    I found Clean Sweep by just searching on my phone. I called and left a message and Levi called back with in 10 min. When I got home I researched the reviews and found so many positive reviews I knew then I made a right choice. He was right on time and had called the day of the appointment to be sure it still was okay to come. He did an amazing job. He answered any questions I had and cleaned up every where afterwards....He was respectful and showed great professionalism and integrity. My air in my house is now so amazing....the entire house just seems cleaner and I can tell a huge difference in every room THANKS Levi so much Melanie

    I have been using Coastal for awhile and recently had another maintenance. They always explain what they are doing and if something is needs attention. Recommend using their maintenance program, it's saved me hundreds on repairs and upkeep.

    Avoid at all costs. Check other sites. I believe they are using Angies list to get their clients and that the reviews here are not real. Look at all of the one line reviews for this company. We caught them lying and cheating and they tried to swindle us out of a lot of money! Said our ac system would need repairs costing nearly as much as a new system and since our system was almost 10 years old we should buy a new one - a pretty convincing argument when we know nothing about ac units. They said the comprssor was grounded, the fan was shot, there was a leak in the system and as a result there was no Puron left to cool the system which likely shot the compressor and fan. They wanted $8850 for a new unit but offered to give us a discount of 10% making it $7650 if we agreed for them to do the work at that time. The other option they offered was to repair the compressor, it would cost $2557 or $2173 if we joined their club(I didn't ask about the club). BUT they (Jeff and another tech who diagnosed it) said, there was obviously a leak in the system since there was no Puron (freon) left and he showed us his meter to prove it. Jeff said it was likely with the age of the unit that the leak was in the evaportor coils but that there was no way to know for sure. The cost to replace the compressor coil would cost an additional $2400. He told us it only made sense to replace the entire unit since it would cost a minimum of $4573 to fix it and they would not warranty the system due to its age and there was no way for sure to know we would not have to incur more costs until the work to the compressor was done first. We had trusted all of the great reviews for Pritchard in Angies list and actually considered putting in a new system but by the time they left my husband and I were suspect at how much they were pushing a whole new system and just how so much damage could be done to the system overnight. It was working just fine the day before. If it had lost all of the Puron we guessed it likely would have made some noise especially since the fan and compressor seized up or it would have had some indication like running hot that something was wrong - which it did not. We decided to get a 2nd opinion. Cool Today came out and it took less than 1 minute to turn the system on showing us the fan was working just fine. The tech then took out the same tool that Pritchard used to show us that the Puron in the system too was just fine and registering over 200 pressure which was standard - so no leak. He did agree the compressor was shot and gave us an estimate of $312 to fix the problem. Happy to say they just fixed it and everything seems to be working as expected. They explained that Pritchard was certainly pulling a fast one saying there is no grey area with these things. Everyone in the industry can take a pressure reading and know for sure whether there is Puron in the system or not and the fan they showed us was as well just as obvious as all they had to do was put the breaker on. He suspected if they had more time alone (my husband was there talking with them) they would have sabotaged the unit and that at least we were lucky they didn't have time to do (more?) damage. Interestingly enough the one person who gave them an F explained that they had indeed sobtaged his system by crossing wires to short out his system. Can't help but wonder if these guys did the same to my compressor. While the Cool Today tech was working on the system, I called Jeremy the owner of Pritchard and without telling him we knew they had taken advantage of us, asked him to give me his opinion about the problem and how sure he could be that his tech had given us the correct information. He was very curteous and said he had spoken to Jeff and knew about the problem. He too explained it exactly the way Jeff did. I asked him again how sure they could be with the diagnosis and he explained that there was no question that there was no Puron(freon) in the system and that the damage to the fan and compressor was the result. I then explained to him that we had another company come out for a 2nd opinion and that as we were standing there taking pictures and video showing the fan operating just fine and the system is actually full of Puron and asked if he would provide me with his email so I could forward them to him. He declined and offered nothing more than his tech had obviously made a few mistakes. I asked him if after what he told me that you could not make a mistake reading the puron and knowing that the fan runs when you put the system on if he really felt they were mistaken or deceitful. He insisted that from time to time mistakes in the diagnosis happens and that although these were highly unlikely that was what happened. I asked him what he would do to rectify the situation. He offered nothing more than to say what do you want me to do about it? I asked him, you don't want to come out personally or send out a competent tech to look at the problem again and give me an honest estimate this time. He declined again at which point I told him to immediately send me back my check which he agreed to and that I would follow up with this review on Angie's List. I don't like to write these reviews, I don't often take the time to do so but this time knowing we nearly lost $8,000 to these crooks was enough for me. I'm happy to share the pictures, video, estimates and the work done to anyone who asks. I offered it to a rep at Angies List but they declined to accept it and said to just write a review. So here you go.

    Couldn't have had better experience from initial call I made to finished installation. Absolute no hassle process. Technical advise simple and to the point. No overselling, no pressure and fair pricing on both equipment, warranty extended and maintenance. Jon Constanzer, the owner, is a pleasure working with and seems to be rare old school business owner where "a handshake is my contract". The 2 installers were true professionals, fast, knowledgeable, no mistakes guys. Left the garage cleaner than it was before....actually wasn't too bad. Would and will definitely recommend this company for any A/C work.

    Owner was very nice, explained what he was doing.  Told  me out ultra violet light was out and mold was forming on the old light.  He explained the need for the light.  He tried to find a replacement bulb but they are no longer making that particular bulb. Explained situation and we authorized him to install new light system.

    This company was very professional and did an exceptional job.  First of all, the lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and professional.  I had already had one company out who told me I had mold in my air vents and said they could get rid of the mold by setting off a bomb in my house and me and my pets had to leave for 2 hours.  I returned and they were gone and did not know if the mold was killed and I paid them $1000.  Anyways, I come to find out I was scammed and when ACR came out, he explained that the mold had to be encapsulated.  The mold was so bad it was coming out of my vents and onto the ceiling in every room there was a vent.  ACR gave me an estimate and actually returned in 1 1/2 hours to do the job.  He spent 5 hours at my house and cleaned the air handler, all the vents and vent covers and encapsulated the mold.  He even painted where the mold left a slight stain on the ceiling.  He cleaned up any mess left and was very professional.  He even reduced the original estimate because he said he did not have to spend as much time as he thought on some things.  How is that for honesty.  I highly recommend this company for any mold remediation or vent cleaning you have to have done.

    Jim was the initial tech who first came out. He is extremely knowledgable and very nice. He went through many different options with me and came back on multiple occasions to re evaluate and answer my questions. The installers were also nice and cleaned up nicely
