  CARLOS CASTRO and his shady company KING KUTZ is reckless and cheats their customers from their paid contracted services. BEWARE!!! Although, KING KUTZ appears to be competitively priced, Castro will cheat you on the back end! I paid KING KUTZ to mow my lawn and trim my palm tree & bushes. They did not complete the job did not trim my backyard bushes nor my palm tree. What is worse is that in the process of mowing my lawn, owner Castro completely destroyed 4 sprinkler heads and sprinkler valve cover. After calling multiple times to plead Castro to return to fix what he destroyed and complete the contracted service, he ignored my initial calls, denied responsibility for destroying my sprinklers. Eventually, he promised to return to finish the job of trimming my tree & bushes. KING KUTZ never returned and continued to ignore my calls. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING LANDSCAPER!

  Carlos is my weekly yard guy. I hired him to do a sod removal and resod project for my back yard, and someone else to remove a tree and complete stump grinding before Carlos was to do his project. The day before the tree removal was to happen, the tree contractor still had not confirmed his appointment. Carlos offered to do the tree removal himself and quickly found someone else to do the stump grinding. On top of that, my husband decided at the last minute he wanted another tree removed from our front yard and bushes removed from the perimeter of our back yard. Not only did Carlos complete the initial project on time, but also the additional requests within the same timeframe. He saved the day and kept me from a huge mess. I would suggest anyone hire him for their yard projects.

  Overall they did well... When asked if they had a leaf vacuum ( which in some areas of the yard I felt would have done a better job than just a leaf blower ) he looked into it and said they had something. Turns out their "something" was just a leaf blower which he could have been honest and just said that's all they had. Again overall they did pretty well but think I'll look again next time for someone who actually has a leaf vacuum too when I ask.

  Am so pleased with the delivery of the mulch, the service provided in spreading it all around the house and the price to complete the job. I had only guessed at the amount that would be needed to cover but was way off with the guess. Mr. Davenport was able to obtain the additional mulch. The work was done quickly and now the yard looks beautiful. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

  You can tell he loves his job. He is extremely knowledgable and excited to help. I don't know anything about plants, so I asked him to recommend plants and the layout and I couldn't be happier. Even around the hurricane mess, he was able to fit me in. He still checks in every few days to see how the sod is doing and to make sure I'm still happy.

  John responded promptly to my request. They came when they said they would and cut up the tree, leaving the debris piled up between the sidewalk and the street (for county pick up). I was concerned that some of the larger stumps were placed next to and behind our brick mailbox. He said that should not be an issue since the pickup service would have a guy on the ground as well as operating the claw. The next day my husband expressed the same concern as he was afraid the mailbox might be damaged during pick up of the debris. I texted John asking if they could please come back and move the stumps by the mailbox. He said they were working out of town for the next 2 days so would come on the weekend. They did not come that weekend, nor did he contact me. I sent another text asking if they would be coming the next week, but he did not respond. My husband ended up moving the stumps himself. Because of his failure to at least respond to my request, I will not use this company again. He had also given me an estimate to replace the sod in that area after the debris was gone and I was planning on giving him the job, however I will not be giving him any further business.

  Danny came out the day after I had called requesting a visit to install a new irrigation system. Upon his arrival he had determined that I actually had an existing system that wasn't functional and appeared to have not been ran in several years. Danny installed a controller and was able to turn on the existing system to see what pipe and heads may need to be replaced. There were a few heads that needed to be replaced and a few heads that needed to be added. Danny had the system up and running the next day and it has been running great ever since. I really appreciate the honesty from Danny as he saved me a couple thousand dollars by taking the time to investigate and determine that I had an existing system in lieu of just coming out and installing a completely new system when it wouldn't have been needed. Danny's passion for his work shows in his work ethic and the finished product. I would recommend Synergy lawn care to anyone looking to upgrade an existing system or to have a new irrigation system installed. I will be using Synergy lawn care for all my future lawn care needs.

  The first time that I had them come out was because I needed some raking and sod put down. Joe and his brother, Rod are the two nicest people. They put the sod in early in the spring. They now come out every week for service. The price is very reasonable. He takes care of trimming fronds that I used to hurt myself on when I trimmed them. I've been using lawn care professionals since 1984, this is the first one that I've wanted to leave a review on.

  They were very vague about coming out to our house and missed an appointment. We had to reach out to them and they showed up the next day and did the job. After, that job they offered us a monthly lawn maintenance program at a great price. After that is when they disappeared. It took them about three weeks to cash our check. We were calling almost every day to schedule the lawn maintenance and somebody actually picked up the phone two days ago. He said they would come out yesterday to rake and mow the lawn. Surprise, nobody ever showed up! We called them and no answer. We are done with this company. For a company that says have a blessed day on their voicemail, it does take a miracle for them to do their job!
