    Wulff Fence
Owner of Wulff fence, Austin Wulff, is very unprofessional and unethical. When we first decided to hire Austin he gave us the run around and postponed our starting date due to the rain. The night before the rescheduled date we texted him to make sure he was coming the following day and he informed us he didn't have the funds to buy the material which he should've already had the week prior when he postponed due to the weather. When he finally showed up to do the job we asked him for proof of insurance, contractor license, and permit which he didn't have any of them. He stated he was going to pull a permit as soon as he left our home but we found out 3 days later he did not get the permit. It clearly states in his contract that the permit is included. We had to take off work to go pull a permit since he did not do this for us as stated clearly in his contract. When asked if he pulled the permit Austin stated that he had got it. When i told him he did not and we went down and pulled the permit on our own. Austin clearly lied that he pulls a permit. It took them 4 days to complete our fence due to them showing up in the middle of the afternoon to start each day. Once the job was completed we realized they didn't pour an adequate amount of concrete and the fence was very wobbly and unstable. He was very unwilling to come out and pour more concrete to stabilize the fence. The only reason the issue got resolved was because we withheld the other half of the funds and the workers were just trying to get paid and fixed the issue on their own time. About 4 days went by when our dogs escaped the yard and almost got hit by a car. We couldn't figure out how that was possible because we made sure they couldn't slip through a 4" gap prior to having the fence installed. We put them in the back yard then watched from a distance when they slipped right through the bars on the corner of the fence. When we looked at it we realized they added an extension piece because the fence was improperly installed and didn't line up correctly which left a 6" gap at the bottom. The only reason the issue was resolved was because we ran into one of his workers at the gas station and he came out on his own time again and corrected the issue for us. Even still today the fence isn't symmetrical but we tolerate it because anytime we have a conversation with Austin he is extremely unprofessional (see picture texts). We also had 9 bent bars that needed to be replaced that his worker bent back for us while he was here. We wanted all the bars completely replaced but he refused to do so. When Austin showed up at our home for the final payment, the stench of alcohol on him was overwhelming. He was clearly drunk and I should have turned him away at the point but we just wanted this situation over with. Finally almost a month went by and we thought Austin was permanently out of our lives when he posted some rude comments on my business page on social media. He keeps texting my fianc his address for him to come over to his home insinuating unknown circumstances. This has led us to create our own webpage to document and show the facts about Austin of Wulff Fence and his unprofessional and unethical business and personal practices. I have also contacted the local news stations to tell our story about shady contractors. Austin of Wulff Fence is not a contractor or company that i could refer anyone to for work. Check out for all the other information/pictures you need to know/see.

    Future Painting LLC
We used an Angies List deal and Rafael was excellent. Contacted us right away. Very professional. Took a little longer to do the job than he quoted but that was because of incessant rain and my adding to the scope. Every time I asked him to take care of something, he did. The work was as described. No debris or daily waste was ever left - aside from a partially painted house, you never knew he was there. When complete, we walked the property and he personally did some fine tuning and touch up. Our neighbors are just as happy with the job as we are. We will be calling him back soon to stain our fence and maybe do a little work inside.

    Gifford Fence Company LLC
I contacted Gifford Fence for a quote to remove a very old chain link fence that was falling apart as well as some wooden fence panels that also bordered the chain link fence. My fence looked like something out of an apocalypse movie with young trees growing through and into the chain link fence. Gifford fence is a small family company. Jerry came over on time to give me a quote back in February. I showed him what I needed done and he said it was no problem where other companies wanted me to work with a tree removal company to deal with the overgrowth. I was happy to hear they were willing to take on the challenge. We discussed options and prices and their quotes were quite reasonable. I emailed a week later to accept the quote and we started the process. The process took A LONG TIME. This is the only thing during the process I didn't like. Jerry did inform me that he estimated it would take 6 weeks. He sent me his paperwork quickly and I returned it in a few days. The long hold up was with permitting. I'm not sure what happened over at city hall but the permit seemed to not go through until very late. It wasn't even registered in the system after 4 weeks of waiting. I've had done permitting before and only waited 2 weeks so my expectation was not met. I followed up with Jerry several times to check in and he always got back to me quickly. After the permit was finally approved, everything moved quickly. Jerry said it would take about 3 days to complete the project. He arrived on time to mark the property and the construction crew arrived later that morning. The construction crew were friendly and worked quickly. Gifford builds their fences on site so they moved a lot of supplies to the back yard. They removed the old fence quickly and even removed all the old growth along the fence. Then they set the new posts. The second day they actually finished the entire project and cleaned up and left no mess. Before leaving they showed their work and explained the fence gate locking mechanism. The fence looks great and really transformed my yard. Additionally it's more secure than before and I don't have to worry about my dog escaping. I'm very pleased.

    Awning Recover Specialist
Ken and crew did an outstanding job for us. As a commercial business, the look of our awnings reflects on our company brand. After 15 years, the awnings at Autotech Internationale were in serious need of a recover. Not only was Ken's bid the best value, but his business specializes in recovers. The result is as good if not better than the original.

    The Pool Specialist
Zain and his crew were great. They showed up on the scheduled day and the pool was resurfaced within a week and they sealed the deck the following day.
Thank you the pool and deck now look amazing.

    C&H Painting
They did excellent work and I've got a lot of neighbor compliments on their work. Great attention to detail, especially on some needed stucco repair. Very efficient, professional, arrived on time, and even was able to start several days early. They used quality paint and the project was reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

    Pool Guard of Greater Orlando
Chris did a great job installing a fence around our pool so our twin toddlers can safely enjoy the back yard.  He installed it within days of me contacting him, and the installation was fast, professional, and clean.  The fence product itself exceeded my expectations.  Chris was also able to recommend a pool service company, which I hired to remove my dangerous pool slide and to do weekly maintenance.  Choosing Chris and Pool Guard of Greater Orlando was a win all around.

    Vibrant Star Cleaning Services
I noticed Andres cleaning several of my neighbors' driveways and was impressed with his work.  I hired him to come the next day.
I have used several cleaning services before, but my driveway has never looked better!
Andres spend about 2 hours carefully cleaning - he is very much a perfectionist.
I will definitely use him for this and other cleaning projects in the future.
