    IMLocksmith Inc
We bought a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 and it came with only one key.  We needed a transponder chip key made. We could have gotten one from a Toyota dealer, but it probably would have been almost twice the cost. IMLocksmith sent a mobile unit to our house, cut the key and programmed it, and now we have a 2nd key.  Easy peasy.  Thanks IMLocksmith!

    Americas Lock and Key
We had to change a lock fast due to a security issue. We called Americas Lock and Key Service and they said they were sending someone right away. The service tech called us about 10 minutes prior to arrival and was at our place right on time. He was very pleasant, took the time to explain our options and gave us price options. He did the work as promised and left our place spotless. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience overall. I'll call them in the future for any lock work I need.

Jim was terrific.  We had issues with old locks near salt water.  He repaired those he could and replaced others.  Jim showed me how to keep the locks in good working order.  He also made a lot of copies of keys for me for family members.  Jim was also able to repair the locks on two sliding glass doors.  I am keeping his card on file and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.  He is very nice and easy to have in the home.

Handle came off of my door latch so I called Suncoast as they had done work for me before. Ed showed up right on time and diagnosed the problem in about 10 seconds. He tightened a set screw and even gave me an Allen wrench just in case. He wouldn't charge me for the fix.

When we bought the condo, all the keys in the unit for the 4 doors were different. Not sure why the builder did it this way, but was a hassle. Called Dennis (who's office help is wonderful) and got the work scheduled the next day. He was prompt, professional, and very thorough. Did a great job and we hooked him up with neighbors in the building who used him as well. They too were very pleased.

Scheduling was simple, the tech arrived on time and was quick with the installation, gave us a great walkthrough of how to use the new deadbolt (including showing us the quirks on getting the key out, etc.) and was out the door as quickly as he arrived.. The cost was $223 for the lock, $35 for the doorknob and $110 for labor. I think that parts markup ended up being more than I realized, but I had no issues with quality and service, just wanted to mention that as a fact, not that I think they are trying to rip people off. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them going forward should I need any services they offer

INTEGRITY KEY LOCK AND SAFE LLC
He was a little late, but he called and gave me fair warning about it. He was professional and did more than I expected (tightened up a few hinges and gave me advice on reprogramming the garage openers.

A+ service. Garry was very professional and friendly. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He then explaned the difference between new locks and a re-key, then I had him re-key the entire house. while the job was being done he told me how to better secure the home, including adivce on which locks are harder to get into then others. While providing advice, he didn't try to sell me anything extra, and even made suggestions for some do it yourself projects to increase security that can be completed with a few simple items from any hardware store. Before he left I asked him about the garage door opener, and how to change the clickers in-case the old owners kept one, (im changing the locks why wouldent I change the garage door opener too) while not being part of his usual service he told me how to do it. I recommend his service.

Scheduled appt with Gary via email. Gary called about 15 minutes before the appt to let me know he was running about 10 minutes late due to traffic. It was great to get that call as a heads up. Gary rekeyed 3 locks for me and provided 4 keys. The 3 locks included the exterior door and two interior doors. The entire process took about 45 minutes. Gary was very careful to make sure the locks worked and even fixed the deadbolt lock on the exterior door as it was not extending fully. Overall, very happy with the work.

Later, Gary even called me to let me know he made a mistake and overcharged me for the service and would be crediting back the difference to my credit card.  I was quite impressed with that.

The serviceman was right on time. He was very business-like and had a professional manner. All work was done very well. He suggested a low cost security upgrade to sliding glass patio doors. I would definitely use Suncoast Security again.
