Linda arrived at the appointment time to introduce her employees and coordinate the job. Everyone was very courteous and professional. The workers did a great job and cleaned up completely. AAmerica RemodelingRoberto and team were great!! They performed 3 months of work on our home and did amazing. We had new floors laid, a wall taken down, complete bathroom remodel (including changing the size, rerouting plumbing and electrical) , ceilings sand-blasted, all new light fixtures replaced, added more electrical outlets, hung light outside and walls painted. Roberto is so very kind, honest and prompt. He came and checked in on the quality of his teams work almost daily. The only reason that I gave a B on quality is that sometimes his team would miss things in the details, BUT as soon as I showed Roberto those things were fixed immediately. AUnique Construction IncLiterally the highest possible recommendation. Complete and total satisfaction--exceeding all expectations. I've lived in Miami for years and have renovated multiple houses and used dozens of contractors. The trauma of working with Miami contractors of all stripes is real. Even high-priced contractors you're bound to get either a) robbed/overcharged/mischarged or b) terrorized with overages (time and $$) or c) **** workmanship/quality of finished product. Which is what makes working with Joel and Jose Ramos of Unique Construction all the more exceptional. Project was done earlier than timeline, of better quality than even my highest hopes, and has proven to hold up over time. Impeccable responsiveness and professionalism from both Joel and Jose. Things were constantly and clearly communicated from proposal to completion. Their crews show up every day at beginning of day, leave at end of day, and don't leave **** around. Most importantly, they do things the right way. No shortcuts, no cheap/half *** fixes. All basic things you'd say but things that are virtually impossible to find in Miami. Will absolutely use again for kitchen, bathroom, and home addition projects.- David D.

ACertified Mold Free CorpNever did I thought I would leave a raving review about a mold company, but here goes.. I found Certified Mold on Angie's List along with 5 other companies.. I had been coughing for months only when I was in the house, so I knew we had an issue I decided on them because the owner of the company came to the house and literally got right to the point..unlike the other companies who came with hands held devices that they ran against our walls and told us we basically needed to tear our walls and ceilings out and it would cost close to the national debt, he was very straight forward He said the AC closet was the issue, NOT the walls, the AC was drawing air from a damp attic. They sent us a very reasonable estimate and a very detailed plan of the work to be done They showed up to do the work, with the other owner and were so professional and immediately started covering the walls and floors.. Within two days all the work was done and we walked back into our house and it was SPOTLESS!! I have not coughed once since then!! I can't recommend this company High Enough There is a reason why they are so highly rated on Angie's List and also on Google Their work is extraordinary, again never thinking I would ever use that word to describe a mold removal company Thank you for your incredible professionalism and work Jill R Fort Lauderdale- Jillian R.

If you do this job just make sure that you change your air filters for there is a lot of dust. But after they finished the job I was very pleased. My ceilings looks great. AChris Welch is the owner and operator of the business. We have used Chris several times since 2013 for various drywall repairs and replacements around the house (garage and bedroom ceilings, bathroom and kitchen walls and around the windows). Chris usually can stop by for a free estimate within a day or two and can schedule the job relatively quick. He is diligent, reliable & takes pride in his job. Since he works by himself, he is perfect for smaller to medium size jobs or even bigger jobs if you do not have a deadline. He repaired some areas in the ceilings & did his best to imitate the knockdown texture so the repaired area matched the rest of the ceiling. He tries to contain the drywall mess by using plastic sheets around his work area & cleans up after done. Of course this is drywall we are talking about; you still have a decent amount of cleaning to do afterwards! He has always done an excellent job for us, so do not hesitate to give him a call.
