At first the guys who installed the Duct Work made a mess. There was a mess with all the vents, and the mess went on my bed, bathroom, everywhere, and they didn't clean it up. They didn't even check if air came out when they were finished, and they didn't install the Halo that we paid for. They told us that they'd be back the next day, but weren't. Let me begin by saying AC Warehouse cost me over $14,000.00. In 2012 AC Warehouse installed a 2 ton air conditioning unit in a rental home of mine. The cost was about $5000.00. Each summer since then the tenant has complained about the temperature never cooling to any setting below 77 degrees. The unit would just keep running. I lost count how many times I called and how many times I was charged for the unit to just do the same thing over and over. So about 2 months ago they figured it must be the duct work that was bad. The cost was $3000.00 for all new duct work and we had the same problem. They also never finished the job. I finally tried a different air conditioning company. The new company said the unit was to small for the house. I spent another $6000.00 for a 2.5 ton unit and everything has been fine. I'm guessing AC Warehouse didn't want to admit their mistake.

Oddly, he spent a lot of time in his van while I stood by the AC unit. Said he needed to check other things. When I inquired the charges, as clearly he was wasting time to add to the bill, he said $89.00 for diagnostics, and $90.00 an hour. I asked how much so far and he said one hour, plus another 15 minutes to fill out the invoice. I called the mgr. - Nathan - and got no where. $200.00 to move a...

Blower fan stopped. Technician found the thermostat fan delay switch was out. He bypassed the delay and plugged the wire directly to fan. Took him 15 minutes.
