I would like to start with the positive. - LINDA!!!
Linda - the wife/co-owner of the company is great.  She is very knowledgeable and kind.  She spent over 30 minutes with me on my initial phone call informing me of their business and how they could help me. I was very impressed with her.  She spoke of her business partner/husband (Gary) and how he was actually the one with all the knowledge of mold/General Construction and that she had learned everything she knows from him.  Linda also informed me that Gary is the one who personally comes and reviews the problems and would oversee the job if hired.  I was super excited after speaking with Linda as I felt that I had found a great company to fix my potential mold issue.
    Now the negative ? GARY?GARY?GARY!!!!!!!!!
Gary showed up and from the minute I met him I was not impressed.  Most questions I asked him, he would not answer. He would
simply tell me to watch a YouTube video he had created and was emailed to me.  The video would answer all my questions.  So, for someone that was built up to be an expert in the field I was disappointed that he would not answer my questions. He looked at my job and within about 5-10 minutes he said he could do it.  I then asked ok what would be the process...construction wise what would you do??  Again, he deferred the question to saying when his men show up they would figure out how to handle the problem and fix it in the best manor.  I also thought that was strange since Linda had told me that Gary had a General Contractor Lic.  You would figure he would know what needs to be done and inform his crew on what they would do.  That was actually the exact opposite.
After Gary left I asked my girlfriend what she thought of him.  She had the same feeling as me.  That Gary came off as being someone who didn't care much about making the client feel comfortable, not very knowledable and overall not a very likeable guy. At this point I was torn because I really liked Linda but felt that Gary had really disappointed me.  Later that day, I called Linda and was very honest with her about how I felt in regard to Gary.  I was hesitant to do so at first since Gary is her husband and I didn?t want to offend her.  Linda was very professional about the situation and told me that Gary is a good guy and he must have been distracted or something and she basically made me feel good again about hiring them to do the job.
On the day of the job, the workers showed up right on time and Gary came a few minutes later.  A great start.  Everyone on time.
The crew looked at my walls/AC situation and made some recommendations.  I actually heard Gary say a few times to his guys ?that it sounds like a lot of work? what the crew was recommending.  Made me feel like he didn?t want them to do that as it might cut into his profit.  Anyway the work got done in a timely manner (about 6 hours of work) and everything was good.  I was happy with how they left my home and completed the job.  Oh, FYI - all Gary did was show up in the morning to collect the check from me and buy some material at home depot and then I never saw him again.  He did not come back to review the job with me once it was done or even call me at the end of day. Nothing.  : (
Now here is where things go really bad.  A few days after the work was done I thought that their might have been a mistake with the AC venting.  I called and spoke with Linda and since she had not been at the job in person she gave me Gary's number and told me to give him a call. I called him and he picked-up.  The conversation did not go well at all.  I tried to explain what I was seeing/feeling and he kept telling me that I was wrong and that this was one of the most idiotic things he had ever heard.  So, basically calling me an idiot.  I asked him if he or someone could come and take a look at what I was uncertain about.  He told me that he would have to charge me and that Miami was so far away etc etc.   I got upset as I had just paid this guy $1,700 dollars and now he is asking for more money.  All I was asking for was a minor follow-up visit  to make sure everything is working properly.  He finally agreed that his wife would call me and they would send someone out.  He then told me to never call him again and hung the phone up on me.  I have never been treated so poorly.  Linda and the workers of the company are good people. Gary who you will have to deal with a lot is extremely unprofessional, cheap and rude.  BEWARE.

    Tri-County All Restorations
I'm extremly satisfied with the services Tri-County All Restorations provided.  Gary, owner of Tri-County All Restorations, and his employees, are trust worthy, customer focused, on time and hard working.  Gary went over and beyond, and exceeded my expectations, which is hard to do.  Nonetheless, they offer a great discount for Angie's List members which really helped with my insurance deductable.
We had a water leak in my AC unit closet which caused mold and water damage in the closet, AC unit, hard wood floors and surrounding walls.  The damage expanded out  to the two bedrooms beside the AC closet.  As a result, part of the walls were removed and rebuilt, the wood floors were removed and replaced, the AC air handler unit, coils and ducts were santized and sealed with a mold resistant coating, air sanitized with HEPA filters, additonally new plenum was installed.  I left off some details on the job since I don't want to ramble on.
While the home was undergoing the mold restoration, myself and family had stayed at a hotel, mostly because we have a big family, the AC unit was off and we just needed to sleep comfortably.  Since Gary set up a containment barrier, I was able to access the other parts of my home that were not affected, so I checked in quite a bit during the work.  I would normally not trust anyone in my home without my or my spouse's presence, but Gary's a trust worthy person and his employees are as well.
Ultimaltey, the end product spoke for itself. The mold is gone and water damage was repaired.   I LOVE my new hardwood floors!  The AC unit was installed better with fresh plenum, the walls appeared as if they were never replaced and the paint job gave my home a new fresh look.  Overall, we are really happy with the job.

    Mold Detective
Very professional and helpful.  Was not rushed, was patient and answered all of my questions.  I felt the inspection was very thorough and at no time was any other service or contractor 'pushed' or discussed with me.  I got 'just the facts', which is exactly what I wanted, and within 48 hours had a full report with pictures and analysis.  Excellent and highly recommend.

The job went really well. They are very thorough and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. It ended up taking more time than they expected but they didn?t charge us more than we were quoted. They were respectful and they were good workers.
