    It went very well. I tried several companies who took money and made promises only to never hear from them again. I would have never tried again but I actually talked to a representative of a timeshare who actually gave me their contact info. They went to work immediately and yes it took a while to get out of contracts. The long period of getting it off credit report was extremely long but they did all the work and they did it correctly. I could have never done it alone. they led me and provided me with all the paperwork needed. The whole process took almost 19 months to clear all negative reports from my credit report. This is truly a wonderful time to have all that behind me. If you are stuck in a timeshare the time to get out is now. Do not wait it will never get better. These folks have the experience to help you. High recommend, I can not tell you how happy I am now. Good luck and give these people a chance. Copy of actual Email that I was waiting for !     You have to try out the different therapists to find one you like. Most of them are straight out of school and have very little experience, but if you can find one that's been doing it for a while, you'll get a good massage. Right now, I use Peter because he listens to what I want and need and does it. He also has many years of experience, and worked at Disney before he went to Massage Envy.

    Fred's Clock Repair
    We had to move our Grandfather clock around the house when we were having new floors put in. After everything was settled, we noticed the clock was not working correctly. I found Fred on Angie's List. He came out the next day, made the required adjustment and serviced it while he was here. I loved having Fred in my home. Really nice man, very knowledgeable. I will be calling Fred again in the future.

    the sales rep was a very nice woman named Jill Gonzalez. Very professional lady. I liked her a lot.
    I would have bought a plan, but there were a few red flags that really bothered me. The first one is, a Google search about consumer complaints actually turned up to their advantage. Very few complaints, and the few there are, seemed to be effectively resolved.
    The same can't be said of their parent company though (SCI). SCI has had a few shady dealings in their past that was a real red flag for me.
    The biggest problem I had was, in addition to the cost of the plan, they really twist your arm to add on a $500 'travel' upgrade... in case you happen to die more then 75 miles from the home address they have on file. That seems like buying a car and being sold the 'under-coating'. They claim it's a State expense, but I'm not convinced.
    Besides, wherever you die, they pretty much transport your corpse to the nearest crematorium to where you are. That 75 mile rule seems pretty arbitrary. Plus it makes the main plan pretty useless. If you happen to move/change residences to a different city, your plan is still tethered to your original address so you'll still automatically be subject to that 75 mile limit. If you don't buy that $500 travel upgrade, you'll be charged a lot more money on the back end - which is what you're trying to avoid in the first place. For instance - my residence is in Orlando, Florida. If I happen to die in Columbus, Georgia and my corpse is transported from the hospital to a crematorium less then 10 miles away, I'm STILL more then 75 miles from my residence. Unless I bought that travel upgrade, my original plan would be pretty useless. I found this VERY disturbing...

    Excellent.  When the TV stopped working on the Friday before NCAA Final Four weekend, I called Roane's on Saturday morning.  Call was promptly answered.  Options to deliver TV or pay nonrefundable service fee ($79.50) for pickup/delivery.  Had a good discussion re: limits on cost to repair and received assurances that we would be called before exceeding the estimate.  Service person picked up the TV the next Monday and returned it one week later, fixed within the price quoted.  This company was excellent to deal with from beginning to end.

    They ran a bunch of tests because I've had a double bypass in the past. So, when that happens, they check out more thoroughly. The staff is friendly. Care was good. Everything about them was good. It's the only trauma care center in the area.

    Larry's gas services (David Mobley) checked out the fireplace and fixed the problem. They were very courteous and on time. They also cleaned the fireplace. We have lived in the house over 6 years and didn't realize that the flame was not as it should be. What a difference! Great job. David will be the first person we call if we need gas fireplace or grill problems again.

    They are okay and I'm happy with them. My husband had some difficulty with them as far as the Television; he was supposed to hook up to the Wi-Fi which didn't work and they happen to say that they didn't deal with Television set. So that was annoying experience as they didn't give him any help on that. I would have to use them in the future as I'm stuck with them.

    I found Mr. Fred on Angie's list. I called on Thursday and he came out the next morning. Oh my goodness, what a nice man. He took a look at our clock and very quickly found the problem. The pendulum was bent. He straighten it and since we had the clock since 2002 and it had never been serviced, I had him take care of that. He did the service, set the time and made sure it was in working order before he left. I highly recommend Mr. Fred for all your clock needs. He is very knowledgeable. Such a pleasure to have in your home.
