    We trusted Dr Burg, I use the term doctor loosely, failed us. Ill never forgive myself for allowing him to treat my father. Everyone in my family, myself included, have varying levels of college degrees in nursing. First Dr Burg didnt take appropriate action when my father presented signs of cancer at 62. He knew my father had many illnesses, including a precancerous condition. We lost many valuable days. Dr. Burg should have immediately done a direct admission to a hospital and ordered a stat endoscopy. Instead he gave us referrals to a GI specialist and for a swallow study at our convenience. Despite the fact that my father was losing 3 to 4 lbs of bodyweight per day. We were all in shock but we trusted this physicians treatment plan. Stage 4 cancer was discovered about two weeks out from our visit with dr Burg. From diagnosis to death my father lived 26 days. Dr Burg didnt even come see my father at Manatee Memorial. Dad died from Sepsis caused by his cancer. He might have had a chance had Dr Burg reacted swiftly. As my father was dying, dr burg blamed my father for not taking proton pump inhibitors. He looked me in the eyes and said this to me, thats some serious nerve to say to someone, let alone another medical professional. He was Incorrect, my mother is a nurse and my father was always compliant with his GERD medications. He modified his diet to be compliant and exercised as much as he was able, which wasnt much because of other health conditions. Dad wanted to live. We all place at least partial blame on Andrew Burg and we always will.

    Dr. Brainard is the most amazing doctor I've ever known. She is thorough, knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things in detail. She is absolutely unbelievable. I am blessed to be able to see her. She is beyond amazing!!

    I've been a patient of Dr. Burg for about 7 years. I find him extremely knowledgeable on many medical areas. Its always been easy to get an appointment and wait times are usually short. I've never felt rushed. He always makes sure all my questions are answered. I find him very personable although he rarely will look you in the eye. That's not an issue with me, but it takes getting used to. The only negative I have is that too often the practice does not communicate test results. I have to call to get the answers. Overall, Dr. Burg is an A.

    I have always been able to see my preferred physician, K. Lipscomb M.D., and have received quality care for health issues, medical advice, recommendations, and courteous attention from this Doctor for many years.

    I originally went in asking a couple of extra questions. The NP was generous with her time. She sat down with me to take the time to answer any questions and concerns that I may have. She also scheduled additional tests to make sure that my mind was at ease.

    HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. VERY UNDERSTAFFED WITH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SUPPORT STAFF FOR THEIR PATIENT LOAD. FAMILIES, GO ELSEWHERE NOT HERE. dont use this clinic. they have too many patients and their nurses are *******, especially some secretary who acts like a nurse named KEERA - she is the worst. they dont have time to do a routine urinalysis for an annual physical and I think try to skin labs to save money. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR AND DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. TRUST ME. THEY ACT LIKE THEYRE TOO BUSY

    My primary physician is excellent. They have several doctors there, and they are all excellent. They are growing a little too much too fast. You could get immediate feedback, and they would get back to you straight away, but lately they have been slow. I think because they are growing and they are hiring people, and they have to train them.

    Dr. Natalie Borg is fabulous.  The office manager decided to "invite me not to return as a patient" because as she put it, " Dr. Natalie Borg said she tried as hard as she could to make me happy."  This makes no sense as I was quite happy with Dr. Borg.  I believe it had something to do with the fact that twice, someone in the office got the wrong prescription info.  Even on a refill of a daily med.  They just didn't want to admit it or deal with it since it could have been a potential legal issue if something had happened to me.  On both occasions, I called and notified them, as a matter of fact, on the last occasion, the office manager agreed completely with me.  I have everything written down.  I do not believe Dr. Natalie Borg knows anything about this.  She was a wonderful doctor.

    Found the office staff to be rude, told me if I didn't give my social
    security number the next time I came in they wouldn't see me.  No reason to, I paid cash, it didn't concern them. Also didn't listen to what I said, kept insisting on expensive
    treatment that counteracted medication I was already taking.  They said the other
    medication wasn't her concern.  Pushy and rude.

    My mom is nearly deaf without her hearing aids, has high anxiety, tremors and dementia. Dr. Borg's patience with my mother is outstanding. She is very clear with information and treatment options. She makes sure my mom hears and understands what she's saying. I never felt as though we were being rushed through the appointment. She could see that I was stressed out, being a caregiver, and kindly offered help and advice to me as well. I highly recommend Dr. Borg to everyone, elderly or not.
