This was a major home renovation project with a lot of customization. Tomer and his team handled the job professionally and beyond my expectations. Despite the complexity of the project and the multiple unexpected problems we found from the previous owner, Designer Homes Construction completed everything on time and on budget. We love that it was done quickly, timely, thoroughly, and within budget. Tomer has a keen eye for details. We love our new beautiful house! Will use them again and recommend to all our friends.

    Terrano Plumbing & Remodeling
Without a hitch, this is the second total renovation Ross Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling has performed in less than one year. First a guest bathroom now the master. He has done a first class job which is qualified to be featured in any magazine. It is nothing short of a true show piece. The contractor performance is beyond perfection. The work included a total demolition, complete interior remodeling, design, custom cabinets, plumbing, electrical and structural. Finally, I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Milan and Son Plumbing Inc
Technician arrived approximately two hours late. I had sent a photograph of the shower body that needed repair to the plumber. They did not forward that photograph to the repair man. When I asked him if he had ever repaired shower body like this he said no. His suggestion after speaking to his office, was to replace the shower body. I declined.

    All County Contractors Inc
James and his team did an outstanding job on the entire project!  From start to finish, they were polite, professional, friendly and timely with exceptional quality work.  James always checked with me about any options or decisions before performing the work.  I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the whole experience.  I highly recommend All County Contractors!

    Johnny Under Pressure
Mr. Bird was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and ready to schedule the job within a few days. His initial price of 350 was the lowest of the three bids I got, but the job ended up taking approximately twice as long as he had estimated, and he asked if I would be willing to pay slightly more to cover some of the costs. Based upon my tenant's glowing review of the service provided, the fact that the job took quite a long time, and the end results, I increased the total amount to 650 (more than Mr. Bird had requested). This price was still competitive, and I was happy with the end result. My 'B' rating on price was simply due to the inaccurate initial estimate, but I did feel that his requested increase was reasonable, and I felt that what I paid was fair for the time and effort he put into the job.
I would recommend Mr. Bird and his employees (sons?) to anyone looking for pressure washing services.

    SIW Windows and Doors
I spent 6 months researching providers of hurricane impact window and I made the absolute best choice with SIW.  Everything from start to finish was extremely professional.  Mike, the salesman who was my initial contact was extremely helpful and patient. Installation of these windows is a project and was expertly handled that way. Once the contract was signed  Isabel coordinated the entire project flawlessly.  There is a team of installers, who were wonderful.  Then after the windows are installed there is a team that comes in and repairs stucco and foundation; they also did a wonderful job.  Everyone was extremely neat. I was at work when all this was going on and every evening when I came home I walked into a very neat and clean environment. Isabel even coordinates the inspection.  The Palm Beach county inspector said that he was very happy with the job and that I should be too and I am.  Even my maintenance staff comment on the wonderful job that was done. I plan on replacing the remaining windows in my condo and will definitely have SIW perform the work.  Thank you very much SIW for a job extremely well done.

    H. P. Plumbing Services
Big job, he completed it in two days, he was very clean throughout the project.  Had to dig a trench, remove a row of pavers, install pvc pipe, new pipes from the washer as well.

The shower drain: I had 2 other plumbers come in to look at it and both said the tiles had to be all removed and a trench need to be dug in my bathroom so they could fix the pipe. Herb came in, calmly assessed the situation, took his time to do what he had to do and the result: a well draining shower without any destruction. This was done over 6 months ago.  He also noticed that my toilet was running, I said that I had 2 plumbers work on it and it runs after a week or two. Five minutes later toilet is fixed and that was also 6 months ago.

He price is fair and competitive.

    Stable Soils of Florida, Inc.
My husband came across Stable Soils through a Youtube video.  Pretty neat to watch.  David Tuck and Danielle Tuck and their crew were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, good listeners and good thinkers.  They are located in Ocala, But they do work in South Florida all the time.  So there was no issue with them coming to our property in South Florida.  They assessed our concerns and our patio.  They returned phone calls, emails and texts regardless of their busy schedules.  They provided a thorough proposal and answered all of our questions.  Their crew was professional and respectful.  They too answered my questions intelligently and thoroughly as well.  And, it is true what they say on their website - no excavation. And honestly - no mess.   They warranty their work.  I prefer not to share the cost, so that is why I put in $0.00.  But, know that they were especially fair with their pricing.  I recommend them and would recommend them to my friends and family.  They also work on foundations and seawalls.

    All County Contractors Inc
By the time I called All County, I had already had two contractors come out and look at the job, promise to send estimates and then never call back. John and Vinnie of All County showed up right on time with all the information about their company, looked around, took the appropriate measurements, inspected the materials I purchased and then sat down and explained everything to me. They provided me and written estimate before leaving the house and told me to call if I had any questions. At this point, I was happy to have found a couple of professionals who had their stuff together and could at least write out an estimate so I had a ballpark idea of what the cost was going to be. After mulling ti over, I contacted John about splitting the job up and asked them to start on June 6. John was accommodating and met me at a local establishment near my work to pickup the work deposit and provided me an additional work order stating the price of just the bathroom renovation. We agreed to start the bathrooms on June 6 at 830am.
June 6 rolled around and at 10am I called John to find out where the tile guys were because no one had showed up. Turns our that John was under the impression that the job was starting June 13 and I thought it was starting June 6. Miscommunications happen all the time, and this didn't bug me in the least since I very well may have misspoken. John was nice enough to offer to get guys out as soon as possible, so we reset the start date for June 10 at 830am. June 10, I call John at 900am because the tile guy didn't show. He called around to find out what was going on and right around that time, a man named Wade from All County showed up. Wade is an assistant contractor and looked around at what he would be doing in the house and said that he would investigate the whereabouts of the missing tile man, and tad me he would be back the next day to start demolition on the second bathroom after the first was grouted. Around 930, Louie the tile guy showed up apologizing for being late and stating that he had trouble finding my house and that he didn't have my contact information to call me (I admit that people frequently have trouble finding my house because of the layout of the neighborhood). Louie got right to work and did an excellent job cutting and laying the tile. He was careful enough to ask how large I wanted the grout lines and how I wanted the tiles oriented. After about 3 hours, Louie had finished tiling the floors and told me he would come back the next day to grout everything.
June 13, Louie arrived at 930 and went to work immediately grouting the tile. Everything looked good and then I asked him whether he was going to install the vanity and toilet and start demolishing the other bathroom. He informed me that he was just an installer and that he never does any vanity/toilet installation or demolition. Confused I called Wade to find out who was coming to do the demo and start installing the tile in the second bathroom. He said that he thought Louie was supposed to do the demo but if he could that that wasn't a problem and that another person would be brought in to do that. He also told me that he would be by in a few hours to start the vanity and toilet installation. At this point Louie advised me to call John or Vinnie since he had had communication problems with Wade in the past. Calling John, John also said that Louie was supposed to be demolishing the second bathroom and that Louie must just be forgetful. Around 1:45pm Wade showed up to see what he needed to install the vanity and toilet and then told me he would be back in about an hour with the parts. Just before leaving though he turned and said to me "oh by the way theres another job about 40minutes away from here, would you mind if I went to work that job today and then finished your bathroom tomorrow?" I explained to him that we had been without a working bathroom for so long (well before the beginning of the project) and that three people were bustling to use the one remaining bathroom and that I would strongly prefer if the job was just finished today. He replied that he was just asking and said that he would be back soon. Two hours later (Home Depot is 10 minutes from my house) Wade called to tell me that it had been raining and someone had rear-ended him, that he was sitting on the side of the road waiting for the police to show up and that he would be unable to come by to finish the job today, but that he could try to come back tomorrow.
Later in the evening I recieved a call from John telling me that someone would be by the next day to complete the bathroom. June 14, Eddie showed up around 10am to install the vanity and the toilet did a fantastic job. Eddie explained to my girlfriend everything he was going to do and why he needed to do it and completed the job in a timely and professional manner and then went on to give a quick assessment of what was needed to be accomplished in the second bathroom and what would how it would be done. A few days after Eddie finished the first bathroom, I called All County to confirm when work on the second bathroom would be completed. Vinnie confirmed the date and then went on to inform me with considerable irritation that I would be charged more money than agreed upon for the first bathroom since he was under the impression that Eddie had had to go well beyond the agreed upon work in installing the vanity. I reminded Vinnie that at the beginning of the job both he and John had seen the condition of the bathroom and what needed to be done and the vanity to be installed and generated a dollar figure based on this. I told Vinnie that contrary to the information he had received, no vanity was being assembled piece by piece from the box and refused to pay any more money. He responded by stating that Eddie must have been lying to him and ended the conversation.
June 20, Frank and Michael, associates of Eddie, showed up earlier than agreed upon to begin the demolition of the second bathroom. They were courteous, professional and completed the demolition quickly. The following week Eddie's guys returned to install the tile, grout and install the fixtures all in one day. The work was great and the guys were great. One of them accidentally broke the toilet tank lid while reinstalling the toilet but Eddie promptly addressed the issue by offering to install a whole replacement toilet for free or eat the cost of a replacement lid.
    In summation,
I would hire All County again in the future because the work came out very well but they are very busy and that shows in the lack of communication between the contractors and the subs and the confusion that breeds. Eddie and his team of subcontractors were excellent to work with and they produced a great finished product.

    All County Contractors Inc
John explained that this type of crack is typical and there was no need for me to have the tiles pulled up and the foundation repaired. He spent time with me on the phone and explained everything I needed to know about what was going on. He eased my mind about what I thought would become a huge job. If I had called someone else I could have easily been taken advantage of.
