ACapital Appliance & A/C Co IncWell. I called and requested assistance with what I thought was the problem. I cleaned a small oven with the oven cleaning setting. It did not work again. I called Capital Appliance and requested service and told them that I thought the heating element was burned out from the high heat of the cleaning cycle. The technician replaced the heating element, but that was not the problem. The company then ordered a sensor as the technician thought that was the problem. The oven still did not work, so the technician replaced the mother board. That was the problem all along. The technician was patient, eliminated each issue that was not causing the problem and re-built my oven. It works! I am totally satisfied with the work. CAUTION: do NOT use the cleaning cycle for oven cleaning. It's much too hot!!!!- Kathleen M.
