    PBH Property Maintenance LLC
I contacted PBH Property Maintenance LLC to come and cut our overgrown lawn trim and edge the driveway. I talked with Ben he was very Professional and showed up when he said he would be there to give me an Estimate for the service on site. I approved the work he told me when he would be there, they showed up and did everything that he said they would done. I was so happy my Property has never looked this good since I bought it. I am going to have them come back and do the mulching and cleaning out my plant beds and trim the trees next to our house. I have them coming weekly now to maintain my property

    Oakwood Tree Service
Ben came and gave an estimate at the scheduled time. The price was very reasonable. The two men showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job trimming shrubs and plants. They cleaned up the debris and were very professional. They coordinated the work with me to make sure I was satisfied. JOB WELL DONE.

    Modern Cuts of Southwest Florida
Antonio was amazing. Him and his crew did a fantastic job working diligently to get the trees down that needed to be removed and made my landscaping look so beautiful. I'm so happy that I went with Modern Cuts.

    Rea Landscaping
I?ve used Rea Landscaping for five year now and he has always been able to help me with urgent needs as well as routine maintenance of my lawn from tree services to lawn mowing and snow removal. All of his hardscaping work was done professionally. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

    Bonita Sprinkler Services
The first time we hired him he showed up in a timely manner and did a good job. After that I left message after message and he never responded. I think he has too much business for 2 person. What he did do was good work.

    Bonita Sprinkler Services
Had an appointment for the morning of November 6 to repair broken sprinkler heads and make adjustments as necessary. I called at 2:30 in the afternoon of November 6 and stated that I had been waiting all day and to give me call to let me know if he was coming. I never received the courtesy of a return phone call. I moved on to another company with total satisfaction.

    IHN Landscaping Plus

Marc and Gilberto arrived on schedule at 8:00 am.  Reviewed what had agreed upon to be done and went straight to work.  There was a lot of clean-up to do, like thinning out the Perotes Palm cluster, cutting back and removing palmettoes, trimming overgrown Ixora, trimming and thinning out Lemon and Key Lime trees, shaping and thinning a stand of sabal palms, crotons, and other areas.  They cleaned up after their work and hauled all the debris away.

We are very satisfied and hired them for our regularly scheduled lawn maintenance. Definitely recommend them to others.

Personal Touch Landscaping & Lawn Service
My mother hired Personal Touch last month to complete yard work at her property. She received a thorough written estimate outlining exactly what would be done which was then agreed upon. Then, when the work was already half way completed, she was informed by the crew that in order for them to stay and finish it, it would cost a substantial amount more, far more from the original written estimate than any professional should be. Then, my mother, who has significant limitations from a disability, overlooked her mail and was less than one week late on her first and only bill received from them and they had an attorney contact her about it adding $500 to her total bill. I attempted to contact the company for clarification of what happened and to ensure payment of the bill and was notified that they would not speak with me and we would have to go through the attorney, mind you this is exactly one week past due date including a weekend. Wanting to make sure a prior bill or attempt to contact my mother had not been attempted (which would make more sense) I did confirm via the attorney's office that indeed the only other communication the company had with my mother was their original estimate. I understand that unfortunately businesses have to have a way to deal with truly delinquent accounts, however this could have been easily and immediately resolved with a simple phone call, email or reminder letter. In the last few years of helping my mother with her affairs I have never seen such poor customer service and business ethics.

    Response to provider's response:
I have taken on addressing this situation with my mother?s permission as she has had an onset of serious medical issues, which in itself is testimony that she would never intend to miss a payment for anything and cause herself any additional stress. I have contacted your office numerous times to speak to you about this matter directly and see if there was any misunderstanding on our part as from the beginning I thought it was possible my mother may have been confused or overlooked something. However, even after payment has been arranged with your attorney, you have refused to speak to me and will only respond in this format now that a bad review has been written.  I was literally told through your secretary to reference your Angie's List response when I called today for clarification in regard to the fact I am not aware of any 4/21 statement and I want to ensure I am indeed operating on a correct timeline and information.  I find this in itself very unprofessional and shows that you have no genuine interest in resolving this matter and only in what the public sees. I asked your attorney if any prior statement was sent or communications attempted about this prior to the 26th and they stated no, they only saw the initial estimate (via mail and email) and the recent physical bill from 5/26 which had a due date of 6/3. Yes, she should have opened it faster and looked more closely at the due date, but there was no reference to a prior bill or any nonpayment issue so she was planning to send the check out this week.  The letter from the attorney was received on 6/10. Also, the original estimate was emailed to my personal email address and I have received no communication about this matter via email and my mother has not received any calls. Would you at least consider that the statement you believe you sent on 4/21 did not actually go out? Yes, she agreed to have all the work done on one day and signed a revised estimate, that is not in question, the concern is that while workers were on property completing the work she was notified that there would be an additional charge over the $800 as they would have to stay longer than anticipated to complete the job and was asked to confirm with your office by phone that she gave the ok for this. She actually called me as this was happening to discuss so I know this to be true. This is also why she was waiting to receive the statement as she was not sure what the final total would be. There was no request for or discussion of money up front so I don't know why that is even mentioned, that is your own choice.  The money has been available from the get go, that?s why this is all so unfortunate. I have attempted to obtain clarification and resolve this matter in a cordial way numerous times and when I got no response I decided to use this format to warn other consumers, which is not something I take lightly. Our family has been in the area over 40 years and anyone we have ever done business with would attest to the fact that we are of the upmost integrity. If you decide to discuss this matter with me directly and professionally I have no issue revising my review to reflect any area that I am in error. However, it still does not change the poor treatment I have received thus far in trying to communicate with you and make things right.

    TruGreen Lawn Care - 5763
They showed up when they said they would but the results were horrible.  Our yard was in bad shape and it still is.  Only now we have whole areas of plain dirt.  The plants do not look better. In fact they continue to get pests or diseases on them and no one from Trugreen ever checks on them.  Last year I had to have them come back and perform pest/disease control on some of our plants.
This is not a company that you want to do business from.  They sure make sure they get their money but do not provides the services or results they proclaimed

    Massey Services Pest Prevention
We had hired Massey to do three treatments only on our front lawn to get rid of weeds. We had planted 2000 Zoysia plugs back in September 2014 . They were quite healthy and thriving well. We were assured by Massey that no damage would come to the plugs, only eradicate the weeds.
After the first treatment we noticed a slight difference after 2 weeks. The treatments were spaced one month apart.
I am not sure what happened after the final treatment as our lawn had huge brown spots everywhere as if something was poured  or leaked in certain areas. About 90% of my Zoysia plugs are dead . However we still have green weeds.
I had called and notified the people at Massey on several occasions and even got the Ft. Myers office once.
It took about a week for a response , which was" we didn't do anything that would kill your plugs. It was drought ",is what I heard as an explanation.
My sprinkler works every am faithfully. The weeds are flourishing. My herb garden, which is 2 feet away from the lawn that contains rosemary, basil, parsely, chives, peppers, tomatoes, jalapenos are ALL flourishing well. No sign of drought there.
I had requested that Massey replace my Plugs that were obviously killed but the culpability was denied.
I do know that mistakes are sometimes made and typically the proper thing to do especially forthright business people would be to replace my plugs, as most likely what had happened was that one of there personal on the last treatment used a different chemical
