Bill and his staff have been a pleasure to work with. The project went very well and we are very pleased. Bill and his staff are professional and knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure having him and his team work on the house and we are definitely using him again on future projects.

    Electrical Consultants of Central Florida
Joe is possibly the best contractor of any kind I've ever hired. He ticked all the boxes: a. Communication was EXCELLENT. From contacting me soon after my Angie's List request for quote went out to texting me the morning of the job to let me know he was running late and giving me an ETA to answering all my questions promptly via email, Joe knows that communication is key to good business. b. Reasonable and fair pricing. As requested, he provided quotes for all four jobs individually and combined. As expected the combined quote was less expensive and the discount was enough to make doing all four tasks worthwhile. He did need to add a fan box installation during the work, but the added cost was reasonable and he did get my approval before starting it rather than just diving in and assuming I'd be ok with it. And during the course of one task he accidentally enlarged the hole covered by a normal sized switchplate but offered to buy and install a larger one at no additional cost to me. That's integrity folks. And much appreciated. c. Joe was very professional. He came out to inspect the work I needed done and offered a free quote. Then when he came out to do the job he made sure I understood what he planned to do for each task. And he made sure to clean up all dust and debris created while doing the job. He even takes credit cards via Square at with no surcharge. After he left I received his invoice with a link to pay him via Square using my credit card. Convenient! In short, Joe is a fantastic electrician and businessman whom I would happily hire for future work. You would be wise to do so too.

    In Phaze Electric
On the whole, the job went well. I got several quotes and went with In Phaze because of price and scheduling. They were to bring the house up to 2018 wiring code. My first contact, Mr. Weady, honored the initial quote even though I took nearly five months to decide. He was helpful when asked if there was anything I should consider adding since the house is old...he made some great suggestions. A crew of 5-6 men came and it took 5 days for most of the work to be done while I was living in the house. The crew seemed to work well together and kept me informed as to progress. They were careful each day when they left that I had electricity to the air conditioner and several rooms. Tito was in charge at the house and was very professional. There were several issues which took more time to resolve because I could not get a response from the company for awhile. The remaining matters were finished by Ozzy Abreu, who spent much time and effort to make sure I was completely satisfied. All in all, I am glad I called In Phaze.

Bill said that since it was impossible to estimate the total cost until the demolition was complete but agreed to set a cap at $20,000. The work required demolishing the framing, jacking up the side of the roof in several places, tearing off all the siding and completing repairs. Bill had a crew of 2-3 people working daily for about 3 weeks. The house is better and more valuable. The communicated daily to keep us informed about the process, progression and costs. He came in under budget. There was no set completion time at the outset since the extent of damage was undetermined, but I was satisfied with the entire process. Bill is a great person to work with, honest and conscientious.

    Ferran Services & Contracting
It went better than I could have hoped. After the storms, I had called OUC last night to report almost-down power lines and the broken weather head. They came out much sooner than I expected and said the news wasn't good, but that I could wait until the next morning to call an electrician. OUC's first indications were that i might be out of power a day or two. This morning I researched electricians through Angie's List. I typically prefer working with small businesses, but since I needed immediate help, I called Ferran since they are much larger, and since they had an A rating with Angie's List. I'm SO glad I did. Their office staff, particularly Dottie, was very attentive and detailed. They sent Jason to do the job, and he was terrific to work with. The total project took almost four hours, due to some waiting time for OUC electrician who had to disconnect my power from the down weather head. But Jason and the OUC electrician worked exceptionally well together, and I was so grateful for that. What might have been perhaps a couple days without power ended up only being a few hours without power. I am sold on Ferran's client service and electrical expertise. I will definitely call again, and specifically will ask for Jason. Thanks everyone!!

    All Phases Electrical Contracting Inc
It was a great experience! We wanted a couple of very specific things (a wireless switch, and a fan wired independently from its lights), and communicating about them ahead of time went extremely well. Having them here was a pleasure. They were extremely courteous and considerate, they were friendly, they communicated well with us. When we said the fixtures came down too low and we needed them installed flush to the ceiling, they already had two done so that made significantly more work for them. But they were absolutely nice about it! The job ended up taking them significantly longer than they expected, but they had great attitudes and didn't charge us extra. I would definitely hire them again!

    In Phaze Electric
I've been using In Phaze since 2010 when the only technicians were the the owner, Tony, and his apprentice. And they still never disappoint. Their service and quality of it is second to none. Their prices are always affordable and the scheduling is always to the client's convenience, and if their going to be late, they call and let you know (as was the case on this day). Lastly, and most importantly, their always friendly and respectful when they're working in your home.

    Chisman Shelby Electrical Contractors
Unfortunately the on the original scheduled date the company had an emergency and the service had to be rescheduled. On the reschedule day the electrician scheduled had car trouble and an alternate was sent but he was late and didn't have all the equipment needed for the job. That being said, this is a new company, the electrician that did come was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very respectful of my opinions and what I wanted. He worked quickly in very hot, humid conditions. I am very please with my new fan and how it functions.

    Allstar Electrical Experts Inc
It took two full days to do this work. The tech arrived on time and went right to work, explaining what he was doing with each major step so I knew exactly what was going on. This was not an easy job by any means. Work was completed on time and exactly as described. I had other companies quote on the same job but my house would have looked more like a business had the others done it. I got exactly what I needed now and for any future needs. All clean up was done upon completion and I couldn't have been any happier.
