AE T General Contractor INCJulio and his team did a phenomenal job brining my backyard dream come true. He was able to correct a substandard and incomplete job done by a previous contractor. He is very communicative and has a creative eye. I had a front yard retaining wall, large patio, fire pit patio, outdoor kitchen and walkway installed. ALocal Pensacola Assembly and Construction Companybetter than expected, after being referred to bo by a neighbor I was planning to purchase a kit and pay for assembly after looking on google for (Real Wood Pool iutdoor pergolas I found they were anywhere from &1000-$3000 and weren't assembled, you had to pay extra for assembly and extra for stain and sealant, that's when no suggested we design our own and construct it, he drew up an almost spot on visualization of what he built, let me pick put wood, stain and location, but above all be was very kind, even though I requested extra he never asked for more money, and on thrilled with what he built. me and my husband and I are already planning put next project-10/10 would recommend.- Beth W.

DBrian came out looked at what needed to be done he gave me a price which i agreed to. we set a date. I called to let Brian Know i Had The Pavers needed. again we confirmed the date. I never heard from Brian Again. I called left voice messages on the 2 phone numbers i had for him he never responded poor business practice. would not recommend.

DSod was laid down very sloppy, Dirt from trenches for irrigation system was not put back in some of the trenches, the gravel area not as thick or as large as agreed, some pop up sprinkler heads were installed too low, they over estimated the amount of sod needed for the job and installed excess where not really needed, they did not adjust the height of the water utility meter boxes to match the surrounding grade as agreed. I requested them to correct some of these things, but after they did a poor job regarding my request I gave up on them and corrected the remaining problems to the best of my ability.
