  I would say that this provider offers no warranty and they do not tell you up front what the total price of service will be. I was quoted work for one person but two showed up and I was charged for both. I would not hire or recommend them to anyone. I feel like I was taken advantage of based on price and for the quality of each project completed. Once the trim was patched and painted in the Florida room, I was told that I needed to have pvc piping installed without being asked. The bike racks will need re-hung, the garage ceiling wasn't painted nor were the walls that had just been patched ( walls are discolored and patchy), the garden hose holder will need rehung as it is detaching from the wall. The worked completed was sloppy and I will need to have everything re-done or finished by someone else. They came here at 9 am and I had them stop at 1:30pm.

  STRUCTURE SOLUTIONS

  Tim and Jamie were awesome! They started and finished the job within the estimated time frame and they showed up every day at 8 am when he said they���d be there. Tim lined up the subs required (a/c, plumbing, electrical) and kept the job on track. It wound up being more work than we���d intended due to old termite damage but he never skipped a beat. In the end, he reframed the entire room, put up new drywall, added a pocket door, fixed an existing door, patched the ceiling, added baseboard and trim and laid tile. Very happy to have found a good contractor and we���ll definitely use him again!

  A Plus Plastering

  We were replacing the carpet in our master bedroom. I had used A Plus before to do a much more extensive plaster ceiling repair at my mother in law's home and he did an excellent job there. As an afterthought, I called John to see if it was possible to repair the ceiling at our home while the king sized bed was moved out from under the damaged area. Since time was limited, John was able to give me an estimate based on cell phone pictures that I texted to his wife. Then he scheduled the repair the very next Monday for us. John showed up as promised, very carefully covered and quarantined off the work site and did the repair. His ability to match the existing ceiling texture is amazing. It it wasn't for a slight color difference, it would be very nearly invisible. John also touched up another area of the bedroom that had been slightly stained by a roof leak. He is the best I have seen at repairing and matching texture on walls and ceilings.

  DOWN UNDER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INC

  We are extremely pleased with the job done. The replacement of the pocket door was difficult due to the settling of the building and the warping of the wall. The job needed a skilled professional who had the ability to think "out of the box" and that is what we got! We are pleased with the timely and professional actions of everyone we came into contact with from DUCS. We plan on hiring them to redo our bath.

  Wabarto and his crew, Yusnaider and Jesus arrived on time as scheduled. They were all efficient and hard working. Only taking their lunch break while waiting for the mud to dry. Otherwise, working non-stop until the work day ended or the job was finished. Each day the floor, windows, and walls were draped with plastic sheeting. At the end of each workday, the sheeting and all debris was removed from the premises. Wabarto was proud to show off their work and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before they left. Wabarto and his crew were efficient and demonstrated good attention to detail. They were pleasant, respectful of me and my property and professional. If I ever need drywall installed or repaired again, I know where to go. I will not hesitate to recommend Textures by Blue Sky to friends or neighbors too if the opportunity arises.

  Poorly. Project took more than four months, with repeated absences of more than a week. Workmen on site made no special effort to protect our property. Poor communication at all levels. Mediocre workmanship. We had to hire people to repair some of their workmanship.

  AAA Services of Central Florida, Inc(AAASCF) was excellent. We were not experts and did not have the time needed in planning renovations or hiring subcontractors and needed a company that was not only a good construction contractor but would act as a project manager. From the planning stages by bringing the plumber, electrician, and tile/floor man in from the start, exchange of ideas helped with formalizing our remodeling ideas. All contractors were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every day wasn't complete until they finished cleanup. When the contractors were not sure on a particular plan idea, they would contact me directly for additional information on what we were attempting to accomplish. Then it was up to them to make it happen. Our timeline was met and we were able to move back into our unit by 5/31 with only a small punchlist to resolve. We would highly recommend Joe Logar(owner) and AAASCF for renovations in the Tampa Bay area.

  George and his team are outstanding.�� George arrived promptly at the scheduled time to do a walk thru of my home.�� He pointed out drywall areas which needed repair and discussed the paint types and number of coats required.�� He gave me an estimate which was $750 less than the closest competitor.�� On the day the work was to begin, George arrived on time with his team and the work began.�� The team did an outstanding job.�� Each night, George would call me to see how I felt��things were progressing and would ask if I had any concerns.�� The job progressed quickly and the team finished in the agreed to timeline.�� I highly recommend Superior Painting for anyone that desires a professional job!

  Upright Remodeling

  Our first contact was with Art.  Art, a true professional, came out to our house and took the time to understand the changes that we wanted. Art made a few visits before we started the work to ensure that we all agreed on the scope of the remodel. Bill accompanied Art on various occasions. Art and Bill had the expertise and vision to make suggestions to finalize our plans and begin construction. Nate was the supervisor of the crew that worked on the project. Nate was extremely easy to work with.  During the project, Nate had several good ideas that we incorporated into our remodel.  Nate and his entire crew took pride in their work. Communication was excellent from beginning to end.  Although we were not present for most of the remodeling, we were consistently kept informed of the progress. We were satisfied with the time it took to complete the job.  It is clear that customer service is of utmost importance to Upright.  We would certainly use them again.
