DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The back patio was supposed to be pressure washed and sealed. They came out for the pressure washing and wanted full payment and said they would return in a week or 2 to complete the job by sealing. I called after 2 weeks had passed and they still had no information on when this task would be completed. I then called more than three weeks out and Scott Rhoades hung up on me. I called back, again I was hung up on. Tried again and he sent me to voicemail. The professionalism of this company is abysmal.

To who it concerns, The member is a liar, and will be possibly facing legal action. He can not provide a quote or contract for sealing as he claims. In fact he did not want it included in his bid/ contract. He did hire Applecreek GC,LLC to pressure wash his lanai and insert sand that has a concrete base between his brick pavers which were completed to his satisfaction.
