    The Pool Specialist
Zain and his crew were great. They showed up on the scheduled day and the pool was resurfaced within a week and they sealed the deck the following day.
Thank you the pool and deck now look amazing.

I noticed Andres cleaning several of my neighbors' driveways and was impressed with his work.  I hired him to come the next day.
I have used several cleaning services before, but my driveway has never looked better!
Andres spend about 2 hours carefully cleaning - he is very much a perfectionist.
I will definitely use him for this and other cleaning projects in the future.

    Reef Tropical Cleaning & Services-Orlando
Very courteous and respectful of my things and my pets.  He was very careful and did an excellent job keeping the trim paint off the wall paint.  I was impressed.  He was here about 4.5 hours and worked the entire time..no phone call interruptions etc.  I was also pleased that he respected my time and understood my availability and adjusted his schedule to accommodate me.

    Scott and Sons, LLC
Owner of company was asked several times if he would stay with his workers throughout the process due to the SIZE of the project.  I was assured that he would, however, this did not happen.  I have attached photos of the project with this review for shoppers to make their own conclusions.  I took a loan out to pay for such an extensive project and Scott & Sons charged over $10,000 for sand base and labor!  I had already purchased all of the pavers.  The biggest tragedy on this job was the installation of the pool patio.  I had already purchased deck drains which Scott (company owner) assured me several times were NOT necessary.  I finally decided to go with his expert opinion, which was 1 vital mistake.  I now have flooding in several issues on the patio (which is pictured with me splashing in it after an afternoon rain).  After the pool deck is now ruined Scott agreed to fix the flow by changing direction of some pavers & moving my gutter downspouts to run under the ground with pop up catch basin in the yard.  He THEN changed his mind and in writing decided he would $CHARGE $ me for that and other mistakes of his.
I had provided Scott & Sons with pricey Urbana stones (pavers) that I paid over $4,500 for pool area alone- before hiring them.  The polymeric sand HE chose without consulting with me, as the homeowner, ended up NOT curing (hardening) AT ALL and it has been 3 MONTHS now of polymeric sand collecting IN my HOME (as pictured with daily brooming entrance) and IN my vacuum inside the pool.  He brought the manufacturer here for a second assessment of the polymeric sand.  They both agreed there was some sort of defect.  Scott assured me at that time that they needed "to fix it" and I had been through enough with this.  When not around the manufacturer, he assured me this was not HIS problem and the manufacturer should pay.  However, there were other errors in areas that he would have his "crews" fix.  Later to only put in writing that he was going to charge for those things instead.  Scott brought another worker (Dabney) out to assess the pool deck polymeric sand issue and the gentleman assured me that he would score the sand out of the cracks between the pavers & shop vac it out with an assistant of his.  This technique was talked about in length due to the pool I had just had resurfaced this summer. .. so as not to get more polymeric sand in the filter as it is piling in there daily from the children walking on pool patio and jumping in the pool.  Dabney notified me it would be about a 2 - 4 day process and I assured him that was fine.  The following week I still had not heard back from Scott and I texted him 2 days in a row, asking when Dabney was going to start removing sand, as weather had cleared.  On the 3rd day of trying to contact Scott & Sons, I received a text that he would let me know when he was available to pressure wash the pool deck.  This was a complete change of plans and one he did not notify me about.  He let me finally know in writing that it was HIS business and he would conduct it accordingly.  He also let me know that Dabney would NOT be the one doing the work but he never said who would do it.  Pressure washing had already been discussed in detail and I was assured he would not do that because of the MESS and it going into the pool even more.
When installing the fire pit he said it was "normal" to not sink it into the layer or level of the pavers and he left the pavers in the interior circle of the pit as well.  When I asked him how I am supposed to build a fire in there he said there was no problem.  I then had to ask him to dig out the interior.  He bored 2 holes in the existing pavers.  I told him that did not seem suitable for soot from a fire and he bored 2 other holes in there.  He threw a bag of lava rock in and called it a day.  The rest of the buildup of soot from fires built in the fire pit  will simply leak out the sides of the fire pit after rains because of his technique of sitting it on top of the pavers, instead of placing it and then cutting in pavers AROUND it.
The front porch was layed with a border so wavy that it is embarrassingly noticeable right at my entrance.  I was told that was normal and due to my house not being completely straight???  Just because they did not want to measure according to framing around the windows (also shown in my pictures).  There were also border pavers that were completely left out of the pattern to the left of my garage.  NONE of this was an issue to Scott and no final inspection was even done by him.  Nor did they bother to clean off the home from weeks of paver dust from them using a wet saw.  All of these mistakes were supposably going to be righted so I had never responded to Angie's List request for a review.  I had in fact assured Scott through out the process that I would help with such a large job and post pictures on here of the finished product.  Now I have so many damages that he feels he should not have to correct because I "paid in full".  Goes to show it does NOT pay to be a respectful client and pay a company 100%.  I have learned the hard way and have been left with a complete MESS after taking out a loan to do these renovations to my home.  I have cried more times than I can count and cannot even go out back to clean the pool and filter without crying over the nightmare here.  Our feet are such a gritty mess every time we are on the pool patio.  I had even asked Scott to remove his shoes to feel the polymeric sand residue everywhere and he outright refused.
I will NOT pay this company to fix problems THEY created and left for me.  I will NOT have them pressure wash over 2000 sq. ft. of polymeric sand only to end up on the sides of my home, my fence and IN the pool when even HE agreed that was NOT a good plan to go with.  I had even brought up concerns of so much pressure washing disrupting the base and aggregate they layed and did NOT compact under the pavers.  He was not worried about that.  He reminded me I paid "in full".  As if to say it is not his problem.
I will say I have NEVER filled out a review such as this, but there as SO MANY problems that I am having to seek litigation on this.  I would absolutely never recommend him for any project.  I had to literally call and text for a week to get any kind of remedy in writing - only for him to go back on his word of fixing these things or using Dabney at all.  No explanations given.  Just changed plans and mode of removing defective polymeric sand and now charges will be incurred for other work to be corrected.

    PIERCE BUILDING SERVICES
I have used this company in the past for all my pressure cleaning. Toby is down to earth, professional, very thorough. Family owned business. Commited to doing the job right. Some of my neighbors used another service, and the difference in quality of work is amazing.

    Holden Handymen Inc
I selected Holden Handymen after receiving 2 other costlier estimates from other companies for replacing the siding only. I contacted Rudolf via email and he phoned me that same evening to set up an appointment to give an estimate the following day. Based on other reviews of Holden Handymen on Angie's List, I asked that the estimate include painting the entire exterior of the house. The price was still the best and Rudolf's swift response to my questions was exceptional. Holden Handymen showed up when they said they would and completed the work by the date promised. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
