    The worst part was the price for the oil change. They charged me $130 for an oil change. I was crazy. I went like, "What?" They're not great. I will try not to use them. Unfortunately, they're the only Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealer around here. So, if I can avoid them, I will avoid them.

    Completely horrible customer service.
    I arrived for a 9 a.m. Saturday morning appointment five minutes late - I called at 8:30 informing them that I was running 10 minutes late due to an accident on the highway. Somehow within those 5 minutes, the owner took another customer that did not have an appointment but had an "emergency hitch installation", whatever the h*** that might be. For clarity, this place is open on Saturdays for appointments ONLY.
    Instead of bringing in my car and installing the hitch which he said would take 15 minutes, he decided to ask me to wait for an hour so that he could finish the car he was working on.
    When I asked to speak to the owner, he came out of the garage irate and said that I can get my deposit refunded and leave. I spent 45 minutes driving in each direction + tolls to get to this place. W**?

    I had to go to a different location for the service center. Everything was fine, and I didn't have any complaints about what they did and how they did it. My only complaint was that I was really sick when I went in, and I was having a big trip coming up. It took over 3 hours. I was waiting in the waiting room over 3 hours for the oil change, and I had an appointment, it wasn't a drop in, where you pick the busy time. My other problem was how they did it. They have 4 or 5 service managers, and you get assigned to one service manager, and once you are assigned to a certain service manager, nobody else can talk to you or help you. It has to be that person helping you, so if they are away on lunch, or helping another customer or whatever, there is no one you can talk to, you have to wait for that person to come back, which I thought was very inconvenient.

    The entire transaction went very well. Prior to using Frank's service, I emailed him with details of what I needed and I also included window and sliding door dimensions. He was responsive to my emails and gave me a price quote based on my detailed dimensions. I set an appointment for a free estimate so that I could meet him, discuss the types of films he uses, and ask further questions. I don't like to hire someone sight-unseen. He would have come in person to give an estimate whether or not I emailed the window sizes, but providing the dimensions was an added plus, as he gave me what turned out to be an accurate estimate.
    Frank. although busy, made time to come to my home the next day. He was punctual and kept me apprised by phone of his approximate arrival time. He came with Vincent, who helped with information regarding details of the tints and quality of the films. Both men were professional and personable. Frank advised of what film would be best for my purposes, but did not push anything on me. The price Frank quoted in the email was accurate and, I believe, very reasonable. He didn't and quot;nickel and dimeand quot; or try to push any unnecessary add-ons. I made an appointment for two days later.
    Frank and Vincent arrived on time and ready to work. They had all the materials they needed to do their job and clean up after themselves. This is not always the case with others. The work was done in a quick but careful and detailed manner. Frank really cares about his work and takes pride in his reputation. I am quite satisfied. His suggestion of film choice looks very nice and provides the privacy I need and wanted. He stands by his work and gives the assurance that should there be any problem, he'll fix it. He charged a fair price (and included a senior discount which I did not reflect above), kept great communication with me, and was professional and reliable from start to finish.

    They did't take them long to find the problems, after two days they called with an estimate for repairs that was one third the 
    the price that i was quoted at the dealer and the vehicle was ready that Saturday for pick up! all washed and clean! the vehicle runs as if it were new! they are the only one from now on that can touch my cars!

    Aventura Auto is a great neighborhood "find". They are a certified Volkswagen business and they charge substantially less than the VW dealers for routine work and special needs. They deliver service when they say they will and at the price quoted (or less!).

    Their hours are flexible and they will accommodate your early, late or weekend drop-off or pick up. It's a clean shop, efficient and provide great service.

    Our car was repeatedly stalling. We took it to our usual mechanic and they did repairs twice without fixing the problem. Then we went to two other places that also didn't fix thle problem. Richie's first try was not successful, but he then took it back and kept it until he was able to fix it. He didn't charge us for the second attempt. His cost was also lower than any of the other places that we to it to, and he was the only one who fixed it. He drove us home during rush hour when we brought it back. We will definitely take it back to Richie's for future repairs.

    Denis has a great garage. He took care of everything without it costing an arm and leg. I needed to get tires which were a hard type to find and he researched everything and helped me find the best ones. The one thing I love about Denis is that his shop isn't fancy they just do good work and I completely trust the work that he's done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Francisco (Frank) gave me a brief explanation of the different films and a ballpark quote per square foot by phone; he then came to our home to measure and give us the estimate (he emailed me a credit card receipt thereafter), and show us with a heat lamp how well the different films work to reduce heat. We were able to schedule the installation the following weekend. The day of the installation, Frank called to let us know the two installers were caught in Boat Show traffic, which was helpful. Overall the installers did a very good job - they were thorough and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I'm a perfectionist, so I did note a few areas where they didn't quite cut the film flush to the window edge, but no one else would notice. We can really feel the difference with the heat (and hopefully will see a difference in our A/C bills!).

    I was worried that both joints needed replacing, but Richie said only one of them did. An honest mechanic! Richie is very bright; a Stuyvesant High School grad (NYC) and altogether honest. He asked all the right questions about make and model before I even brought the car in, so the part was available and the labor swift. Someplace else might be cheaper (and I know another more expensive) but you get your money's worth at Richie's.
