    American Construction & Plumbing Inc
They did an excellent job! I am happy! So far no water has entered my villa since the job was completed one year ago. I am hiring them to rip out my stairs and redo in a contemporary style. Also new wood look porcelain tile in three areas. 50

    Tri-Town Construction LLC
I hired TriTown to do major repairs post IRMA on a rental property I own in Bonita Springs. They did the tear out but would not cooperate with my insurance carrier, costing me thousands of dollars in reimbursements. This, after repeated calls to them by myself and the insurance adjuster. I paid them over $14000 for work performed but they would not supply my insurance carrier appropriate records. I wound up hiring another contractor to do the actual restoration.

    H2o Dryout
Mr. Rohan Khan was by far the most professional and impressive contractor to estimate for this endeavor, and I felt innately confident in his abilities to execute the work required, to an exacting level. He did not disappoint! He and his team were very punctual, professional and tidy at all times with an excellent communication flow. I would, without question, hire MR. Khan and his team again should the need arise.

    ABLE HOME INSPECTIONS
We had a couple of miscommunications with the builder on timing for the radon testing and we appreciated that Able kept every appointment to make it happen. The home inspection went as planned. Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough finding several important items for the builder to correct. The report was completed within 24-hours and available online making it easy for printing and submission to the builder. We highly recommend Able Home Inspection company.

    ABLE HOME INSPECTIONS
All services were performed in an exceptional manner by business owner, Mr Bruce Lunsford who literally spent hours crawling all over the house. His diligence and skill resulted in the discovery of several serious faults in the house that we were consequently able to address with the seller prior to closing. Had we not been aware of these issues, which thanks to Bruce we were, we would have had a disaster on our hands post-closing. Even after he provided us with the final reports, Bruce remained freely available for consultation and instruction on remediating some of the serious issues which he had discovered. Good job all around. Thanks for the good work Bruce(& wife Patrice).

    Radon & Mold Professionals
Inspector extremely thorough.  Openly discussed his findings and made recommendations on how to fix and avoid humidity induced mold in the future.  Prepared thorough report that clearly guided the remediation process by H2O911 that followed.

    H2O 911 Restoration
First they inspected the house and found mold.  A full inspection followed.  The estimated the job and we agreed.  The job took 1 week as estimated.  Workers were thorough and clean.  Carpet and upholstery and drapery cleaning was especially good.  Ventilation system was cleaned.  Very pleased, but at a very high cost.

    of recommended actions.
We were very pleased with the professionalism of the company and Jeff. We had two cost estimates and choose IET in spite of the extra charge (included in the total cost above) which made their estimate about $300 more than the other firm because of their very organized approach to our needs.

    InspectTest LLC
TERRIBLE. We were having the inspection done on a home we were purchasing, but we were from another state, and therefore unable to easily check anything ourselves. A couple family members of ours used to inspect homes, and when we sent them a copy of the report they were appalled. They said it was one of the least thorough home inspection reports they had ever seen. They also said it was one of the most expensive. I wish we would have believed them, because after moving in we found problem after problem that was never mentioned by the inspector. On day one of move-in, the AC was completely non-functional. Luckily we caught this in our walk through before we closed on the home and were able to get the seller to take care of it.
Soon after moving in we had pool company come to do chemical treatment on the pool. They immediately pointed out that the pool was obviously leaking, which they pointed out was easy to see by the water line that was 2 inches above the water. He quickly did a walk around the pool and found a crack at the spiller that was so large it had popped a tile off and cracked a couple other tiles. I was amazed that Brenton of InspectTest did a pool inspection without our permission, and charged us for it (which we paid anyway to not have to deal with hassle and conflict), and yet he completely missed a crack that is visible above water. We contacted him about the crack and initially he responded as if he was going to take care of it. After we sent him the estimates we were getting in, along with several other inquiries about the matter, he never responded again. Absolutely, completely UNPROFESSIONAL! Stay away from this company. We have also found several other problems with the home since moving in, and REGRET having ever trusted this man with inspecting our home.

    MOLD MATTERS
Mold Matters turned out excellent. We had used another company and unfortunately, after spending quite a bit of money and settling with the insurance company, she was still quite ill. Her doctor said that we really needed to have somebody look at the place again. Mold Matters came out and used a proprietary enzyme method, a very different method. He was recommended by a physician that our daughter was seeing, who specializes in treating people who are very, very sick with the toxicity of mold exposure. So, we had Mold Matters come and he did a wonderful job. I would recommend him over any other mold remediation company. He's very ethical and he uses a very different method. There were areas in her place that the other company never detected, like moisture behind walls in her bathroom and things like that. Their prices were comparable or average. We were left with a feeling that the situation had finally, truly taken care of.
