I LOVE Dr. Scanlon. As the other reviewers have stated, she listens to you, she addresses all of your concerns, and she is a wonderful primary doctor.
That said, for the past several weeks, I have been trying unsuccessfully to get through to a live person to make an appointment (and I have been unsuccessful). Last week, the line was busy several times and then I had an opportunity to leave a message. I was very specific about needing an appointment (but not on the same day) and no one returned my call.
I tried again this morning. This time, I got the after hours message. When I waited to tell them that the phones should not be on after hours, I was told that their lines are busy and that I would have to call back. I've tried a few times and have gotten the same message.
Dr. Scanlon is great but if I can't reach the office/make an appointment, it doesn't matter how great she is. I'm going to have to change my primary doctor.

I went to see Doctor Sinclair for 4 or 5 months at least once a month beginning in10/07 and ending in 02/08. She totally misdiagnosed my problem all this time even though someone suggested what was wrong with me and they were closer to what was the issue. This led to many complications and I eventually lost the sight in one eye and was told by my cardiologist  if I did not have surgery to repair my mitral valve my chances of living two years was 50/50. When another doctor in her group heard my symptoms he diagnosed it correctly. I believe if she had consulted with someone else in her group putting her pride aside my life today would be so much different. I retired early because of my limited eyesight made doing my work more and more difficult. I know this is way after but I only recently joined Angie's list.

Still alive thanks to my cardiologist and cardiac surgeon. 11/23/2015

He is great.  Very personable and helpful.  The only reason I put one "B" in my rating is he has cut back on his hours lately so its a little more difficult to get in to see him because of my work schedule and his.

MD Now is just like one of those clinics that you go to and they do whatever you want. They have good hours and I think that they are open 365 days a year. They are just always there. They have medical and emergency doctors. It is easy to get in there when you need a doctor. The office environment there is fine and it is convenient to use them.

Office uses tablets for patient to enter their medical history. Works great!
PA interviews you first, not the best one I've ever met, but okay.
Dr. Hayes has an excellent manner. So far looks good.

He has very good patient relationships. His communication is very patient friendly, and he takes care to explain the procedures he is going to do with me ahead of time. He puts me at ease. For the follow-up visit, he used charts and diagrams to explain exactly what my condition was. He explained the meaning of the results which is routine. He answers my questions. He is just a very competent and patient friendly doctor. The staff is very friendly.

I go to him every six months and I have been seeing him forever. He is got a big practice but he knows who I am and what my problems are. He is careful but he doesn't over medicate. He got me what I need and my numbers are the best they have been in 20 years. He works in conjunction with my internist as far as prescribing pills go. After my heart attack I was taking 19 pills a bay and now I take 6 and half of them are over the counter. He can't take much time but he takes a much time with you. He is a cardiologist and so he gets called out to the hospital because someone has a serious problem. With an ophthalmologist he can tell you approximately how long he is going to take to do your stuff but it is not the same with a cardiologist. He might ask you to see him in 6 months but in the next 10 minutes you can fall sick. It is hard for the doctor to match the time. I am staying with him.

They are nothing but first class. He is well educated and he takes time. He speaks English. Every time he outlines my condition and what we are doing in the treatment and what all the options are. They haven't made any mistakes in the billing. I will absolutely continue to see him.

I had a fall and cracked the ball of my hip. He took me in the next day to operate and fix my problem. 2 months later , I am walking around just fine and feel great. He was very nice and top notch in his care. I would recommen him to anyone in the future. I am able to walk just fine today because of this surgery.

I was in the hospital with pneumonia (for teh 14th time in 3 years), and they also thought I had tuberculosis - which was a  misdiagnosis.  Since I did not have a personal internist, Dr. Jaffe was appointed by the hospital to be my internist while in the hospital.  After my release, I started seeing Dr. Jaffe on a regular basis.  First of all, his nurse, Jennifer, was wonderful.  She took so much time to research my symptoms on the internet, and was just extremely concerned and caring.  Considering the fact that I just got disability, and have no money, she gave me a month's supply of a very expensive medication I was taking.  My second visit, Dr. Jaffe diagnosed my problem, and I was very upset with the diagnosis.  However, Dr. Jaffe spent probably 45 minutes with me explaining the diagnosis and explaining the treatment plan I was to follow, in addition to consoling and encouraging me.  I followed his plan, and I was out of bed the entire week - for the first time in three years.
