    As a follow-up to my unhappy review on Dr. Lorne Tomalty..... Thank you Dr. Jordan Tomalty for reading and paying attention to my review. You were most understanding, polite and considerate. Obviously I do accept your apology for your Father's attitude, which is certainly not as nice as yours. Had I not now set up a treatment plan with my original dentist, I certainly would come to your Canyons office to let you evaluate my problem.     This was my 1st visit. Stephanie was patient and gentle with the x ray portion of the visit. When Dr. Lorne Tomalty came to evaluate my mouth, and I explained an ongoing situation to him, he served up sarcasm with a smile. NOT what I was looking for! When I asked the cost of a deep cleaning, he responded , sarcastically, that I seemed "to be very concerned about money!" Most unprofessional! He then told me that he "had a perfect mouth so he'd assume I did too" and left the room! Small wonder I decided not to have any work done there. However, trying to get my xrays sent to another dental office for a 2nd opinion is an ongoing nightmare. I've signed the release form but Tomalty employees are telling me they a) do not have the records in their office.....and b) by law they have 30 days to release them. I offered to personally collect the records myself if they'd tell me where they are. They wouldn't! Tomalty have 6 different locations...maybe they're too big for their boots! Maybe money is too important to Tomalty rather than taking care of his patients. without whom he wouldn't be where he is!

    This office is amazing and completely changed my life. For years I was just feeling run down, going to every doctor imaginable to find out what was wrong with me. My friend suggested that I visit the dentist, so I did. After doing some research I chose Lissauer and Eriks dental group. It was the best decision I ever made. From the moment I walked through the doors to when my visit was over. The staff are amazingly kind, helpful, compassionate, and caring. There wasn���t pressure when it came to getting the work done. The front desk presented my treatment plan, allowed me time to review it and answer all my questions. When it came to financing they made it so easy and as painless as possible. They worked with my schedule and made sure that everything went smoothly. I want to bring special attention to Les the dental assistant and Dr. Eriks. Les made sure I was comfortable and had such a calming demeanor. He was right next to me being my rock during my procedures. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for everything he did. Dr. Eriks such a wonderful dentist with the hands of an angel. He explained my procedure from start to finish and answered all of my questions. He was especially considerate of my anxiety. He went above and beyond in every way. I couldn���t believe it but, the night following my surgery Dr. Eriks personally called me to check in to make sure I was comfortable and see if I needed anything. I���ve never had the best experiences at dentists, but I would have to say I can���t wait to go back to finish the rest of my treatment. I have been a hairstylist in the area for over 20 years, and there isn���t a client that I don���t recommend this office to. If you're like me and DREAD going to the dentist, please rest assured, this dental group is the ONLY place I recommend visiting. Kathleen Drew

    The office does not know how to complete insurance paperwork and does not honor the insurance rates. The second crown rubs and causes discomfort. I went in twice to have it corrected, but nothing changed and I was told I would get used to it.

    We were very happy with the ease and efficiency that this office handled both of our appointments. They seamlessly provided the comprehensive care that new patients need: thorough cleaning, full set of x-rays, detailed exam by Dr. Staller, including a thorough oral cancer screening, with a non rushed detailed discussion of our x-rays and condition of our teeth. Suggestions were made and discussed without a feeling of being pressured into a treatment plan.
    We can't say enough how pleased and fortunate we feel to have found our new dental practice. Everyone was so kind, and we felt like we were the only patients in the office at the time.  What a well run operation..

    I was very happy with the environment. Instead of being a corporate driven environment that tries to rush people in and out as fast as possible, the Tomalty office is small, quiet and attends to every patient. At Gentle Dental, the dentist barely checked my teeth or explained anything in terms of what parts of my gums/teeth were not doing well, and just said I was getting a deep cleaning, end of story. I had the deep cleaning but decided not to return. At Tomalty, the hygienist took the time to explain what she was seeing in every region of my mouth and why. She did not recommend a deep cleaning (likely because I went through with the deep cleaning last time and I'm maintaining OK). The visit with the dentist was quick, but based on what the hygienist found (or didn't find) there wasn't much to discuss. I also appreciated their willingness to look ahead and prevent issues (getting 5 teeth sealed next time which should prevent cavitiies) instead of waiting for things to become and issue and recommending fillings which are more expensive to treat.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Lalsingh's for over two years.  i have had some minor periodontal work done and continue to have routine periodontal cleanings every six months. My recent implant was necessary because a root canal was not possible on the tooth being replaced. He promised me it would be easier than a root canal. It was! He promised me it would be painless. It was! My appointment was for 10:00 a.m and I was in my car driving home at 10:45 a.m. He is exceptionally good and has an incredible touch. A true find if anyone needs periodontal work done. His staff is great! They are professional, thorough, friendly and make a great team. He also has two locations which makes it easy to schedule an appointment. I foresee this to be an ongoing relationship with his practice and how fortunate I am to have found it. Highly highly recommend it!
