    Preventive Maintenance Support Services Inc
We had a very good expreince with this contractor. When we were planning to have out sunroom build we heard all kind of stories from friends of bad expreince with south florida contractos so we were a little worried but our story is different everything went very well for us. I will use them if I have any other projects.

    Rise Above General Contracting, Inc.
Terrible experience. Very dishonest. Started March 24, 2018 did not end until July 20, 2018. Tore up my yard. Killed my grass. Left piles of trash and debris for weeks. Used 1.5 inch nails into plywood siding instead of studs. When 2 inch nails where required. Therefore, would of not passed inspection. So their resolution was to nail directly through the siding. I paid extra for Hardie Board color-plus siding so I would never have to paint my house. This completely invalidated that. Besides the fact very unsightly.

The sales presentation and estimate that I received was actually a little higher than the final cost, but was exactly what I wanted. The job foreman and original crew were excellent and quick, doing much of the house - replacing the damaged original  support structure necessary to install the new Hardie Board fiber cement planks, installing the siding and trim and caulking and finishing that portion of the job. The first part of the project went very well and quickly, then due to an unforeseen and potentially dangerous electrical  problem unrelated to this company, the job had to be postponed until the local power company could rectify the problem. At this point, the job was completed satisfactorily, but seemed to be almost an afterthought, even though the final payment had not been made. I believe that some jobs were not performed smoothly due to the fact that our location is physically somewhat distant from the company's normal working area and their normal contractors were not available in our area. It was necessary for me to get more involved in supplying local contractors for some functions than I would have liked, creating a certain amount of stress. The original crew were fantastic, doing very good work and completing most of the opening phase of the job. after the enforced delay, the crew brought in to complete the job were less pleasant, and they damaged some of the electrical work that had been done, but they did complete the job quickly and in a satisfactory manner. Repair of the damage and certain other equipment expenses that were generated by the unexpected delay were compensated for in the final payment. The inspector completed his inspection and cleared the job in short order.
The completed job garners much admiration from our neighbors, and we are completely satisfied with the finished product. All worked called for in the contract was completed in a professional manner. Contact with the company was satisfactory for the most part, being somewhat sparse during the enforced break, which I found to be understandable. Once the electrical problems were repaired, the job was finished quickly. I am happy with the overall project and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wishing to get the best siding applied to their home at a competitive price.

Benchmark Painting & Carpentry of Boynton Beach, LLC
The end result was superb. Unfortunately we had a false start because of a subcontractor they used who completed the job in one day instead of the four it should have taken. The first contractor slapped drywall mud on the wall and ceiling 1/4" thicker than the texture that existed on the surrounding walls and claimed that the contract stated the existing pattern would not be matched perfectly. After Steve saw the pictures we sent him, he apologized immediately and said he would make the job right. Even the woman in the office was professional and apologetic. They called in a man who had worked on our home once before to patch the ceiling -- Wilson. Wilson and his crew -- Sylvester and another man whose name I unfortunately do not have -- did an excellent job. They taped and covered everything in plastic and didn't leave a mark or speck behind. And as for matching the texture pattern -- the house was built in 1972 and, thanks to Team Wilson, our modern kitchen looks like it had been there all along. Thanks Steve, Wilson, Sylvester, and other guy! ?

They did great.  I referred them to my next door neighbor and they put decks for them.  I like their imitation and they were out there.  They informed me when they had to do an emergency project at somebody’s else house because there was a leak that they needed to fix which I understood.  They did not try to up sell my neighbor on things.

I was determined to use "Hardi Board" which Chris does offer, however; he demononstrated the advantages of Aluminum & Vinyl. So much so that he gave me local addresses that were represenative of his "reccomended" materials dating back as far as 25 years and the job looked like it was just done .... truly a test of time. This man definetely knows not only his product, but his competitors products as well. He never spoke badly of his competitors products but very matter of factly demonstrated the various materials longevity.

As an added bonus, Chris has live in Palm Beach County his entire life and knows who to contact to get the job done right the first time.

Mark & his brother, Bobby, are prompt, courteous, listen to what you want done, show up when promised, clean up after themselves, take it upon themselves to do extra detail work because they care what the end result looks like.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. There was never a contract involved .... their word and a hand shake is their contract. I would consider them the most pleasurable experience I've had in the 18 years I have lived in SE Florida.

And yes ... the were two items that I thought Mark could do better on and he was up for the challenge. A very creative individual.
