AArmstrong Air & HeatingUPDATE 2/18/2021: Armstrong saved us again! Our other unit on the bedroom side of our house decided to die, so I didn’t hesitate to call Armstrong again! Let me tell you, Tom Hyatt is so wonderful and replied to our “emergency” (because in FL having no working ac unit IS an emergency). From 2018 when I walked in to an 83 degree home with my husband who literally was coming home from back surgery, to now in 2021 where my MIL (post stroke) is staying with us, Tom has saved us without hesitation both times. No other company could say “we can temporarily cool your home to get you through tonight and install a new unit tomorrow.” Crew was on time, friendly and polite as could be. When they left, they cleaned up so well - which I really appreciated. I can’t recommend them enough. When our 13 year old Trane system (10 SEER) decided to die, we contacted Armstrong for a new system. We had used them previously for annual maintenance (Christian and Lenny are amazing) and really liked the level of customer service. Tom Hyatt came out and gave us an amazing deal on a new Carrier system (15 SEER) and even upgraded both thermostats to a new digital one. Installation was great, Israel and Fernando were SO polite a professional and arrived on time! I would highly recommend Armstrong for both maintenance/repair and installation.- Jennifer H.

After his thorough inspection, findings and suggestion I decided that it was time to replace my current system at that time. Best decision I made!Mr Tom Hyatt was who contacted me to review pricing, details and installation timing. He is truly an expert and professional in his field as well as his entire team. Within a day I was having a new AC/Heat System installed. The Installation Team arrived right at the scheduled 8:30 am time and steadily worked throughout the day removing the old system and installing the new. By 3:30 pm the Installation was complete and the team was explaining all the features to my new system. Done Fast had a technician out the same day. Technician was professional and seemed knowledgeable. He was out there for a couple of hours and finally got me up and running. ALUKAS REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONINGI have been using Lukas Refrigeration and Air-conditioning since we purchased our home in Oviedo. They have been doing regular maintenance for both of our units. They have installed the bigger units downstairs as well. I can’t imagine anything better that what I have been getting. Their responsiveness, professionalism let alone so rightly priced. Last week during regular maintenance an issue showed up, Jeff and his associates treated our home like their own and worked 3 days in a row to resolve it.
