    GARDENS URGENT CARE
They are very professional and courteous. The facility is clean and brand new. You don't feel like you are in a low rate clinic. The image is of a high line doctor's office, but the pricing is much lower. I don't have health insurance so this is important. I was very happy.

MD Now - West Palm Beach Urgent Care
I went over was impressed with the nice new office decor and pleasant staff. They got my insurance information and got it verified right away and had me in the back to see a doctor with in 15 minutes. The doctor was very good, seemed very knowlegable and was very thourogh in her examination. She diagnosed the reaction gave me a cortical steroid shot to alleviate the symptoms and checked to make sure the cornea hadnt been scratched. I was also given a prescription and there were follow up calls to make sure I was ok and a list of referrals to allergists in the area as well. I was in and out in less than an hour.

MD Now - West Palm Beach Urgent Care
I arrived at MD Now just as they opened. They took one look at me and immediately brought me into an examining room. The doctor came in and listened to my breathing. Because my lungs were so congested, I was given a shot to help my breathing. They took a chest x-ray. I was then given a breathing treatment. The staff was very attentive and informative. I was there for about 2 hours. Eventually I was breathing more comfortably and the doctor came back in to go over what she was prescribing and why. I was put on antibiotics and prednisone for a week. As it turns out I was already scheduled for a routine visit that week with my primary care physician so I was able to give him a detailed report about the episode. After a week of rest and taking the medicine I was definitely on the mend. I am so grateful that MD Now was so close to my house and able to see me. It was a much better experience than if I had gone to the ER room at the nearby hospital. I had 3 follow up phone calls from MD Now to see how I was doing. I was so impressed with their initial care, professional manner and follow up.

All doctors offices should be as roomy, efficient and professional as MedExpress. Especially for minor treatments.

    West Boca Medical Center
Everything at West Boca Medical Center went really well. All the doctors were very professional. It wasn't too cold or too hot. The minute I woke up I was hungry and they made sure to give me food. Everything went great. I chose this hospital because this is the one the doctor used. The staff at the hospital was professional. Not overly sweet but very professional. It was a scheduled appointment and everything went on schedule for the most part. Nothing went wrong. I didn't even wake up sick from the anesthesia. Everything went well.

    After Hours Pediactrics Urgent Care
There was very little wait. The office staff was helpful in making sure I had good paperwork to give to my insurance company (they didnt take my insurance, but they were working on it).

    Seger, Dr. Russ M.
I accidentally administered a fairly deep slice to my thumb while performing (poorly) a minor Sunday morning project that required an X-acto knife as the primary tool. I could not stop the cut from bleeding and it appeared to be deeper than the first layer of skin. So, erring on the side of caution, I hauled my freshly sliced thumb to this urgent care facility, based solely on Google Maps. It was not listed in Angie's List, so I'm submitting it for addition. I was expecting the standard annoying experience with the medical establishment. My expectations were not met. The front desk person immediately acknowledged me in a friendly manner and set me to filling out the usual raft of forms. The nurse called me in moments after I handed in the forms, took my stats, and verbally re-confirmed some of the info in the forms. Again, all in a very friendly and efficient manner. The physician's assistant appeared very soon after the nurse departed, asked my story, had a look, cleaned up the cut, glued it together, bandaged it, and sent me on my way... and yes, was very friendly and efficient. I hope to avoid using their services ever again. But, if (when) I do damage myself again and need urgent medical care that doesn't deserve an emergency room visit, then I will be returning to Medical Center of the Palm Beaches on Forest Hill Blvd. These folks impressed me with their customer service, bed-side manner, and professionalism. They did a great job.

MedExpress Urgent Care - Royal Palm Beach
They were great! This is such a fantastic alternative to sitting in a hospital emergency room for hours on end. They do all of the testing on the spot and even have a pharmacy in the facility. It's like one stop shopping and we were in and out in under an hour.

MedExpress Urgent Care - Royal Palm Beach
Over the years, this is the 3rd time I've gone to this location; my wife has gone here as well. We've had top quality service every time. Short wait times, very friendly staff, the medical personnel were great. I hate going to the doctor but, if I need to, I would go hear again.

    MD Now Urgent Care
I was visiting a friend and needed medical services. I made my choice based on the feed back on Angie's List. Even tho there were several people ahead of me I was seen quickly. very one was pleasant and efficient. I interacted with an assistant and the Dr., had 3 x-rays taken, then talked w/ the Dr. again. The whole visit took 1 hr and 45 min and cost just under $200.00 which I think is remarkably reasonable.
