Roof Cleaning

Jamie was very professional and courteous. He kept in touch from the time we scheduled the appointment until the work was done (we had to reschedule once due to heavy rains). The roof looks fantastic. They were very careful to rinse all my landscaping with water after the roof clean, to make sure the cleaning materials didn't burn them. They also gave me information on keeping the plants clean if there is runoff. I was very pleased with every aspect of our interaction. I would definitely use them again.

I used Apple Roof Cleaning.

They were expensive. All of the mold and fungus was removed. I have beautiful tile, almost like a coffee brown, but when they have something growing on them it can really change the appearance of your home. They killed 10 of my shrubs which are large sections of my hedge. It's going to take years for the new ones to catch up. The appearance is not right. They do protect certain windows so there's a security thing there too.

I don't understand this review. The date you said we did the work was over 2 years ago, and you are just now leaving a review, 2 years later ? I don't recall ever doing any work for you, and if we did, and you have problems, why was it not brought to our attention, 2 years ago ? I am not saying we are don't make mistakes, but when we do, we take care of them. That is, when they are brought to our attention.

I had a very long driveway, large screened enclosure, stonework in pool area,large 2 story roof, patio, decking & exterior walls cleaned.

They were available within 1 week of first call. Very responsive. The job went well-looks like a new place. The screens had turned green on the 2 story 2000+ sq ft pool enclosure. Within an hour of spraying I can see the woods clearly again. They cleaned the rock of the waterfall spa. On an unused deck area they even sprayed the metal bench that had mold. A second helper stayed close by to spray water on plants to minimize any chemical burns to shrubs. This is the third time they have done my home in the past 10 years. I saw bent sprinkler after they left and called-they said they would be right over to fix it. When I mentioned the damage to my husband he knew another family member actually did it. I immediately called to tell them it as not something they did.After all the care they took I felt sorry I had called. I would definitely recommend them.

Cleaned Roof

Called and spoke to Chris who was very helpful and gave excellent tips regarding my situation.. to make a long story short we purchased a house in a HOA community and after closing we were told by neighbors (on the HOA board) that the roof had a previous violation due to discolor. After speaking with Chris (and given his years of knowledge dealing with HOA's I'm assuming) he said that I should contact my title company given that the seller didn't disclose this to us. Low and behold after a few days of finger pointing the title company cut a check for the full cost of the cleaning! I want to call Chris when purchasing my next house! Seriously, the roof looks great and saved money based on Chris's advice so I would recommend them to friends and family any day of the week!

Thanks (member name removed), we see this quite a lot. Sellers of a home get a roof cleaning letter from the homeowners association, then ignore it, and try to make the new owners pay for it. This is called nondisclosure, and is not only bad for your Karma, it is also illegal! I am happy I was able to assist you in getting your roof cleaned, at no cost to you. Many people call us to get their roof cleaned are also unaware they have a warranty from the shingle makers, that sometimes will also cover cleaning.

Cleaned roof and removed all of the black discoloration

Great. My roof is only 5 years old(shingle), but had begun to get those ugly black streaks about 6-8 mos ago and really made my home look unsightly. I wanted it cleaned but did not want to risk killing my shrubs around the house--my neighbor had suggested I just spray it with Chlorox. I found this company on line and after a long conversation with the owner, decided to give it a try. They delivered what they promised. My roof looks brand new. They asked me to water my plants around the house everyday for a week to help dilute any chemicals that were washed down the gutters. I would recommend them to anyone and only wish I had before and after pictures.

cleaned the roof of our home

A tentative date was set by the gentleman who answered the telephone with the understanding that Apple would call back to confirm the date. There was no call to confirm the date. When their team arrived, we weren't at home but they started the work anyway. When we came home and scrambled to put some of our outside plants out of harm's way of the chemicals used, some of these chemicals dripped onto my husband's shirt, bleaching out spots of color. When we addressed the lack of confirming call and the start of the work without our being home with the team, the response was a shrug. When the office was called to address our complaint, we were not surprised that there was no return call to that either.

Sorry for any misunderstanding. We clean roofs outside, and can not clean on cold, windy, or rainy days. This makes scheduling roof cleaning difficult, because we never know if the weather will cooperate, or how long each roof will take to clean, until we start. We prefer to take our time with each roof cleaning job we do, rather then rush through a job, because we have another job scheduled that day! We always call the day we are on the way, and never show up early in the morning, before 9 am. Most of our customers are never there, nor do we need them to be. We clean their roofs, and then they call us back with a credit card, or mail us a check. I spoke to my Son and his crew, who cleaned your roof. They told me the plants you moved did not need to be moved at all, because they were not in the drip line of the home. This is what you pay us for anyway, to clean your roof, and to protect your plants in the cleaning process. I do remember your phone call of complaint, but when I asked my guys if there was any problems, they told me you guys paid us, so I thought that was the end of it. Please understand I often get 30 to 50 phone calls a day, and sometimes, people can fall through the cracks. I am sorry the roof cleaning chemicals got on your shirt. This WAS our fault, because our groundperson should have stopped the person on your roof from spraying, when you were out moving plants. I yelled at him for this, and his excuse was he was busy watering your plants from the dripping chemicals on the other side of your home. He said he feared if he stopped watering your plants to tell you the plants you were moving did not need moved, your plants may have been compromised. Technically, he was correct, but you still have a ruined shirt. Because you guys paid us, I do not have your invoice anymore. But if you will call me at 813 655 8777, I will mail you a check for the shirt that was effected by our roof cleaning process Chris

Washed tile roof

Owner very friendly. Indicated work would be within next couple of weeks due to rains. He called me two days later and said his guy was on his way due to a break in the weather. Estimated work would be an hour and a half. Actual time was 3 hours and he did a fantastic job. I asked him to send me before and after pictures because I was not on site and he did. I was amazed!.I would use them again.

Thanks for the kind words! Getting a roof cleaned need not become a hassle for a homeowner. I would say that nearly 90 percent of our customers are not home, when we clean their roof. We clean the roof, then leave a bill, it is as simple as that! We always suggest that our customers make a copy of the invoice, before they send the original off to their homeowners association. Homeowners associations are well known for saying they never got proof the roof was cleaned. The last thing any homeowner wants is for their homeowners association to come snooping around their property. LOL, God only knows what other violations they will find ?
