    Paul was quick to communicate and make an appointment, but the work outlined (I scheduled 8 man hours of deep cleaning plus a few windows) was not done. After reviewing my list, they spent 2.5 hrs on my windows (the easiest thing on my huge list) and said they'd come back in a few days for the rest. However, they did not clean the window screens, they never vacuumed the crud & bugs around the windows & sills & they missed a lot of stuff. They charged me $120 for the window glass cleaning but had no interest in the really hard work on my list. It wasn't what I hired cleaners for, just wish I knew they'd only be doing glass for that price. I had to clean my screens and finish the sills and crud in between windows myself after they left. Nice guys, but not a good value for what I needed.

    On November 1, 2019, I received a detailed itemized quote from Service Representative John Royal. The quote included approximately 15 to 18 different tasks, total cost, and the necessary follow-up to complete the job. On November 8, 2019, Technician Lindsay Traeger performed all of the work in a timely and professional manner. Specifically, the tiles were restored to their original appearance. The job was well done from start to finish. Thank you.

    Lint Out Dryer Vent Cleaning
    Beware! If I could give them zero stars I would. They came to my unit (and another unit in the building) and took NO MORE THAN 10 minutes. Said my problem was that my dryer was too close to the wall. 2 days later I did laundry and all this debris came out and I heard a sound like "revolving gravel" in my dryer when I turned it on, which I did not have before. I called the company the next day, sent pictures, and asked they do not deposit my check. Ignored. Customer service guy called, taking full responsibility for the situation, and asked what would make me happy; to which I responded, "give me my money back because clearly you did not do anything"; he was perplexed and did not understand my request for a refund. He offered to send another technician and I said I did not want them in my unit ever again. He asked IF I was going to call another cleaning company and I told him what I would do is none of his concern and he needed to refund my money, which is what I said when he asked me would make me happy. Again, he was perplexed. I told him I did not understand why he had to argue with me and what he did not understand: refund my money. Nope, he stands by his work, and he is "sorry it did not work out" Beware. I later received this lying response: We are sorry that you were not happy with our service. It is true that your service call did not take as long as most. Many dryer vents are over 20 feet long, but your vent was only 1 foot long, which is very easy to clean, thus it does not take very long. The technician determined that your dryer was not breathing well due to the dryer hose being crushed up against the wall. After cleaning your vent, he reoriented the dryer so that it would breathe better going forward. Your dryer was clearly breathing much better after our service because you originally called our office to complain that your lint trap was now collecting lint when you dried your clothes, which it was not doing before. You were upset because you thought the lint was coming from inside your dryer but we explained this was coming from your clothes, which you did not believe us. You even sent us pictures of your "linty" lint trap. We explained that this was good news and likely due to your dryer breathing better and now working the way it should. Also, the sound of loose sand blowing through the vent is common after we clear a clogged vent. The sand typically comes from within the dryer blower wheel or under the lint trap, which are areas our vacuums have a hard time reaching. We explained that for a few days, your dryer may deposit a small amount of debris as our brushing system has dislodged small particles that have built up over the years. Our cleaning only removes 99% of the debris in the vent. The rest will likely blow out in the next few dryer cycles. In an attempt to resolve this matter with you, we called you on 2 separate occasions. We also interviewed the technician to review the work that was done. Because you were wanting us to do something, we offered to return to help resolve the problem but you were mad and didn't want us on your property again. So we offered to pay to have a dryer vent company of YOUR CHOICE come out and take care of the issue for you (A very generous offer since most companies would charge a much higher price than we do) but you declined that as well. The only option you would accept is a refund. We would have no problem issuing you a refund if we did something to justify one. At this time, it appears that we arrived on time and that you have received nothing short of excellent service but you are still not happy. We regret that we were not able to resolve the matter with you. And here is my response to that: My lint trap was ALWAYS COLLECTING LINT, my ���linty lint trap��� was nothing new. You NEVER explained about the dryer depositing debris nor that it would blow out in the next, few dryer cycles until I sent you the pictures. You NEVER offered to send a different company out instead of you returning. You asked what would make me happy and I said ���Nothing would make me happy because I don���t trust you or your work���; I then indicated I would accept a full refund IF YOU HAD DEPOSITED MY CHECK WHICH I ASKED YOU NOT TO DO; and you offered me a token $30, which I should have taken but refused because I wanted my money back. It is laughable you believe I received nothing short of excellent service. I received HORRIBLE, non-existent onsite service and even WORSE AND COMBATIVE ���Customer Service��� from the constantly confused and perplexed person that called me twice and couldn���t process/understand my consistent statement: I am extremely dissatisfied with your service, I don���t believe you did anything, I don���t want you back in my home, and give me my money back.��� I think that was clear and to the point. It is very sad that you refuse to accept the fact that this was a job gone extremely bad and you refuse to accept it and do right by a dissatisfied customer.

    Jeff is a true professional when it comes to cleaning. He had previously cleaned room carpeting for us on a number of occasions over the years. This time we asked him to clean not only some carpeting, but all of our ceramic tile flooring. His workmanship was outstanding as usual. Tiles looked like brand new. Before he left he also cleaned a number of sofa cushions. A versatile person to come clean your home.

    We had major grease stains that were left by some remodeling workers. We called TST and worked with Brad on our cleaning problem. He was reliable and extremely knowledgeable. He worked on our rug and cleaned it several times with various items. We are extremely pleased with the outcome as our rug can again be displayed without the grease and grime prior to the professional cleaning by TST, Brad. I absolutely recommend the services of this company for outastanding and clean results.

    We had roof and carpet damage from lots of water. They did an excellent job and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Brad, the owner, was very attentive to my needs and very timely.
