    Mr. Matherlee was a pleasure to work with.  He was informative and realistic about what we could expect....then delivered more.  He did a wonderful job of matching colors and restoring the gorgeous lacquer finish to these unique 30 year old chairs.  He also taught us how to clean lacquer properly and protect these chairs in the future.  Mr. Matherlee is a gentleman, an educator and an incredible craftsman.  We are very, very pleased with the outcome!

    The owner, Ann, was very professional and gave me realistic forecast for the outcome of her work.  She warned me that because the stains were old, she couldn't guarantee perfect results. 
    I was ready to call the reupholstering company to reface 8 dining room chairs with off white seat cushions,  as the stains were old ( brownish water damage stains and old cat's revenge stains) and looked hopeless. The cost of that would have been close to $400.
    I decided to go ahead and use the $100 worth of service purchased through AL.
    Ann and her team of two women worked for slightly over 2 hours and did an excellent job of removing stains in all chairs with only minor residual on one chair that had  repeated water damage from several years ago.
    Ann not only did an amazing job cleaning all chairs but also gave me the name of the chemical to use in case i wantwd to try to work on my own later on and completely get rid of the old water stain.
    I would definiytely keep Ann's contact information on file and would highly recommend her to my friends.

    Delivery was prompt, in fact they asked if we wanted them to arrive earlier (without pressure,they said they'd show up during the window if needed), put down a runner to protect our floor, set up the bed in minutes. I did verify that it was a new mattress (I read the news stories) and there was no issue with the delivery. Price was a bit higher than I could have done on overstock or Wayfair, but we were in a jam because Macy's short shipped and we were the ones they decided to not give the mattress to so we had to get something on two days notice and Mattress Firm came through. Also gave us a bunch of 20% off coupons for Bed Bath and Beyond which came in handy.

    Great experience working with the salesperson.  Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and guaranteed delivery arrive on the date scheduled.  The table came in a box, the delivery guys unpacked it, cleaned up all the packaging and took with them.  I had such a great experience with Hudson's that I went back and ordered a china cabinet that is a special order item.  Can't wait for it to arrive.

    My husband and I placed our order on a Saturday afternoon. Before placing the order, we asked the sales rep how long would it take for the merchandise to arrive because we had a very small window to received the items due to traveling to/from up North. We were told by the sales rep that our order would be delivered on 5/9 because Thursdays were when deliveries were made to our area and someone would call us a day prior to delivery for a time block. She said that they would hold our order if we were not there as long as we were not away for 6 months. We agreed and placed the order. Day prior to our "supposed" delivery, we did not hear from the company so I placed a call to see what was our time block the next day. I was told that my order was not being delivered on the next day. I went on to tell the person that I placed this order because we were told our delivery date was during our window of being in the area. She told me she would find out what was going on and get back to me. Within 5 minutes I received a call from a Mark Beatty (owner of Patio Factory Supercenter) who told me that my merchandise was completed, however, I was not on the schedule for 5/9 and that their truck was already packed and ready for the next day. He continued to tell me I was NEVER told that the delivery date would be 5/9 and that there is a huge problem if they could not deliver the furniture because they would not hold it for us. When I told him that the sales rep did tell both my husband and I the delivery date, he started to yell at me on the phone stating that I was NEVER told that, that I was lying and that the person would be fired if they did such a thing. He was not even in the store where my husband and I purchased the furniture. They never give delivery dates on the date of purchase. When I tried telling him he would have to hold the furniture because we did not have any return flights scheduled yet, he became extremely loud yelling where both my husband and mother who were both sitting at a table with me could hear him from the phone. I have purchased many things from many different stores in the area and never have I ever been treated with such disrespectful and unprofessionally as I was during this call. He would not even let me get a word in - he continued to yell on the phone to where I was forced to hang up on him because of his rude and disrespectful behavior.
    I would consider twice before ever purchasing merchandise from this store. I would prefer paying triple and being treated with respect then going back to the Patio Factory Supercenter again where the feel they can treat their customers in such a rude manner. Our friends were planning to go purchase balcony and patio furniture at the store, however, after hearing about my experience they have changed their minds. I have since learned after talking with many others, he has done this to numerous customers. Wish I would of read Angie's list before I shopped here.

    They are good piano movers and are rockstars when it comes to moving pianos. I would not hire anybody else in the country to move my pianos other than them. They take a thirty thousand dollar piano and treat it like it is a whole diamond. The make moving the pianos upstairs look easy. They are extremely professional and first grade.

    Kane's Furniture

    A white dresser was purchased and developed yellow leaching marks over the top thus ruining the finish. I contacted Kanes to send a service rep to look at it . They DO NOT accommodate the customer with appointment times so you must wait either all morning or all afternoon on the assigned day according to their designated areas. The first time we waited the agent was sick so another appointment and several back and forth calls were needed. After all their  hassle,they inform us that their lifetime warranty is only structural and they will do nothing to solve our problem,not even informing the manufacturer of their product's defect or inquire of the manufacturer if they have a warranty. . Our problem is not structural, but a manufacter's defect....I talked to Maganussen,NC, today and they are to call
    Kane's.....Further, Kane's just called again and said that the manufacturer office in NC, had called them and wanted us to buy this special paint and repaint the problem area ourselves! \\\\\\\\\\\\\News Update....Kane's has agreed to repaint the top of the dresser,at
    no cost to us.....Progress is being made....

    The Missing Piece, Clearwater
    We were excited to find this well displayed consignment store. We shopped in the store in South Tampa and worked with a great sales associate (Carol) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, I wished I had read the other reviews before I purchased anything. After receiving our sleeper, the fabric was obviously faded; however, it didn't look faded in the store. I guess due to their lighting. You also have to pick up your furniture immediately or pay $49.95 for storage regardless if it's a week or a month. Just be careful. Don't be fooled by the store's ambience and the way things are staged. Look everything over carefully because if you buy it, it's yours even if you don't have it delivered. You are not going to get a good price for what you're buying and these are not cooperative people. Other than Carol, they act like they are doing you a favor. I wouldn't shop here again. There's also an odd vibe and dysfunction in the store with a tension among sales associates so I suspect their employees are not well treated. They obviously have a great business plan but they do not care about you or misrepresenting the items they are selling. Buyer Beware!!!
