    Two words: NEVER AGAIN. This facility royally SUCKS. I went to the "Gettel Collision Center" in Bradenton, FL to have my right front fender repaired. They gave me back my car after 5 days (AND after the manager said he didn't like how the original work performed looked) with an obvious paint drip mark on the fender as well as rough edges on the fender that did not properly line up. Just a horrendous job. A High School Auto Body class would do a better job than this debacle. When I confronted the manager (Eric Erickson) he wouldn't admit (even after closely inspecting) the areas in question, that the job was performed not just poorly, but ridiculously BAD. I was not happy and asked for $817.91 which I had paid these knuckleheads to be refunded back to my Credit card. I have received nothing but silence. I advised USAA to never allow this shop to work on another USAA customer's car. I hope this review convinces others outside of USAA customers from even considering these BOZOS and their "Collision Center" to repair your cars's damage. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. SAVE YOURSELF WASTED MONEY AND AGGRAVATION.

    We bought our car here in 2011. They found a bunch of little things that were wrong. They get us in when we need to, and called a rental car company for us. They are good at working with my car insurance to get things fixed. It was so fast, it was amazing. We have been going for about 6 years now. They have a lounge that you can wait in, that is really nice. They have a television on with the news. They also make cookies (Chocolate Chip, etc.), and coffee. They do an excellent job, and it is well worth it to take your car here. They take care of you.

    I was in a small accident before Christmas and I was very upset with them. It took them 6 weeks to do it. It was their fault that things got delayed. Somebody didn't get the memo or didn't forward the memo during the holiday period to order the parts. I had to rent a car for 6 weeks. After I picked the car, I needed it earlier, because the rental car was not appropriate for my husbands illness and I had to take him to the doctor. They tell me the car is finally done, I picked it up and there was a small scratch infront of the bumber. The wheel had to be changed because of the accident, and the wheel was all sticky. This is a brand new car, and the seat was dirty. Just little things like that were aggravating to me. I saw the scratch on the bumper and I asked the guy about it and he said I could leave it there. I had driven 30 miles, and I didn't say anything I just picked the car. They had to give me a new hood because it had a scratch. I don't think I will go back there. My insurance was telling me that they are the worst people to deal with. What they did is fixed, but I am not going back.

    Service was outstanding- the body shop was ready to work on my auto as promised. The waiting area was comfortable with leather sofa, TV, magazines, coffee, etc.. I saw that Brian (George's Auto Top and Body) has a loyal following with many repeat customers. I am so happy to have read the reviews on Angie's List- they sounded too good to be true and I was a little skeptic but my experience was straight A's all the way! They even washed my car and it looks as good as new- maybe better!

    Michael removed one 4 in. long knife-edge creased dent from the front side door and one small ding from the back side door. The creased dent was especially difficult and Michael said he might not be able to get it 100%. As far as we're concerned it turned out perfectly, as did the small ding. He's an artist and perfectionist! First, we were able to get an estimate on line by submitting a picture of the creased dent. He then honored the estimate after actually seeing the dent. After he arrived we also asked him to fix the small ding, which he did for a nominal fee (cost of service listed above included both). He arrived on time and worked very neatly and efficiently. We were so pleased with the quality of his work that we asked him to come back the next day and repair a noticable dent in another car ($90). Forgot to mention that Michael comes to your house. No need to leave a car at a repair shop for a couple of days! The process he employs only works if repainting is unnecessary, though. We highly recommend him and will certainly use him again if the need arises.

    The quality of the work is great. I couldn't tell there was ever any paint damage. The paint perfectly matches the factory coat. The service manager was courteous and professional, and the price estimate was very precise. The car was done slightly ahead of schedule and was even washed before presenting it to me. I was most impressed by the professional courtesy of the staff at the body shop.

    I had that work done and it was very satisfactory and I wrote something up on their follow up sheet that they gave me.  I did it at the store.  It was great.  That was the only bit of glitch, they told me it would take like 3 days maybe and it ended up taking more like 5 days but it was because of the weather and waiting for the paint to dry.

    Someone put two key scratches on our Jaguar.  Someone also tried breaking in, and bent the trim over the window.
    The owner (Brian) was FABULOUS.  He said that if we were to repaint both panels, that when we went to sell the car, we'd lose about 10% of the value, because dealers would think we were in an accident.
    He took the bend out of the trim, and advised us to just get some touchup paint for the scratches, which he applied and rubbed down.  He did an excellent job, could have made thousands for a respray, but chose to instead have our best interests at heart.  A man of integrity and honesty. We would recommend them in a heart beat!!!

    Arrived on Monday and Brian greeted me, and he attempted to rub out the scratch before quoting the job hoping this would solve the issue. Amazing...a body shop which wants first to try to save the customer money!  The, scratch/dent was too deep to rub out, so he quoted the price upon which we agreed, and he said 'Bring it in tomorrow and I'll have it done Wednesday."  We dropped the Cayenne off Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon picked it up, a perfect job. This company makes one feel at home the moment you step through the door.

    They did a horrific job. They did damage to my vehicle which is now in another shop getting fixed. They did about $600 worth of damage to my vehicle. I orginally wanted scratches and dents fixed, but were unable to do it. They recommended painting the entire vehicle. They were also to bedline the floor board. They went way over schedule. They kept pushing back the deadline. I had to help them put my vehicle back together. The paint job was horrible. It has taken a whole month for a seven day job. They installed wheels and tires incorrectly resulted in an accident. They did not pay attention to detail. They said that they would take care of everything, however, they did not, and they asked for more money. They have been completely unwilling to help without doing it on their terms. They not fixing things correctly. My jeep also smelled like cigarettes.
