    We received the quote on Feb 19, 2018. The install was scheduled Apr 23, 2018. The morning of, we were contacted stating the install was delayed because the crew didn't finish a weekend job. Two days later, the subcontractor Kenny showed up and proceeded to tell us the install wasn't going in as quoted, and was very rude, argumentative, and stated no-one should rely on the estimator. Against our gut reaction, we allowed his crew to proceed. Kenny attempted to drive his beat up truck into our yard which would've likely broken our irrigation lines. When we told him not to drive into our yard, he got pretty passed and let us know it. Finally his 2 workers unloaded the fence materials and Kenny left. The workers were hard working, polite and let us know of a few minor issues that arose. Late in the day, they discovered the fence gate needed to be returned to the shop to be modified. Kenny showed up to pick up the crew and the gate. Unfortunately we didn't see them load the packing debris nor the gate until a few minutes after they departed. We discovered Kenny had unloaded wood fencing debris from another job and left all our packing debris, empty water bottles, empty concrete bags, etc. The next morning we made several phone calls to the office, and Manager Dave wasn't concerned and wasn't responsive until we informed him that we would hire someone to remove the debris at their expense. Later a nice c e young man came and removed the debris and let us know this situation happens with Kenny all the time. Next, we were told that 2 days later (Fri) our gate would be installed, yet we were rescheduled to Sat. Sat morning we were told Kennys trailer had been impounded and we were rescheduled to Mon. Kenny and one worker showed up Monday and installed the gate, removed the debris and collected payment. Later that afternoon we discovered that a major irrigation line had been cut while one of the crew used a reciprocating saw to cut some of the post materials. We had our irrigation company show us the pipe and it was easy to see where and how it was cut, and was exactly where they were cutting the posts. We called the office again, but have not received any response. If you are looking for a fencing contractor, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. These folks (except the actual workers....the one's getting paid the least) are nasty to deal with and are not concerned about correcting problems THEY caused.

    I paid $250 extra for a steel frame around a large gate because they said it was the best way to go to make the gate open smoothly. Their new gate doesn't open. The 2nd gate bounces because they didn't fix the post that was bad to begin with. They assured me they could fix what the prior bozos hosed. Because it was a few days before Christmas, and they assured me they would be done in an hour or so, and I had to leave the house before they said they would be done, I made the mistake of paying them the balance due. I came back later and found both gates were hosed and called them. At first they tried to say it was the fault of the prior fence installer that made their gates not work with the bad posts. When I reminded them the whole point of hiring them was to fix the prior bad job they assured me they would come back to make it right. Two phone calls and a week later one of their guys put a diagonal wire on half the width of the large gate. Obviously there was absolutely no change in function. I called them three different times to see when they would come out to fix the gates and each time they gave me a new date but never showed, nor did they call to postpone. My son visited and put a new gate in at a different location and it works better than the "professional" job. It has been a month and I have still not heard from them. It's just disappointing that my gesture of kindness prior to the holidays was rewarded this way. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what they didn't.

    I couldn't be on the property at the time of the install but my tenant was. He raved about how hard working and what had good ethics the owner had. He said I should use this company on all my properties. He even kept their name for his friends to use. They allowed me to go to the property and inspect it before calling in my payment.

    Installation date agreed upon and they arrived at 8AM that day with truck loaded and ready to go. Worked very hard all day and did a super job. My wife and I are very happy and want to thank Ed & crew for a job well done. Looks great too. Very glad we chose Duracraft.

    Mark showed up right on time the day of installation. Mark is a great guy, very friendly.  Fence was installed, he explained how to use the fence and a couple other bits of information.   I would definitely use Mark again.

    A-1 handled my fence replacement in one day with professionalism and ease. They booked two days in case of weather but were finished by 4:30 the first day. I was concerned with the fence crossing the survey borders of my property, so they took the survey and made sure the property lines were followed. I now have a very nice cypress board-on-board fence, and although the original estimate called for a 42" gate, I asked for a 48" gate and they obliged without charging me anything additional. They also built a 4 ft. section with a gate around my A/C-garbage can area which looks great. They used quality black hardware on the main gate and enclosure gate so it looks classier than others I've seen. They cleaned up every bit of the mess, and even hauled away some tree trimmings. I couldn't be happier with the results!

    Vincent Oleman, owner of Big Dawg Fence, did an excellent job from building the fence to installation.
         The fence he built was high quality and surpassed all of my expectations.  Excellent workmanship, top quality and an affordable price.
         Other contractors wanted an extra charge for many of the things I requested,  Big Dawg DID NOT!  He was honest and fair.  I would highly recommend Big Dawg Fence.

    After purchasing the Deal, Mike contacted me promptly.  On the initial visit, he determined that two posts were broken off, an additional $50 each for new posts, which was acceptable.  On the day of the service he did find a third broken post -- they didn't have another new post with them, so they used two 2x4s to fix it -- and didn't charge me any additional.  The entire repair, with the crew of three, took about an hour.  Very efficient, friendly and courteous.  Yes, I would use Trinity Fence again.
