AFlorida Seamless GuttersWe were very satisfied with Fla. Seamless Gutters. From our first phone call, I was given a time that some one would be by to give me a estimate for the job. I was told a time and they were prompt in coming. I received an estimate and was told I would get a call to set up the installation. They called and set the time and the workers came and were even 10 minutes early. They were polite, they worked together very well and finished a acceptable job. They cleaned up after themselves. I have never had a company perform the way Fla. Seamless Gutters did. I would recommend them to everyone. I had called two other companies for estimates. BChoice Gutters llcTerry is a very very pleasant person. I was referred to him by my wife's coworker. He did a good job on their house, and he did a really good job on mine. The reason I did not give him 100% A's is because he did forget to schedule me, but once I contacted him he was very friendly and explained after the hurricane he has been very busy and he would get to me the next week. Completely understandable. A day before when he was supposed to come I reached out, and he said that he wasn't sure I was on the schedule, he apologized repeatedly and said he could be here that week. He never provided a time frame, but he showed up, put up all of the gutters, and never even set off my motion cameras. After I got home and was inspecting, I found several screws and pieces of metal laying around. Which I somewhat expected, so again not a big deal. The quality seems to be really good and I am happy with the price, as well as the quality. I think the only thing that made this not an AAAA experience was that pesky hurricane Matthew.- Kane P.

CJJAM CONSTRUCTION, INC.Would have gave it a much better rating except.. It's takes them a while to get to you but when they do. They do a really nice job. And here is where the real exception comes It was a little of level at one end.. water was gathering a little over an inch and settled there. Now this is a easy fix. I am a hands on guy. But the fact is like everything else once you tinkle with it all warranties are voided. I called them twice and was told when they're in the near or around my location they will correct the problem. They never showed up. I gave up waiting for a response and so I guess I'll have to adjust it my self. Like I said simple fix , but I feel if you hire someone to do a job. The job should be 100% satisfactory. That's why only I gave them the Ratings I gave. And would not recommend to a friend or family do to the fact,, if it would happen to them I would feel bad for recommending.- david o.

DPrecision Gutters LLCWork was done March 2016. I emailed May 17 complaining that rear seam leaks and front valley shield causes water to be deflected onto front door. During a rain I took a pic and emailed to PG May 17 with the complaint. I received an email response "water is coming out end of splashguard - it needs to be 90 back towards house to create a cup to get into" and it would be corrected shortly. I emailed again June 7, June 30 and July 8 - no response. My advice - hold retainage until after it rains.- RON E.

AScreenologist IncThey arrived on time for the estimate, we're friendly, and their quote was significantly lower than the other estimate. I did get voice mail a few times when calling the office, but Ed was very responsive and always returned my calls. He and his crew preformed all the services promised in a timely manner. It was raining quite a bit that week and Ed said they would be happy to come back to ensure all the gutters were sealed completely. They do ask for half the estimate up front which made me a little nervous, but I never had any issues. I also reviewed a letter thanking me for my business. The new gutters look great and I'm very pleased with their work; I would hire them again.

AAdvantage Roofing IncThey did a tremendous job. We are very pleased with the final results. Our only complaint was there was a leak around the skylights which took them two trys to repair. Eventually all good, they were responsive on the repairs, and even with the recent rain deluges we've had in last two weeks, not a single leak. We get complements on the roof all the time. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs.
