    She is not only passive aggressive with her services, she is very RUDE. Do not use her services as she is only out to get your money and work for even more incompetent owners. Makes up bogus move out deductions for spite. I would never recommend her services to a dog.

    The packing and moving went very well. David the owner came out for the estimate and helped on packing day. All of the crews he sent were very professional and personable. All of my items were moved with no problem and they made sure everything was placed were I wanted it in my new house. This is the best moving company I ever used to pack and move my belongings and this will be the only company I use for packing and moving anytime in the future. Told my family and friends this is the company to hire for any type of moving and packing. Excellent job with great customer service.

    I used Premium Properties Real Estate Services both to provide real estate services related to the sale of my home in the Orlando area as well as Property Management Services. Danny Archer was my primary contact with Premium, although the entire professional staff assisted me both with the sale and management of the property. My experience with Danny and the Premium Properties team was excellent. Danny and the team addressed all issues with the property during the listing period and through the sale. There were several matters that needed to be addressed including assistance with obtaining home owners insurance on an unoccupied residence during the listing period, several relatively minor upgrades and repairs, and all of the showing and closing activities. Danny and team followed through on all matters and handled them in a highly professional and competent manner. They regularly communicated with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend Danny Archer and the Premium Properties team to anyone needing a caring and professional real estate team for a sale, purchase, or property management services. A+ rated team and individuals.

    Four professionals arrived on time with all the supplies ordered and were efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I was very happy with the everything they did.  I would recommend this company for moving.  They will keep my things in storage until I am ready to have them moved across the country.  Their price is extremely competitive.  The follow-up was great.  Storage insurance is very reasonable.

     My daughters hot water tank started to leak last night and I call the on call person.  When I call the office in the AM the call  was not on the schedule and the schedule is full.  I need this taken care of so I  started to call other places and could not find someone to install a new water heater.  About 10 minutes passed and I received a return call from

    Dragon Plumbing and she stated that she was able to free up a technician if I still needed the service.  We set the appointment for 9:00 AM .  The technician was great arrived on time and went to work.  He was very friendly and fast worked.  A new Hot water tank was installed in no time and actually below the quoted price. 

    They were friendly fast and would use them and recommend them in the future.  Bailed me out in the last minute

    We recently used Suddath Relocation Services of Orlando in move of our residence contents in Apopka, FL to New Braunfels, TX.  Suddath Relocation Services managed all packing of our home contents and move to Texas.  The home in Apopka was slighly over 3800 square feet and the new home, where we are living temporarily until a new home we are building is completed is considerably smaller.  Hence we also had to move some of the contents into a storage unit in Texas until our new home here is built.
    From the original planning of the move and accompanying estimate of the cost, through the packing, loading, move, unload, and unpacking, every member of the Suddath team was highly professional, efficient, and friendly.  The packing and move was done at a fixed, all inclusive price.  Not surprisingly, the original estimate on the size of the load was spot on.  Suddath worked well with us to make a few small changes to the move inventory as my wife and I made several changes on decisions on what was going and what was staying behind.  Those changes were easily and quickly addressed.  The guidance and schedule provided by Suddath to help us plan the move was excellent and very helpful.  The Suddath estimator and move coordinator were very helpful to us as well in providing good advice and many helpful suggestions.
    The packing of our home contents required three people who worked skillfully and carefully for two days packing all the contents for the move.  It required the same team a full day to get the load on the van for the move and they were careful with both the contents of the home and protecting the home itself as everything was packed and loaded.
    They arrived at our new location in Texas quickly and as promised.  Suddath also communicated with us daily throughout the move to let us know the progress and what to expect as well as make sure all was going well.  I cannot say enough good things about the care and attention we received from the entire Suddath team.
    On arriving in Texas all was unloaded and placed either in our new home or a storage unit we rented to hold the overflow of contents from a larger home.  The entire process was both efficient and very well done.  While we are still unpacking boxes and will be for a week or so, we have found everything to be in excellent shape after the move.  We have found no damage to anything yet and expect all will be fine.
    We would highly recommend Suddath Relocation Services and found them to be an excellent service provider.  Our sincere thanks to all at Suddath for a great move.

    Steve at CF Property Management has been the property manager for my house in Apopka for almost a year now, and I couldn't have asked for anyone more professional, honest, and sincerely helpful. I moved out of the state and didn't want to sell my house in the present market. I was initially worried about finding the right manager and interviewed several people who I wasn't at all satisfied with. I needed someone I trusted, since we were going to be working long-distance.
    Then we called Steve. He explained every step of the process and addressed my every concern with patience and professionalism. Now, almost a year later, the entire experience has been both profitable and totally stress-free. I'm even considering buying another property to rent out.
    They have an online portal where you can view every action taken and payment received. Steve answers all questions promptly, does a great job balancing keeping the property maintained vs. keeping costs very low, and is considerate to both myself as a landlord AND the tenants, which I value a great deal. 
    Seriously...if you're looking for a property management company, use this one.

    I had no power to my 52" Toshiba LCD TV so I dropped it off at the shop. He called the next day with the estimate for $185. I ok'd the work and the following day he called to say that it was fixed and I went and picked it up. It is now workin fine. Would use his services again.

    Sarah took on my rental home as property manager, but soon took on overseeing renovations to prepare house to be sold. She got the house sold in under a month of listing. I would recommend West Orlando Rentals for any and all issues pertaining to your rental home. Sarah advised me and was patient and understanding with my decision to sell home. The whole process was made less stressful by Sarah's pleasant demeanor and expert knowledge of Florida real estate.

    The problem has stretched on for months prior to the service man coming. Our faxline was not receiving but we could send faxes. The technician determined that there were two errors. The major or was that we have been given the wrong telephone number and did not know it.
