    Erwin Electric Inc
On site work was performed by Travis and Frank. Erwin Electric performed an thorough pre contract review and plan. They took a completely demoed kitchen and rewired the entire premises into a different configuration. I also had Erwin to run two 220 volt lines from the new electrical service to the attic to enable installation of an elevator and the transfer of the laundry room to the upstairs master bath. All work was done in an outstanding and professional manner. A minor warrantied issue with a GFCI was quickly rectified by Frank.

    3D Solar
I highly recommend this company and Christopher Lawless as your sales rep. I have 3 different companies come out and give me quotes, tell me how long it would take and the quality/warranty of their equipment. 3D solar was best in every way. Chris gave me the cost and power producing expectations. I wasn't given a pushy sales talk but a realistic one. I even asked about upgrading to more panels and instead of jumping on it, earning more money, he told me I didn't need and he didn't recommend it. I went with his recommendations and have been more than pleased! Installation was extremely quick and the workers were extremely polite. They kept me up to date on their status and cleaned up afterwards. Chris even stopped by to see how it was coming and let me know he was a partner in this purchase. He let me know that the panels were actually higher level from what I believed I was going to be getting. They were able to find the perfect placement of all the equipment. They worked perfectly within code and inspection passed quickly. Even today, Chris still keeps contact with me to verify that everything is working perfectly for me. I love my online details of the power my panels are producing. 3D solar is also monitoring the system and would know if something isn't performing correctly, which I have no needed at all. I haven't had a full winter yet of collecting power to cover summer charges, but I am already saving money! My house is 2000 sq ft with a pool. Normal summer charges were between $300-359 a month. I enjoyed my $75 bill during the summer. Next summer they should be even less. My May bill was only $9!!! I highly recommend going solar! 3D solar is one of the best companies around and they are LOCAL to Tampa! Your sales people live here. The workers live here. They are neighbors who want to do great work, save you money and save the environment. Please give them a call and ask for Chris Lawless! You will NOT be disappointed!

    Red Royal Electric
The job required mounting an electrical fan in a bedroom and wiring the fan. The cost to mount the fan was $125 which I found to be reasonable. The cost to wire the fan was first $825, and after a protest $650. The work required treading a wire 5 feet from ceiling to a hot switch. Tap into switch and then run maybe 15 feet of cable externally on the ceiling to the fan. Place a wire cover over the wire running from wall to fan. An experience electrician, could do the electrical work in an hour or less. So even if the electrical work was $200 + fan installation of $125, I would find $325 reasonable. They charge $49 travel charge just to give you a totally unreasonable price estimate. I would not use this company and I would not pay them a travel charge. They are making money and providing no service. Frank C Clearwater, FL775

    Avery Construction Design Consulting INC
We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Avery Construction. Nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. The cabinet installers were meticulous with every detail. Very professional organization to do business with. Rob Olson was our original point of contact and he tried his best to accommodate all of our wishes. We truly love our kitchen and couldnt be happier with the entire project. We highly recommend this business to anyone looking for top quality.

    Red Royal Electric
David was the electrician who did the work. The ceiling is concrete so there was some tough drilling involved. He didn't leave until the fixture was perfectly placed and balanced. Every shade was perfectly positioned as well. He was efficient and vacuumed up the concrete dust before he left. Well done and I will hire again for any elecrtirc work.

Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast
William Newkirk and his crew did an excellent job on the kitchen remodel. From our first contact with William, we found him to be very easy to work with. He was eager to provide the best customer service possible by offering a wide selection of products within our price range and displaying a high degree of flexibility with scheduling. He also demonstrated a quick response to unexpected events during the process. I appreciated how available he was to be contacted, and when he wasnt immediately available, William would respond back to us in a reasonable amount of time. His estimate of the dates when the cabinets would be delivered and the completion of the job was very accurate, and the time it took to complete the remodel was appropriate. When we had questions about various aspects of the job, William answered them fully and provided reasonable options for us to consider. At the end of each workday, the workers would clean up any mess that had been made. Although the cost of the remodel was considerable, it was not the most expensive quote I was given in my search for companies to perform the job. I consider the cost well worth the results, because the quality of the cabinets, countertops, and workmanship is excellent. William made the remodeling process about as easy as I could envision, and his company will definitely be considered when it comes time for a bathroom remodel.

    ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION & COMM
I've used them at home and I've used them at the office for many, many years. They come to the office more than they come to the home because it's a bigger place and we have a whole lot more lights. It was a good experience.

Henry did a great job, replacing the GFI outlets and inspecting the rest of the house to identify other needs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use Mister Sparky again.

    Handyman the Fix-it LLC
Excellent job. Cleaned up after job. Stuck to estimate which was more than fair. Took trash out so I didn't have to deal with it. Very polite and friendly. Very professional and methodical in taking down awkward piece. Well thought out plan for demolition.
