    Brock's Lawn Care LLC
I was impressed when I received a call within an hour after I originally used Angie's List. The gentleman (I believe Bobby) said he would be in the area in about an hour and he would call to let me know when he was on his way. I waited at home and never heard from him again. If the company has no respect for a customer's time then I certainly don't want to employ him.

    Bellview Small Engine Repair Inc
My edger was still under factory warranty. The pull cord had no tension on it. After close to 3 weeks it was "repaired", but when I went to pick it up I was told that when they put it back together, they discovered the belt was bad. This is after it was dissembled and the belt was off, but no one noticed the belt was bad until they put it back together. So, they charged me for the belt, which was fine, but also charged me for labor to take it apart and reassemble it AGAIN! And guess what! It did the same thing the next time I used the edger! NO TENSION ON THE PULL CORD!!! I had bought a lot of parts from Mary over the years, but after this happened last year, I have not been back to Bellview small engine non-repair nor will I ever! Not a good way to keep customers! And believe me, I have told numerous friends and neighbors about this. Bad news travels a lot faster than good!

    All About Pavers
We contracted with ALL ABOUT PAVERS to remove our old concrete driveway and replace it with cobble pavers. Claudio arrived at the appointed time, measured for the job and gave us an estimate. He suggested we do our walks at the same time. We agreed and signed the contract because the price was reasonable. (Wed already researched costs, materials, work quality, etc) Claudio did everything he said he would do including finishing this beautiful job 1 1/2 weeks early to our complete satisfaction. He is very easy to reach, and takes or returns calls immediately. Claudio is a pleasure to work with and well be hiring him again in the future.

    Affordable Sprinklers
Great father and son team. Very punctual, really knowledgeable about the system. Ensuring all of our sprinkler heads were calibrated, moved one sprinkler head that was not in an ideal location, and gave me a tutorial on operating our system. Would recommend and plan on having them do some work for other family.

    Reflections Landscaping
We accidentally killed our entire yard. The Reflections crew removed the dead grass and installed sod in a very efficient manner. There was sod left over and they even stayed later to lay it on our side yard

    Rainfall, Inc.
Chris was wonderful, stayed with it until he found the problem, (sprinkler heads were not popping up when the zone was on) and came back when I had questions and a concern about the height of a sprinkler head that could have been hit by a mower. The receptionist was helpful and fit me into a busy day. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

    Reflections Landscaping, LLC
We hired Reflections Landscaping to complete an huge yard renovation. Now that the job is finally completed, I feel it is necessary to share a review with others who may be considering hiring this company. Ultimately, we are pleased with the outcome of the project. Our yard looks great and it is what we were hoping it would look like. However, this company has very serious issues with the lack of communication and adhering to the quoted completion timeline. You will have to pursue them continually to get answers or information. When you do get an answer, you are not guaranteed that it is accurate. The most important aspect you should know is that the estimated completion time they quote you is almost irrelevant. With the clauses in their contract, there are no repercussions for them if they do not complete the project on time. We were quoted a 3-4 week timeline but instead saw 12+ weeks go by before the job was completed. I have seen other people state their concerns about the workers/crew members. There was absolutely no concern for us there. They were respectful and worked hard. (Also, popsicles are very much appreciated by the crews on hot days.) Overall, I am quite conflicted. I have serious concerns and reservations about recommending them due to how long it took for them to finish our project and how little they communicated with us throughout the process. On the other hand, our yard looks good. So with that I say hire them with caution.

    High Maintenance Tree Service
On Dec. 14th the Bakers, and their 4-man crew arrived right on time, calling me 15 minutes in advance of arrival. The crew worked efficiently, with one man on the roof trimming branches hanging over roof, and another man was in the bucket truck trimming the tree(s). The larger limbs were roped first, secured to the bucket truck arm in order to control the larger limbs once they were cut. The men worked as a well-oiled machine, and worked safely. The two remaining crew worked at picking up fallen limbs; once the debris pile grew, they would put them into their chipper. There was never an instance while someone was standing idly by! Mid-job I was asked whether I liked the shape of the trimmed tree. Upon job completion, my property was left clean, with the crew raking up even all the smaller debris. I'm not an easy 'straw boss', and I didn't have much to do -- I'm extremely pleased with a job very well done.

    A Quality Tree Service
I scheduled an estimate and they didn't show up. A few days later they called and gave an estimate, but then failed to show up to do the job. Now they will not return my call. Don't waste your time with these guys. Very unprofessional.

    Round To It Services
He was professional and he was meticulous at what he did. I liked that. I like people who are meticulous in their work and he definitely was. He called me that he was running late. He came a little late. He definitely called me when he was going to be late.
