    We enthusiastically recommend GGL and Sons Construction for your home renovation needs. We���ve been in our house for a year, and everything is still running smoothly. When the father-and-sons owners got their hands on our 50s-era house with several additions and seven rooflines, they cheerfully faced the challenge and transformed it into a beautiful, open concept home with great curb appeal and a lovely, functional interior. Greg, Gavin, and George Labbad are conscientious hard workers who know what they���re doing and take pride in their work. During the process, they kept the ball rolling, bringing in a steady stream of skilled subcontractors. They kept us ���in the loop��� throughout the renovation. They didn���t quit until the job was complete down to the smallest details. At all times they were polite and respectful and a pleasure to be around. We could not have asked for more.

    We have ECM's appliance (including A/C and plumbing insurance policy coverage) for about 12 years now. Just last year, we had a leak in the guest bathroom and ECM came out immediately and repaired, covered by the policy. About 3 years ago, we had a major A/C issue that was covered as well! Highly recommend them.

    We were extremely impressed with the Lowen organization from the very beginning. Their sales person was very knowledgeable and helped to guide us to the system that was best for our application. The installation of the equipment went smoothly. The installation staff were very professional and made sure that all aspects of the installation were done properly. At the end of each day they cleaned up thoroughly. Since the completion of the installation, the equipment has performed extremely well. We would highly recommend Lowen Air Conditioning.

    ECM���s serviceman was thorough and very knowledgeable as to why I needed 2 new AC units. The installation was as promised, the rebates came as specified, and customer service followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. The whole experience was extremely professional.     Great ! we are new contract customers from another company, We received same day service , The repair was made, and Aaron stayed until he was certain problem was repaired (not like the other company) and the service contract fee was $ 45 not $ 65 like the other company we are very satisfied

    The installation was a horrible nightmare. The techs they sent out appeared to be people that just walked on the job - as reported by techs when asked how long they worked there. The condenser line they installed had a leak, so no cool air. They told me it was just condensation" leaking onto the slab. A year long struggle to get my brand new,, expensive A/C system working with no cool air. I called CMI Air and they were able to find and repair the leak, ATTACH THE FAN from the unit which Amtec never found to be a problem, and calibrate the thermostat which Amtec installed. They promised to refund a 2 year service contract I had pre-paid, then lied about that and have not done the right thing. The WORST experience I have ever had with an HVAC contractor. Buyer beware of Amtec.

    We have known Bill for close to 20 years. 13 years ago he installed the compressor that we just replaced. Bill has always responded quickly to service calls over the years. He is always punctual on every visit. Once engaged, he follows up with texts or calls. We decided to replace the entire system after the old system started to falter. We couldn't be happier with the new system. The old system ran 17-20 hours per day. The new Trane AC runs an average of 10-12 hours per day. Our electric bill in the summer had been $275 per month. Now the bill is $185. If you are looking for an AC guy, Bill is your man. A true craftsman.

    We had a air conditioning unit installed at our business in January 2017 and recently had a cooling problem. When we called the company to come out, they told us that the condenser coil had failed and would need to be replaced. We were surprised that a main component like that would fail after that short of time. The unit is only 20 months old and doesn't even get used as much as our home does as we turn it back quite a bit after hours and on the weekends. We were given a proposal to repair the coil for around $1125.00 plus the refrigerant. It took a week to get the part - why that long I don't know. The company did give us a room ac to help out because the part was going to take so long, but it only barely cooled the main part of our office, which is under 400 sf. My staff ended up working out of their houses because it was around 85 in the office. They kept saying that it was a residential cool unit instead of a commercial unit, so the warranty was not in effect. Again, I don't know why that makes a difference. They installed it and they knew that it was a commercial property. Why are we penalized because of their error. I explained to them that this unit actually gets used a lot less then our unit at home because I turn this one down after hours and on the weekends. It gets a lot less wear and tear then our unit at home. We have been in this location for over 25 years. This is our 3rd air conditioning unit. we have never had a major part fail in such a short time. With regular maintenance, that part should have lasted at least 10 years. They told us that they would cover the part, but we would need to pay for labor. They told us the labor would be $1,125.00 plus the refrigerant that would be $63.00 a pound. Our bad - we forgot to ask how much the refrigerant they thought they would need to use. The refrigerant ended up being another $882.00, so our bill almost doubled. Our landlord called the company after receiving the final bill because the cost went up so much. They were originally going to give her a 15% credit until they saw that the proposal was signed. Then they wouldn't give her any discount at all. Needless to say - they lost 3 customers that day. Our personal and our landlords personal services and our office and the other rentals that she and her partner own.
