    Great ! Turned out to be a bad ignition coil and spark plug. Fixed right away and charged a minimal amount for the parts and repair. In the future I will take my vehicle there first. I highly recommend this shop.

    I paid another shop 3 times and the problem wasn���t fixed, REA said I shouldn���t have had to pay. Well after paying them 125.00 their fix lasted 1 day���� when I brought it back the fixed the correct way and charged me 139.00 they are no better than the last place I went and I���ll never return.

    It went poorly. I visited the shop one day earlier and had an oil change. This company has historically done excellent work. They needed to order parts in order to accomplish the remainder of work. We agreed they could do it the next day after the parts had arrived, so we set another appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes early for the new repair and specifically asked if the parts had arrived. This was positively confirmed, so I sat down to await the completion of work. I was still sitting in the waiting room 35 minutes later and my car was still sitting in their parking lot. I finally asked the service desk why I was still waiting without my car being worked on. (The person I spoke to was not the desk person with whom I had worked on the previous day or when checking in on day 2.) He simply mumbled that they were waiting for parts. At this time I made two very specific comments. I was previously told at check-in that the parts were available then asked how long I was supposed to wait before they would communicate this information to their customer. My tone was not pleasant. I received answers to no questions and was told to change my attitude before they would respond. I then pick-ed up my keys sitting on their desk and left without any work being done. This company has always had very good help both in the repair shop and at the front desk. Both people at the front desk were new to me. (I have been doing business with them for over 6 years and am familiar with the desk personnel.) It appears that these new people can now tell their customers that parts are present when it is not true. It also appears that if they need to have new parts delivered (which takes time), they also don't need to tell the customer that he/she may be there for an additional hour or two. This was a situation that should never occur in a customer service business: - A promise was made, but not honored. -The service agent specifically lied by telling a customer that the parts were available. -No one ever told the customer that there would be an additional delay due to their inaccurate information. It appears that it is acceptable for a customer to sit for the next 3 hours without knowing a problem exists.

    Body work looked good, BUT....they kept the car an additional day to "clean" it. The interior was FILTHY. Required lots of work (14k on car) to get it back to normal. They obviously didn't touch it. Dust, dirt, body filler coated the back seats and floor. One would think a final quality check would be standard. I mentioned it to the desk clerk, who said, "I'll come out and clean it"....but I took it home and did it myself. Ruined an otherwise good experience.

    It went well. The car showed up in the same condition that it left Chicago. Some communication issues with the driver, however, it was over the holidays and that may have had something to do with it. Overall a good experience and they did what they said that they would do. Would use again.

    DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!! They will sign you up, promise that everything will go as requested and then make things work for their schedule. My wife and I had to end up each driving a car to Florida to met our vacation schedule. We did our best to ensure that everything worked. At the end, they were not answering the phone numbers they gave us.

    This was a great experience, the owner, Ryan was knowledgeable with these kind of problems on classic cars and he fixed the issues in a very professional fashion and in less time than I expected. His pricing was very reasonable. His is a small effective shop that provides excellent service the customers.

    1) Ran diagnostic determined plug wires and other related parts were problem. Corrected as needed and engine ran like it was new when work done. 2) Found issue causing lights to malfunction replaced malfunctioning parts restoring proper function to all lights affected. 3) Repaired one tire going flat with nail in it when I drove into shop, without an appointment. Another visit re-plugged leak in one of two tires previously repaired incorrectly by another shop and replaced second tire that had slow leak from dry-rot with used tire until set of new tires could be ordered; all at very, reasonable cost. Also checked and refilled air in worn spare tire to correct level. Very knowledgeable and professional. No upselling, add-ons or other games for which auto dealers and repair shops are notorious. In short, honest, professional and provide quality work with superior results.
