screw left behind in the vent stack by the roofing company before they hammered the lead boot in place. Which in turn made a hole in the lead boot. Now upon finding this, we found that as the water was able to get in, it would trickle down onto our pressurized pipes. Which is why it lead us to believe it was a broken pipe. However, that was not the case at all ever. It was the screw that punctured a hole in the lead boot upon installation of the roof initially. And given certain rain conditions the water would get in and into our walls all unannounced to us until this April 2018 rainstorm. Upon leak detection's report, we contacted Westchase Roofing. Terrell from Westchase contacted us back within 24 hours and he had one of his employees come out and fix the boot. He stated to us during this visit that it was their fault and that he would "Get with the powers that be as to whom was going to pay for the damage inside that this caused. Weather it be the owners of the company or they would put a claim into their insurance company." I verified that information back to him. We waited a week to hear an answer. And then contacted Terrell again, via text messaging, as that is how he has communicated before. He did not respond. My husband proceeded to call and leave a voicemail a couple days later on a Monday. Terrell did call him back within 24 hours, and told him that they were waiting to hear back from Owens Corning. Whom had nothing to do with this, as this is a workmanship issue. Now we are here a couple days later, with a response that is very unethical and unprofessional, that they are refusing to fix the damage that this has done to the inside of our home. We have over $60,000 of damage, between wood floors, kitchen cabinets and a load bearing wall among two other walls all with mold inside. They are responsible for this damage and what they did. I wouldn't hire this company if my life depended upon it. God forbid this happens to you! They would leave you with hundreds of dollars of damage and tell you its your fault! You really want to risk that?

  • Shingle masters was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Eric worked with me to choose the right products for my home and budget. At 7:00 am on my start day, My project manager Chris was at my door - with a full crew, they worked from dawn until dark and had the job done in two days. Everything was done quickly and thoroughly - problems were addressed, not covered up. I definitely made the right choice by hiring them and would highly recommend.

  • This was the second roof that Randy has done for us. Both times he was very efficient and did a great job on the roof replacements. He used good quality materials, which included shingles and modified bitumen, and did quality installation. His crew is polite and does a good job of cleanup before they leave.

  • It went very well. The men arrived in a timely fashion and did the repairs in two days. It looks very good and the head of the repair team, (JR) explained exactly what needed to be done. He took my paint sample and matched it exactly so the new façade would be the same original color.
