They wanted to get the problem resolved and I appreciated that. From the very beginning I felt like they did had my intrest in mind. I was shown everything that was a problem so I had no problem deciding to get a better unit. The replacement unit is better installed than the original one that came with the house. AFlorida Attic Insulation ProsThis was an exceptional experience. Dennis, the owner, was on time for the estimate and returned each text message promptly. He explained each option available. Dennis wrote the estimate listing each service he would provide. We scheduled the service, and he and his employee were on time. Dennis provided me with added information about the condition of my attic, which he said was good considering it is a 30 year condo. The insulation was the original. I had seen the attic, it looked sad. It took about 1 hour. I ,then, went into a attic, to check it out...WOW, about 13 inches or more of pink insulation R38. I have noticed a difference in my electric bill, $94 this month. Can't wait for the summer! Dennis takes great pride in his work. I would hire Florida Attic Insulation Pros again!- Jami S.

The rest of the job went fast as Jim reviewed the facility & made detailed lists of what supplies were needed & the punch list to do in what order & the crew was Early & thorough in following his guidance to knock it all out fast & honestly beyond my expectations. AWe had the pleasure of meeting Travis Janke in September, 2020. He gave us an estimate of what it would cost to replace the roof on our home. He listened to our concerns and addressed each one of them. We were so pleased with him that we called him back weeks later, and signed the contract for the job to be done. In fact, we signed an additional contract for a roof to be done on another piece of personal property! At the completion of both jobs, Travis Janke called to make sure all was well and that we were satisfied with the roofs. Communication was important and we were very pleased to have received continual contact. We had excellent service through Total Home Roofing. Their workers put in long hours and the cleanup was free from debris. The final products exceeded our expectations! AOmega Animal Removal - did not remedy the situation for which they have been paid. In Sep. 2020, we paid $2500 to Omega Animal Removal to remove squirrels that had broken into our attic. In Nov. 2020, I noticed squirrels had re-entered the attic, so I contacted Omega Animal Removal. Over the span of 4 weeks, I called and texted 5 times without ever receiving a reply. In Dec. 2020, I called the office and they dispatched a tech to my house. He remembered working on the house and agreed that the recent re-entry and damage was aggressive and needed repair. We made an appointment for his return the following week to remove the squirrels and make the repairs. He was a no-show on the appointed date. In Jan. 2021 I called the office again asking why the tech missed the appointment. I still have not received a reply from the tech or the office. I selected Omega Animal Removal based upon positive reviews and their 'lifetime' guarantee. I paid top dollar and yet my rodent problem has not been resolved and I can't get anyone at Omega Animal Removal to address and remedy the situation for which they have been paid. UPDATE 1/23/2021 - Good News- I did hear back from Omega Animal, one day after my posting here. They apologized and dispatched a guy to remedy the hole. I appreciate them taking care of this as advertised. I change their grade from an F to an A. I support them 100% .
