The job went incredibly well. Six months ago I contacted Ben after seeing a kitchen his company had done for a former co-worker. He came by my house and we went over what I wanted done and he gave me a cost estimate. Since I have champagne taste on a beer budget, he tweaked the estimate for me and I gave him a deposit. I explained that I did not need an immediate start date because I could not draw out more money without paying a penalty, but I wanted to do the work early in 2017. Ben was very agreeable to my needs and the job actually began in late January 2017. It was completed on February 17, 2017---exactly four weeks to do the job, just as Ben told me. The crew, led by Ben's son Angelo were fantastic. The arrived at 8 a.m. each day and worked steadily. At the end of the day, they cleaned up before they left. They arranged the work so I could stay in the house and not have to board my dogs. The house is now gorgeous. The tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms is perfect. A wall and pocket door were removed from the master bath which resulted in a hole in the ceiling. No one would ever know that wall existed--the ceiling was closed and repaired flawlessly, leaving no trace behind. In addition, rather than remove a section of wall between the living room and dining room, the wall was cut down, giving the house a more open floor plan. Now I have a shelf area I didn't have before and this little bit of creativity is a wonderful touch. I have new interior doors on every room, new wood work throughout and newly painted rooms that added new life to an old house. And, not only did they put up my new curtain rods, they hung my new drapes. When LHI finished up, the job wasn't over. Angelo came back on his own time to hang the new mirror in my master bath (the plumber was not finished when LHI was) and did a little touch up. It was something that wasn't part of the contract, but LHI has a real commitment to their customers. Every thing they did, they did with an eye to detail. When I signed the contract, Ben told me, "If you aren't happy, we're not happy." Well, I am a very happy customer.

When all the old cabinetry was removed we found issues with electrical wiring & plumbing & had to take an old wall out behind the cabinets. They were able to take care of every issue that arose themselves and the finished product was amazing! Great positive attitudes and easy to work with. Trust worthy, reliable, knowledgeable, and skilled for all home remodeling needs. I put some before and after photos below

Not very good at communicating when work was to start. Once started never knew when the workers would show up or if they would. But once they did they seemed to work hard. Missed items like grounding which was caught by building inspector.

Word to the wise make sure everything you agree upon is spelled out very clearly in the contract because the salesman will tell you one thing but then the owner will not live up to what the salesman said. Salesman agreed to move an outside light work to be done by their electrician and when I pointed it out as missed was told would not do it. Salesman even call and said it was his mistake but I still had to pay to have work done. To bad company does not stand behind salesman's commitments, and for such a small item?

Contracted work 09/29/14.  Was told it would be 6 weeks or sooner to  Drawer start work.  Work did not start until 12/08/14.  Refacing of cabinets completed 12/10.  Drawer pulls missing and not installed until 12/17.  Was called on 12/3 to set up final install date.  They wanted to start work on Friday 12/5.  I told them that was not acceptable because that would mean that I would not have the use of my kitchen over the weekend.  Monday 12/8 was set.  They called back on Thursday 12/4 trying to change the start to 12/5.  Annoying.

    Licciardello Flooring & Bath LLC
Our 40 year old home was in dire need of an update.  Referred by our neighbor,  Mario Licciardello (owner/operator) of Licciardello Flooring & Bath came over and did a walk-through, listened to our desires and concerns and gave us an assessment.  We agreed on his proposal and on a start date.  We moved out to allow undisturbed working conditions. Mario kept me informed of all the progress and texted me pictures of his progress when I could not be there, and offered suggestions (which I found very helpful).  He also kept us informed of our costs as we were working with a budget. He was always accessible when we had questions. The electricians, cabinet people and plumbers were sub-contacted by him.  Mario is very conscientious and does quality work.  We are more than pleased with how our home turned out, it's like a new home without the new home cost!  I highly recommend this company as what could have been a stressful experience turned out to be a pleasure!!!

We have had the oppurtunity to meet Brandon (project manager) and have spoken with Drew. They have treated our family well and been open to our ideas and budgets. Looking forward to doing work with them.

Visited showroom, viewed various shower products and materials, selected choice of materials to be used for walls, base, doors, seat, and shower fixtures. Written estimate provided the following day. Lead time on all materials was estimated at a two week time. Materials were received within estimated planned time and installation schedule was then confirmed. Project took 3 days to complete which included removal of old equipment, installation of complete shower assembly, installation of tile floors in both baths and kitchen. Price did not include purchase of the floor tile which I had purchased previously from another retailer. Additionally contractor ( I purchased) installed quarter round molding in the entire house.

He was very quick to respond to my calls. We had him pick the color of the tile and he did a great job on it. The bathrooms look great. He does great work for the money. I would recommend him to others.
