    As bad as possible. NEVER EVER HIRE!!!! After 5 visits to our house and multiple attempts to fix our water and ice, it was unable to be fixed. This was not a problem, we understood. HOWEVER, after their visits our fridge and freezer now no longer work at all. We had to throw away all our food and contacted them to check. They said a leak must have happened but it was not their responsibility. We are out a $3k fridge now and there is no cooperation with the company. Avoid at all costs.

    Jim was excellent.  On time, he fixed any flaws in the couch and refinished it to look like new!  Very happy with the customer service, quality of work and professionalism.  Would not hesitate to recommend him

    Cory knows everything!! He took apart my washing machine to find a hose that needed tightened. He also found that I needed a new part for my ice maker that needed to be ordered. He came back in a couple days and installed the new part and it has been working perfectly since. He does such an excellent job. Pricing is right on target. He was very helpful and very experienced with the appliances.  I couldn't ask for a better experience.

    This service provider came to my home on 4 separate occasions and still the problem is not solved. Every time I needed service it took an enormous time to have the service performed.
    It seems that this machine is unrepairable (only 18 months old) and the service provider will not tell the seller to replace this unit.

    July 11: Quality Appliance sent out a technician to repair the dishwasher which was not draining. the technician had been here once before approximately two years ago when the appliance was installed and had the same problem. this time he said that the hose was kinked. there was a bit of debris in one of the filters and we should switch to a different detergent. he also indicated that the origiinal installation might be part of the problem. I was charged a service call and it worked for a few days.
    August 15: Having been out of town for two weeks, when we got back, it did not drain again. The same technician came out and said the problem was the installation which was incorrect and causing the hose to kink. he said that it should be reinstalled and that a plumber should do it.
    September 5 :. Our regular plumber arrived and said that the hose was kinked. he drilled another hole to place the hose away from the back of the machine and unkinked it. He said the hose was a part of the appliance and that the appliance person would have to replace it as it was a Bosch part. thereafter; I called Quality appliance to come out and replace the hose as it was not draining again. The office said the technician did not want to fix it because the installation was incorrect and that a plumber would have to do the reinstallation.
    September 12: plumber arrives and re-installed the dishwasher. he re- positioned it and anchored it with liquidnail as the counter is granite and he could not drill into it. (NOTE)The original install was liquid nail and we had no trouble for 2 years. Again the plumber said the hose would have to be done by the appliance tech. So I called the QA technician and asked him to speak to my plumber over the phone to make sure the information was right. He refused to talk to the plumber and kept insisting the unit had to be re-installed. Which of course, the plumber had just done. the QA tech agreed to order the new hose and install it.
    In the meantime, the office called me to let me know that the cost would be around $275 plus the hose. The hose was about 30 dollars. I insisted on a consideration for this going on and on. they eventually agreed to split ;the labor costs and I would also pay for the part..
    September 23: the technician came out. and said that the new hose was the wrong one. I asked him who ordered it. He said the QA parts department. While he was here he vacuumed out a small piece of glass from the filter. he said he would go back to the shop and find out what happened with the hose order and the office would call me the next day.
    september 24. the office called me to tell me that they were and quot;backing out of this projectand quot; The employee I talked to was not polite and felt that all that had occured was not due of their service. She said that by all rights they should charge me a service call for the visit with the wrong hose, but that she would not. She then gave me the name of an applicance installer to call. Quality Appliance was recommended to me as a certified Bosch appliance repair shop when I bought the applicance.
    I hope Bosch reads this. Now I have to find the correct hose and get an installer to take care of it. This has been a nightmare and a lot like a tennis match. and quot;No the plumber has to do it...no the appliance tech has to do it.and quot; etc. I hope this saves someone from having the same experience.

    I would like him to come back and fix it. At this point he is ignoring my calls. He told me that I had a year warranty on this and it is still not fixed. It was in May when he supposedly did it correctly. He said he would come back within the year. There is still a problem.

    When the technician Jorge came and fixed my washer, he fixed right the first time. It still runs smoothly to this day. I would like to thank Jorge and Sears for a great job. Jorge was courteous, professional and an expert in his craft.

    Guy showed up on time.  Spent 2 minutes looking at bottom of washer.  Said he would give an estimate.  Collected check for $49.95. Called on Monday following site visit and said parts & labor would exceed value of washer.  Asked about what a good washer he'd recommend.  He said to look at Consumer Reports.  In my opinion, it was a waste of $50.  Not sure if this company fixes anything.

    Serviceman showed up on schedule and was very courteous.  A new part was needed.  He told me it would take three days, should expect to see him in that time.  Part was just installed today, 10 days later.  Service guy was good, I give him an A.  But his receptionist is horrendous.  She was rude when we called to ask what was going on because they never told us the part wouldn't be in three days after the initial call.  She blamed everyone else but herself and her company, never apologized, and was combative.  She gets a big F.  Hard to imagine using them again, but would only consider it because the service guy was good and courteous.
