He was very patient with me and answering all of my questions and explained the installation process in detail ahead of time so there were no surprises. My floors look beautiful and are a reflection of Dave's solid old school values of craftsmanship and customer service. He provides top notch service at great prices. I am so happy I found Dave Card to replace my old carpets and put down beautiful new vinyl flooring in my 3 rooms. AVilla's Construction & Remodeling IncAfter researching and meeting with a handful of contractors to discuss our home renovation, my husband and I decided to go with Villa’s Construction for our project and we could not be happier with our decision. Before hiring, we met with John a few times to discuss our project and at each meeting, he took the time to answer all of our questions, discussing any concerns he/we had, and even offering suggestions and design ideas that we ultimately went with and loved. Not only did he show us that he was an expert in his field, but he was professional and very polite. Once the renovation started, we met Jhonatan who was just as wonderful to work with. He kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. If there was an issue that came up, it was brought to our attention immediately, and John was always up front about everything, which of course we appreciated. The crew was always punctual and very polite. We were living in our home for the majority of the 4 month long renovation, but they made the experience as pleasant as they could, even building a privacy wall for us at one point to keep us (including 3 young kids and a dog) comfortable and away from the construction. My husband and I are so happy with the end result, and we’ve received so many compliments on our home. Even a few neighbors and realtors have reached out excitedly, thinking we were fixing up our house to sell! We can’t thank John, Jhonatan, and the crew enough for what a wonderful job they did. They took all of our ideas and turned our house into the beautiful home that we dreamed of. AFLORIDA BEST FLOORSWe recently had laminate flooring installed on our 2nd floor of our new home. From the start, Andres was very communicative and professional. He scheduled our first appointment for 1pm & arrived at 1:05pm! Very prompt! Very impressed! His entire team worked very diligently and their work was immaculate. Our curved staircase were a bit of a challenge but they got it done seamlessly! We are currently getting our interior painted with Andres & can't wait to see the finished product! We will definitely be using FLORIDA BEST FLOORS for future projects! FYI, despite the company's name being FLORIDA BEST FLOORS, they specialize in almost everything! AI cannot say enough good things about Jean and his helper. Our project was a dangergous emergency because my elderly mother lives alone in Boca Raton. Due to a prior faulty installation, the tiles were coming off the cement with hollow air underneath in the entire living room and the potential for my mother to hurt herself was very high. Jean came in to provide a quote the next day and understood the situation. He prioritized our project over two others in the queue. They worked from 8 am to 6 pm every day including Saturday and Sunday. My mother insisted upon living in the condo while the work was onging and Jean was very flexible in dealing with my stubborn mother, kept her happy, and did the tiling in a way so that she could always get to the kitchen to eat her meals. He encountered an additional problem that required more work but did not increase our price. While he was there, he also fixed an electrical issue with the dining room light which would not work, fixed a linen closet door that kept running off the track, and pointed out a water leakage problem that was coming from the condo above. We will definitly be calling Before and After General Services for additional repair projects!!! Thank you Jean!

In addition he showed great organizational skills, not only was he a superb supervisor of the project but he also sent his installers Jusenil and Robson who showed teamwork at its best. Knowledgeable, always respectful, always helpful and of course always punctual. The work was done in the projected time and the rooms looked beautiful and the entire workplace was left in excellent clean condition.
