Never started any work. Spoke with him, he seems to have a bit of a personality problem and also has absolutely no customer service skills. It seems that he only does things his own one track way and is unwilling to be flexible or open minded. I concluded that it’s better to stay away from this guy move on to someone else. 2 thumbs down

When we called to inquire about their service and to disuss our needs, we were told it would take about 1 hour which is $75 plus parts. We agreed to the amount. They said they would call the following week to set an appointment. Instead a worker showed up at the door a couple days later. I waited  almost  3 weeks for the service to be provided. Initially I said I could wait a week. Called a gain, then it was another week. We had a very old sprinkler system and had some work done in our backyard where we had to rip out the old sprinklers.  Bob came in and assessed what needed to be done.
