They were excellent, Amanda and Jim help packed the thing ready to move from Georgia to Florida. we are moving to a smaller space, it was a big deal, Amanda help me to contact some people for a junk man to get away some things that we didn't need anymore. They brought everything for the packing including boxes and papers to wrap with. It was an excellent service.

Cyndee helped my husband and I find a condo in Indian Shores in 2011. We knew that we wanted to buy something on the beach that we could rent out and use periodically for family vacations. We started looking in 2008. We live in North Carolina and we would call Cyndee any time we were going to be in Florida so that we could look at available real estate. Cyndee was so patient - never pushy. She understood our parameters and made sure to show us properties that we would actually consider. Since buying our condo 5 years ago, Cyndee and Jack have been a wealth of knowledge, be it for contractors needed for work in the condo, rental information based on market conditions, and marketing ideas. Cyndee and Jack are not just business associates, but they have become friends who are willing to help in any way they can.

Fantastic - I highly recommend them! Steven and his crew did a great job. They carefully wrapped everything and protected my furniture. This was especially important because I had a large and heavy glass wall divider and thick Glass dining room table that they had to put on hard floor tile. They also were very careful bringing it up the elevator in my building making sure they didn't damage the building.

Very well. He was very professional and appears to understand the electricity problems we have in this house that was built in 1956, then had two rooms added on in 1992. I have great confidence in Ray who promises to make the home safe. He is returning to do the work on Friday. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of electrical work and a provider who actually backs up the service performed. On 10/11/16 Ray came out again and immediately helped me with the pool timer as soon as I reported a problem. The scheduler also did a great job and was quick to schedule the Oct repair.

Poorly. Project took more than four months, with repeated absences of more than a week. Workmen on site made no special effort to protect our property. Poor communication at all levels. Mediocre workmanship. We had to hire people to repair some of their workmanship.

Doug's team moved me to a new house at the beach for hopefully the third at last time. The team is courteous, prompt and extremely hard working. They are in constant motion and go above and beyond to help reassemble treadmills, consult and hookup new dryer connections, deliver boxes and pick them up when you're done.

Rimo is not only a great professional He has become a great confidant and friend, great help in selling our home while we are working in the UK. I believe these qualities make him excellent at his job and able to find people the right fit. He is kind and competent and knows how to put people together and get things, "sometimes impossible" done. I suggest you work with Rimo, he will save you tons in time, money, and headaches. I know I do and will continue to do so.

These guys ROCK!!!  Initially Barry came out in December 2015 and did the inspection which took several hours.  Barry is not afraid to get dirty.  He was inside, he was outside, he was in the crawl space.  He recommended that some additional testing/exploration was necessary.
The second visit Miko, his assistant came with, the two of them were again here for 4-5 hrs.  They had to cut a hole in the closet floor which involved cutting thru 2 inch pour concrete to access. They had to go buy a special saw and breathing masks (no charge to me).  Once they gained access to the area beneath the floor he was able to get clear pictures of termite frass and voids in the wood causing deflection and crushing of a load bearing beam on the first floor.  He explained in his opinion the ceiling of the first floor unit should be opened up to do a thorough inspection on all the wood beams. He put together a detailed, clear, and concise report which was submitted to the Property Manager, and the company that provides our termite warranty.  He also spent quite a bit of time on the phone with the Manager of the termite company who was attempting to dispute Barry's findings.  I received a follow up email from Barry detailing point and counter point.  He was able to effectively rebut each objection the pest control manager made as to whether the damage was termites.  The pest control manager was trying to say it was water damage.
The third visit was at my request to oversee the pest control manager and his contractor as they cut several holes in the ceiling of the first floor unit to look for damage.  Barry again was very proactive getting in there and taking pictures, pointing out to the pest guy and the contractor the voids, frass, and 3/4 inch difference from the floor/ceiling elevation at the outside walls to the center of the room.  Again we received a very detail, clear and concise report, that left nothing to be questioned as to the source of the problem.  Termites.  There was  no live termite activity as the building had been tented shortly after Barry's first visit in December 2015.
Barry's character and integrity is very refreshing in this day and age.  I would highly recommend him for any of your engineering needs, and Miko is a star when it comes to communicating and keeping you updated.  These two are awesome.
I felt the fees charged were extremely reasonable.  Trust me call these guys you will be very happy with their service.

GREENLITE was absolutely wonderful!  After a very stressful situation with my first contract on a condo fell thru, I was in a frenzy to find a new home (and my lease on my previous townhouse was ending and could not be extended).  STEPHEN was EXTREMELY understanding and worked with me on all of my date changes and options. STEPHEN is not only a true professional in the moving business, but also helped me feel more comfortable and less stressed about the whole situation.  Originally, we had gotten a POD because we liked the idea of moving slowly, but soon found out how cumbersome that option was and there was NO way all of our things (2 bedroom townhouse) would fit into the largest single POD.  We ended up putting as much of our things as possible in the POD, but for the heavier items, which were also our most important items (like our new, electric, expensive, leather living room set)  for movers.  GREENLITE WAS PHENOMENAL!!!  They not only took special care of the items they were moving (padded and wrapped them perfectly), but they also unloaded our ENTIRE POD for us!  The guys (CHRIS, GREG, and CALOB) are some SERIOUSLY HARD WORKERS!!!! We had stairs in our old townhouse and 2 sets of stairs in our new townhouse (and as I said earlier, there were some REALLY HEAVY) items!  While I will NEVER use a POD again, if I ever need movers, GREENLITE will be my FIRST call!  I HIGHLY recommend them!  Thank you Steve and your whole team!

The movers arrived 5 minutes early and met with me about the details of what they were to do. They then began promptly at the time scheduled and worked hard for the next four hours straight. They were very professional and finished timely!
