RMH delivered as promised. They arrived when they said they would, and they completed the job exactly as they said they would. The fence looks great and the owner and installers were all great to deal with.

Robert and his team did an excellent job putting up our fence. The materials were great quality, his workers were prompt and friendly, and the job was done the way he said it would be and by the time he said it would be.

Andrew Babcock came out, ooked at Fences in condo village, since they needed to be duplicated. and sent me a quote. Work was done 2 months later.Preserved wood was used and had to set for 2months before staining. No discussion of conditions of warrenty were discussed, Andrew said fence could be painted to match others which I took at face value not anticipating that it would negate my warrenty. When it came to painting and finishing the job I was told by Theresa Dermody, co-owner of FF , that they only use Wood Defender stains and I ws offered 3 stains in a phamplet, one called Oxford Brown that looked like it may work. Two coats were applied, too much red was present and color did not meet Condo requirement. I called Wood Defender and spoke to Customer Service about how painting over stain may affect longevity of my fence. I told them of my problem in needing a darker brown and was informed Wood defender had a Coffee Brown stain that sounded perfect for my dillemma. Samples were sent to FF and myself. I tried color on a bare piece of preserved wood and it matched well. I asked if this was a new color they said it had always been available. I was upset that FF had acess to this color through their own Vendor and did not know it even existed. I paid$ 423.for the wrong color and was told my warrenty would be negated by painting the fence even though it had the Paint stain on it initially. None of these issues were discussed in the Contract I initially signed. My interactions with Theresa Dermody as the point person on the remainder of the job after construction were mostly through leaving messages on her answereing machine. When I did speak to her she did not own any responsibility for not offering the right color available through her own venndor. She saidd FF only uses 3 colors. I feel FF is not customer centered nor are they flexible with a client like myself who needed one aspect of Fence finishing outside their normal. I also had to have all top pieces of Fence replaced by them because of substantial bowing. Cost with FF was 2/3 more than other estimates and in the long run not worth it. I paid FF $423.00 to put on the wrong color of fence stain when the right color was available and $280. to have fence painted. I feel I am owed $280. for their lack knowledge and help in getting the right color through their own vendor.

The installers were very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I have used Florida Fence. I have run into communication issues both times. This time they communicated well with me up until the actual installation date. I wasn't contacted at all to set up a time. The installers just showed up first thing in the morning. I had cleaning up and digging I needed to finish up before the fence was installed. The installers were kind and helped me get a rough path for the fence. I wanted it to be on more even ground but I still had some roots to cut up thanks to Parks Tree Service not grinding the stump out well at all. Anyways, overall I like the materials they use. We had overlapping 6' picket installed with a single and double gates. The boards are nice and thick, not like the ones you get most other places. The fence is assembled there so they can contour it to the ground very well. The gates have welded aluminun reinforcement on the backs. The price is very reasonable for the quality. The communication just needs to be improved.

Wow - this company was amazing. Andy, my sales person, answered all 5489452 of my questions and talked me through my competitor quotes as well. This is the only fence company I spoke to that answered me back right away. Their automated system let me know exactly what step my new fence was in so I never questioned what was going on. They answered all of my emails and calls right away.

Price was great. Derek (salesman) was awesome! Local Tampa business. Prompt on time installation (2 week lead time which was normal). Installation only took 4/5hrs and they got the fence very close to the ground to keep dogs from escaping. Great company!

It took them twice the time they quoted me to start the project. I was quoted a month and it took exactly 2 months. When they wanted to start the salesman called me at 2pm and tells me they will be there first thing in the morning. At this point I had no idea when they would come. My and I decided to get a very large oak tree near the fence trimmed. I was a little annoyed I had hardly heard anything until "we'll be there in the morning". They were quick to reschedule at our convenience though. The crew was subcontracted. They were great guys. Very friendly and professional. They worked hard in the august sun to get it done punctually for us. They did hit our television and internet cable when digging. It was no fault of theirs. It was frontier's fault for not relocating the cable as they had apparently told the city who had come out and marked where they thought buried cables were. I called the salesman Andy who told me they would arrange everything to get it fixed. He did so very promptly and Theresa kept us in the loop very well and got us taken care of as quickly as they could. The fence quality is great. It was one of the reasons we decided to go with them. It is wooden stockade with overlapping boards. It's very thick and sturdy. The gates have heavy duty aluminum braces. I love it. The only minor issue is the one side the fence is sloppy looking height wise but I can mostly see it has to do with the uneven and slopping ground it is on along with the gate needing to be level. We have yard that does not drain the best but the foreman told us to call and they would get things fixed right away if it settled and caused issues. All in all we love it.

Don't deliver when they say they will. Don't return phone calls when they say they will. Said it would be 3-4 weeks from the contract signing. Going into week 6 and not sure when i will get the fence. Would not recommend using them

Initial meeting went ok, price was more than I thought it was going to be but I rationalized the savings over the life of the fence vs. a wooden fence. I signed the contract and was told it would be 4-6 weeks until installation since they had to apply for permits with the City of Bradenton. Then two weeks later, two guys in a unlabeled truck showed up at the house while I was at work and started the fence project. Would have been nice if this was arranged so I could be there. They worked quick and the fence looked good when they were done except for random black screws drilled in on a couple post. The next morning my sprinkler system turned on and I found out that they cut my sprinkler line in my bushes near the fence. Still waiting for someone from Foremost Fence to come out to inspect their work or have me sign off on a job completion sheet but I have yet to hear from them. Overall, the fence seems flimsy and work was completed just "Ok".

My only complaint is that their workers showed up several hours late to do the job because they were behind on a another job. That in itself doesn't bother me, but no one called to tell me that they would be late, I had to call them to find out what was going on.
