  • My dog needed to see a vet right away and I found that St. Francis Animal Clinic had walk in hours. She was examined by Dr. Noel who was caring and patient. He took the time to fully explain her condition and answer all our questions. She needed a relatively minor surgical procedure, and in spite of Dr. Noel's busy office and surgical schedule, he made the time to care for my dog. I picked her up later that day and she was feeling so much better. When I received the bill I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the charges were, including meds to take home. Excellent, compassionate, competent care at affordable prices - what else could you ask for? I have 2 dogs and 6 cats, and they all have a new vet.

  • They are pretty good. They charge me a lot to house my pets when I want to go out of town, it is crazy. I would use them in the future for certain things. I don't know if I am going to use their housing any more.

  • Provider was late, outside of requested band for nearly every visit, I have logs of the visit from my alarm system in the house.  Dogs weren't able to walk when they needed to, therefore I arrived home to pee stains on the downstairs floors and poop all over the upstairs of my house.  My dogs don't normally go in the house and I've never had this type of issue with other pet sitters. From now on I will be more diligent in scheduling ahead of time with my trusted pet sitter. When reporting the issue to Fetch they offered a $50 credit toward a future service, I won't be taking that chance.

  • While I had my dog at the grooming dept the groomer hurt my dog. My dog suffered a cranial cruciate ligament tear. The vet at the store was too busy to see my dog even though the injury happened in the store. I have a wellness plan with Banfield and yet, I had to take the dog to an emergency vet which cost me a lot of money. The store tried to cover up the injury. I wanted to take my dog back the next day as my dog had not voided or defecated in over 12 hours. The vet again was overbooked and couldn't see the dog. Finally, they agreed to see the dig if I dropped her off. Four hours later, I got a call from the vet telling me exactly what the vet at the emergency vet had already told me. The staff were rude and never communicated to the vet. The vet didn't even know why the dog was there. The dog still hadn't voided or defecated. After doing Xrays to determine if the dog had a fracture, the vet called me and told me that I could pick up the dog. The vet didn't even know if the dog had urinated or not. So, when I went to pick up the dog two more hours later, the vet tried to get me to pay for the xray which was covered under the wellness plan. She tried to get me to pay for medications that I had already received from the emergency vet even though I had given the tech all the paperwork. The vet is too busy and the staff are overwhelmed. Also, the vet did nothing about the problem with urinating which was the reason that I brought the dog in. Luckily, 30 minutes after speaking with the vet and waiting for the staff to bring out my dog, the dog urinated. The vet tried to tell me that the injury couldn't have been caused by the groomer. My dog went to the groomer healthy, now had a cranial cruciate ligament tear and the store doesn't want to take rresponsibility.

  • I love Dr. Art Malernee. He is very responsive (he calls back after you leave a message within 15 minutes) and he has consistently addressed my concerns with my older dog quickly and efficiently at reasonable prices.
I love that I only deal with him and that when we go to see him, there are no long waits, and he examines my dog right in the waiting room with minimal stress to her. I can't say enough good things about this vet.

  • This was my first appointiment with Dr. Martin at Colonial Animal Hospital and they squeezed me in at the end of the same day as my call and they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. They spent a lot of time with me and my pet and sent us home with immediate remedies and my girl was feeling better within hours. Dr. Martin's 'bedside manner' with my pet was delightful! Why I suffered for years with the same unsatisfactory Vet is beyond me, but I know I will be taking all my pets to Dr. Martin from now on. His staff is also wonderful.

  • I learned about Mobile Vet 2U from a co-worker. Dr. Posner takes care of our dog, Lulu in the comfort of our home. We cover the table with towels, and he performs his exams and services. This latest visit was his third visit for various tests and vaccinations. The first two visits were for teeth cleaning and routine examinations. Lulu was a little overweight, and Dr. Posner recommended one of the Science Diet foods. She lost the weight in a few months, and loves the food! All of our experiences with Dr. Posner have been very positive. It is so nice to not have to take Lulu to a vet office. His fees are reasonable, and we highly recommend him!

  • I call in at 5:30 and told them what happened. They asked to get in as soon as possible. As soon as I arrived we were taken in and taken care of immediately! The surgery was done that night. He still has the stitches in, they will be taken out in 5 days. The doctors are outstanding!

  • I've been going to Simmons Veterinary Hospital for years! The staff is wonderful, so understanding and caring! My dogs and I enjoy going to Simmons. The facility is clean and very well kept. I've toured the boarding kennels and doggie playground, OUTSTANDING!

  • I met Dr. Posner through a co-worker. Others have had him work on their pets and were very satisfied with his services. He and his assistant were very caring and gentle with our Lulu. It was a no-drama pet visit, and it was really nice not to have to pack her up and take her to an office. Everything went smoothly. We plan to call on Dr. Posner for all our pet needs, and we highly recommend him to others.
