Perfectly! When I purchase my next home I will certainly contract with ECM for my annual appliance and A/C repair company again! I confidently refer ECM to my real estate clients and agents. It's a great selling point to have a listing agent recommend an ECM annual service contract with the purchase!!

Reliable Power Systems & Electrical Services
My wife and I have discussed over the past year installing a back-up whole-house generator to address any hurricane (or other) power outages. A few weeks ago I contacted several companies to obtain a quote. On July 30th I had an appointment with Reliable to obtain an estimate. Chris, the estimator, was very professional and thorough. He asked a number of questions that gave me confidence that he truly knew what he was doing, and that I could have confidence in his company's services. He gave me an estimate right then and there that was highly competitive with the other quotes I received. On August 2nd I received the following e-mail from Reliable: Good morning Mr. Schneider, This is Reliable Power Systems, the generator company. I'm following up regarding the generator proposal that you received from our estimator, Chris Garcia. We are currently having an amazing flash sale!! In addition to any other promotional discounts already included in your proposal, we're reducing our prices by an ADDITIONAL 10% for generator proposals signed before 5 pm on Wednesday, August 7th, 2019. So if you think you'd still like to pursue this project, I'd suggest moving forward right away if the timing makes sense for you. I hope all is well with you and I hope to hear from you! Sincerely, Tekissia English Customer Service Representative A: 3400 SW 10th Street Deerfield, FL, 33442 T: 561.362.4484 | F: 561.362.4485 | Sounded too good to be true -- I would receive 10% off the quote I was given -- with no strings attached. Nowhere in the e-mail did it say that this offer had "restrictions, or fine print, or could not be combined with other offers, etc, etc." So I called Ms. English and said I would like to take advantage of the "amazing flash sale." I then asked if Reliable had financing available -- for those not familiar with adding a home generator, it can be the price of a sub-compact car. She said they did, through Synchrony. I told her I already had an account through Synchrony and would finance with them. She then said to me "If you do that, the discount is only 5%, not 10%." She then told me what the specific final costs would be for the 5% and 10% discount. I thanked her for the information, and discussed it with my wife. What I told my wife is that I felt this was a subtle" bait and switch" tactic by Reliable. As you read, no where in the email did Ms. English note that there were "qualifiers" to the offer. I then called Ms. English back after the weekend on Monday, August 5 and told her that I was willing to accept the e-mail offer ONLY at the 10% level, and that I was willing to put down a significant cash down payment, and finance the rest. She told me that she would have to speak to her Sales Manager, and would call me when she had done so. On Tuesday August 6 I received a call from Ms. English. She told me that she had spoken with her Sales Manager, and that "in light of the substantial discounts you have already received, that they could only offer me a 5% discount." I told her that "if you re-read your e-mail to me it CLEARLY says 'In addition to any other promotional discounts already included in your proposal, we're reducing our prices by an ADDITIONAL 10%'". I then asked for the Sales Manager --- his name is Steve Zeranti --, to please call me on Wednesday, August 7 so that if we were able to come to an agreement, I would be able to meet the 5pm deadline. Steve did not call me back on the 7th. He did leave 2 messages over the weekend (August 9 & 12) asking me to call him (I was out of state at the time). I called him on August 14 --the outcome of our conversation was the same as noted above. He told me that he had presented my case to the owner of the company, and the owner told him that because I was financing a portion of the total cost they could not honor the terms of the offer in Ms. English's e-mail. I thanked him for the call and politely hung up. Again, I strongly recommend that in light of what happened to me -- a company making an offer and then refusing to abide by the terms of its own offering -- you consider other generator companies if you are looking to make such a purchase. I will be reporting what occurred to me to Angie's List, Home Advisor, and our local Better Business Bureau. When a company fails to live up to its OWN sales proposition it is time to steer as far away from them as possible. Reliable was unwilling to honor its own agreement. In light of what occurred to me I strongly recommend you think long and hard about entering into any type of agreement with them.

Quite well. Diagnosis required time to follow every possible lead. Andy was prepared for any possibility. Long history in the business. Very plain spoken-we both knew what page he was on and what was next. No surprises.

    GG Renovation
Excellent! All the various crew members were very honest and hard working. They were neat and conscientious. And if there was ever a concern about anything, it was addressed right away. I have already recommended this company to several friends and neighbors and will definitely call them again if/when we do more work. Highly recommend GG Renovation!

Great experience. They called me the same day I requested a quote (on a Sunday!). Emailed me with all the information I needed in advance of the job, arrived on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterward. I would definitely hire them again.

    DESIGNER HOMES CONSTRUCTION
This was a major home renovation project with a lot of customization. Tomer and his team handled the job professionally and beyond my expectations. Despite the complexity of the project and the multiple unexpected problems we found from the previous owner, Designer Homes Construction completed everything on time and on budget. We love that it was done quickly, timely, thoroughly, and within budget. Tomer has a keen eye for details. We love our new beautiful house! Will use them again and recommend to all our friends.

    Broward Solar Inc
Weve had the same system since we bought the house 22 years ago. We started to have a problem and called Jim. He came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. We will need to replace the system in time but for now he switched it to electric. When were ready to replace the system we will definitely call Jim. He was professional and fair and helpful.

    Solar Concepts
Steve is great. He comes when he says he will and is willing to coordinate with other professionals. He had to disconnect and reconnect our solar roof panel when we had our home reroofed. He did the job when requested and worked around the roofers' schedule. Previously he replaced our solar water heater for us and did the same quality of work. We highly recommend him.

    Solar Concepts
Steve and Ivan were punctual and did an excellent job removing and replacing my hot water tank. They replaced my old tank with a more efficient Rheem tank. They cleaned my area and explained the functions of the tank. They also adjusted my timer and replaced a noisy impeller. I was very happy with the job they performed and the fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them as I had done in the past. I will continue to use and recommend them to anyone who needs excellent solar service.

    Rubin Custom Homes LLC
I got three quotes. Rubin and one other were close, third much higher. I chose Rubin due to reviews on Angie's and google. Very happy with results. Good quality, friendly staff, cleaned up every day, kept me well informed of progress.
