    Very well, Steve was most helpful and reassuring. Will use again next time I need professional assistance for A/C. I also signed on for a 3 year maintenance agreement making total cost $250.00. This to include the callout for leak and line clearing ($170) Will receive 6 visits at 6 monthly intervals over 3 years - all inclusive. Incidentally my A/C is blowing cold nicely since his visit. Good job.

    They came right away and installed unit on the day called. That was less than 2 years ago. During the first 18 months, they were here so many times to try to get this 'lemon' to work; that the owner said it may have to be replaced if problems continued. Then , they STOPPED answering our calls. yes- the problems continued and multiple contractors could not fix it. ONLY parts for unit are 45 minutes away, I discovered! I was forced to replace the entire unit this week - less than 2 years from install!!

    Two weeks ago, I called them when my air conditioner wasn't cooling. They accommodated my schedule, came out and fixed the problem quickly. One week later, my elderly mother's heater wasn't working. They came out within a couple of hours of my call, identified the problem and fixed it right away. The technician even called me before doing the work at my mom's to explain the issue and authorize service. Everyone I have dealt with - from the receptionist who answers the phone to the technicians - are responsive, courteous and professional. They get the job done quickly and don't try to oversell. I will use them again and whole-heartedly recommend their services.

    I filed the claim thursday around 5pm. I called the office friday around 1pm to see if they could come out before the weekend. The earliest they could come was tuesday morning of the next week. I understand it is their busiest season but it's tough as I had weekly renters so that is why I rated responsiveness as a B. My rental manager handled the onsite visit so this is what she reported to me. Technician PJ called her half an hour before as promised and arrived on time. He was very professional and took time to properly diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a faulty capacitor. He replaced it and the A/C started working properly. He checked over the entire system to make sure there were no other problems. I was worried at first based on some of the ratings but everything went well.

    Excellent service. Our unit quit on a Saturday. We called 5 or so of the highly rated companies on Angie's List of which a few were responsive. One was unable to come out until Sunday and one had us in a queue for late Saturday. Advanced was able to get to it promptly and Rick serviced our unit within hours. Rick was very courteous and professional, and diagnosed and repaired the unit promptly. We were up and running (and cooled) in no time.

    Terrible customer service. I purchased an AC service coupon from Suncoast Air Conditiioning Inc last week. First of all, they never got in touch with me to schedule so i called the company myself. The customer service agent basically told me i had to call Angies list to check on the order myself because they had no information about anything even though I was providing them with the order and coupon number from my Angies list purchase history. Most of all it was her very rude and dismissive tone that turned me off. Most likely I will never deal with this company again.

    Called Suncoast on Monday to schedule, she was apologizing for not being able to get someone out until I assurred her it was not an emergency & Friday would be fine. The tech showed up set about his work, my husband said he was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He showed my husband where the condenser water exits on the outside of the condo and how it gets clogged causing the ac to shut off bc the water backs up in the tube. Very satisfied will certainly use again.

    As soon as we met Bob Shiminske, sales person for the company, we knew that we were in good hands! He assessed our issue, was honest with us, and provided a fair quote on a new system. He did not pressure us, as some other companies had done. Also, the price was similar or less than the 3 other quotes we received! We decided to use this company because we trusted Bob and his team. For someone who does not like having service people in her home, the replacement process was seamless. I'd never use anyone else for an A/C issue!

    Excellent service, with direct supervision by the owner.  Spent a great deal of time picking the optimal unit given we have a very tight space for installation.  Only slight glitch was with their electrical subcontractor installation of condensate pump.  However JDK responded immediately (same evening) and fixed the problem immediately.
