They were A all the way around, in every category. They got their stuff together. They're very true to their word, their customer service follow up is outstanding, they send you an email, to make sure that you're happy or if you're not, they washed your car for free. They just have their act together, first class.

I had a minor dent and a scratch on my bumper. They were super friendly, on time and fixed my car within 2 hours! Best part, it was super convenient as they come to you. No hassle and absolutely professional. I am recommending them to all of my friends!

Simply the best there is. Honest, Dependable, Porsche craftsmen at their finest. I had a noise in the my rear end of my 911 C4S. Braman said trailing arms $700 - $1500, a well known Porsche shop in Coral Springs, its the strut mounts, $500 - $1000, Foreign Affairs Motorsports, Fixed free of charge during a full point inspection. Loose sway bar.  These guys are my Ambassadors of Porsche QUAN. See what a little honesty and integrity buys you, loyalty! They own me for life now. Thanks Bob, sons, and your team! Taking my BMW to them next!

Miles knowledge of historical parts failures in my truck with 155,000 miles on it, saved me a breakdown on the road, and the inspection and repairs were very reasonable. Was done the day after I left it. Transmission shifts very smooth. I didn't realize how good it should be until it was done. Thank you Miles. ??

I took my car in for repairs to John Herbeck's Auto Repair in Pompano Beach because I was quoted nearly $300 less on the same repair job that some other auto repair shop  just down the same street was asking.  I won't mention the other shops name that wanted to overcharge me, but  I will say that they're just 2 miles south on the same road near N. Dixie and W. Atlantic Blvd. and they will overcharge you for major repair work on your vehicle.  John Herbeck's Auto Repair on the other hand, is honest and professional and performs excellent work while charging a fair price all backed by an excellent warranty.  I wasn't about to pay $744 for a job that should have been around $500 no matter how popular that other shop is on Angie's List.  It just goes to show you that you shouldn't rely on Angie's List by the grade the provider has received or the total amount of reviews when deciding which provider to use--read the customer reviews carefully on Angie's List like I did and make a more informed choice.  And it always helps to get 2 or 3 quotes by different auto repair centers to find the best place for auto repair work.
Speaking of the work done to my vehicle:  I had this annoying sound that resonated fairly loudly in the cabin when I reached speeds of 50 mph or faster and it didn't feel safe while driving.  It turned out that my right front wheel bearing needed to be replaced along with the axle--that's where the vibration was coming from that was causing all the noise.  After the repair was performed, the noise level dropped about 90% inside the cabin; the other front wheel is starting to make a little noise but does not need to be repaired just yet and that's where the remaining noise is coming from.  My mechanic, Mike, did an excellent job with the repair and spent some time test driving my car to check the quality of his work.  Now I can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that my car is totally safe to drive!  I would definitely recommend this repair shop to a friend.  Thanks Drew and Mike for excellent work.

It's hard to describe in mere words how the experience went; I even got to eat two pieces of delicious cake while I was waiting for my car to be serviced.  All I can say is that it was a super-fantastic experience, man!  The oil change/inspection of my vehicle was performed and my tires were rotated as an extra bonus--and all for a most excellent price.  The mechanic who inspected my vehicle discovered a problem with my wheel alignment that I was already aware of and I will be setting up another appointment with this repair center to have it resolved.  Auto Tech & Body's professionalism and prompt courteous service is something that is sorely lacking in this industry and for those reasons alone I give them an A+.  Did I mention that I got to eat two pieces of delicious cake?  Yummy!

    Update on 9/8/2015

I believe I spoke too quickly regarding the quality of service I received from this auto repair center.  I'll have to downgrade my score to a B or possibly a C after recent events concerning what happened the next day when I drove back to the shop to have my vehicle reinspected.  When I left my home the following day I had all 4 wheel covers on my vehicle, and later, when I arrived at the shop, I only had 3 wheel covers.  My tires got rotated at this shop the previous day along with a routine oil change, so somebody didn't put one of the wheel covers back on properly after rotating the tires and that translates into very sloppy work; it's so simple to snap the wheel cover back on properly that I'm not sure how you could mess it up.  Now I have to order a new cover from Ford and wait for it to arrive in the mail and it's going to cost about $40--all that frustration because of a routine oil change.  Grrrr!  (The affected wheel was not related to the wheel that needed repair work.)  I should've known something wasn't quite right at that repair shop when they offered me cake in such a luxurious waiting room complete with a huge leather sofa and a big screen TV.  Ha!

Aaron arrived on time after calling and letting me know there was an accident on the road and he would be a little later than requested.  He worked the entire time diligently and did an exceptional job on my car.  My car looks like it is brand new.  I highly recommend Aaron and will use him again in the future!

Jeremy and Rob very nice gentlemen who know their stuff. They were prompt in getting out to me the first day I called to get their estimate. And when I gave them the job, they were prompt in getting to my house this morning to perform the work. I talked to them about other concerns I had, as well, since my wife will be taking a trip in her Ranger. But they were honest and told that my fears weren't justified, and explained why.
I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Can't beat having the mechanic come to the house.

My car had overheated about 2 months ago and I got the radiator replaced (a friend did it for me). However, I started having issues with it starting and one day it decided to not start altogether! After doing some research, I found Bob Davis Auto Repair and was able to drive my car over there. He stayed in contact with me during the whole process. They are only open Monday-Friday, so my car had to stay there over a week, but it was worth it! He worked with me on the price and fixed everything (and then some!). Vinny was wonderful to work with and gave me recommendations for what replacements I will need in the future (as well as estimates). My car is running better than it has since the time I got it!

I went into PBT at around 2 pm on 1/15/14 with a problem
with my service engine light going on. I was told, by Mike Dunman, the service
manager, that they would run diagnostics on it and let me know what was
wrong. Before he could do that he asked
me to sign a paper saying if they did the diagnostics, and I had no work done,
I would owe $75 for the labor. If I had
work done, the money would be deducted from the bill. Dave, a service man, ran the diagnostics and
thought it might need a new sensor. He also said I might need another sensor
and the bill for both parts and labor would be around $500. He gave me a
breakdown and I said I would do one part, but not the other. Upon further inspection, he determined I had
put the wrong coolant in my car and it would need to be flushed.
Dave said that would have to be done first and they did not
have time to do both jobs and he could get to it the next day. He said the flush would be $70 for labor and
the coolant he would charge me his cost of around $7.50/gallon.
When I returned to pick up my car, the bill was
$170.71. They had not credited me with
the diagnostic as promised and said they would credit it when I had more
work done. This is not what I was told by Mike Dunman.
I discussed it with them and they did not take the
diagnostic fee off even though I had them do work. When I arrived home I called to ask for the
owners name so I could write a letter and they would only give me a first name. Someone came on the line and said he was the
owner. He said since I did not have the
specific work done that they suggested, I was charged the diagnostic fee. It
was my understanding from Dave, that the technicians that do the diagnostics
(they are paid separately) were not there so he did it himself. So no fee was going to be paid separately.
The owner argued with me, never did give me his last name
and I told him I would never be returning. This is not how you treat customers. He was loud and rude.
I had already paied the bill. There was no need to treat me like that. I would not only never recommend them, I will make sure I let all of my friends know not to use them.
