Boarding reviews in Belleview

I registered my dog online to be boarded. I was able to scan & send all her shot records, & fill out their forms, et al before hand, making it easier at the time of drop off. The facility is huge. It takes up several suites in a strip mall, so you can see the dogs that were lucky enough to score a room with a window. Each room has a toddler bed. Their website makes it sound like every room has a web cam so you can see your dog at any time. However, it turns out that not all the rooms at this time do. However the receptionist said they are working toward the goal of all of them having a camera. She was nice enough to move my dog to a camera room, because that was important to me. They have laundry carts for you to put your pets belongings in when you arrive, & allowed me to bring her blanket & food. They offer extras such as play time with other dogs, kong treats, walks under the trees, trips to McDonalds drive through... I got the play time; they get all the dogs of similar size to your dog & an "Inn Keeper" takes then outside to walk around & play, then inside, then back outside for a grand total of an hour. At night they turn the lights off, but the web cam has night vision so you can still see your pet. I was very pleased with the service. I could see my dog whenever I wanted to, to make sure she was indeed going outside, wasn't having an anxiety attack, was relaxed, & getting fed etc. She didn't have super bad kennel odor when I picked her up, like she usually does. (I never get her bathed, I wash my own dog.) Now, kennels house lots of dogs, & there are odors, & I don't expect her to smell like a rose when I pick her up (plus it was a week since her last bath) but most places she stinks to high heaven afterwards, but at We Tuck 'em Inn she didn't smell bad. They do allow tours of the facility, but I didn't know this before hand, so didn't experience that. We ended our trip a day early, so I called them & told them & there was no problem. They gave her a report card. I was very pleased with the experience, I will be using them again. The only thing is it's a bit confusing as to the names of the rooms, pricing, & which rooms have web cams & which don't. I am going to take a tour before next time.

I have a 7yr old Maltese and they groom her and do a very good job. They do everything that they need to do. They have plenty of supplies. They also have organic and American made foods there as well. I have been going there for 3 years and they are the only place that I would take my dog. They are a first class service and provider.

The staff was pleasant; and willing to allow me to tour the facility. However, I was concerned about the appearance of the facility and number of dogs being cared for in such a small facility. There were at least 25-30 dogs in the facility (possilbly more). It was crowded, dirty and cluttered. There were only two suites; as far as I could tell; and all the other dogs were in crates. Some stacked on top of one another between two small rooms. I am new to the area, and it was definitely not what I was accustomed to in CA. There were only two staff members present; one who appearded to be grooming; and one covering the front desk. The staff member who showed me around wouldn't be specific about the number of dogs taken out into the yard at a time; and although she indicated that they are taken out 3-5 times per day, none of the dogs were out in the yard at the time I visited. Most of the dogs were all in the same room that the attendant was performing her grooming duties. The dogs just did not appear to be in a warm and comfortable setting as their website boast. It did not seem appropriate for my dog. Although, their prices were appealing, I believe the adage applies, "you get what you pay for."

It was $80 for almost a week for two dogs. I would use them again in future.
