    My review begins in 2013. Had a install of Hybrid imagine speakers in a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the sound was perfect. Very happy with Audio Itch. Fast forward to 2017. New Grand Cherokee and time for a new sound upgrade. No more Hybrid Imagines so JL audio c3s in the front and c2s in the rear. Blew the two rears pretty quick so back to Audio Itch. Still unhappy with the sound quality so Swapped the rear c2s for c3s and had a JL Fix 82 installed along with a JL Stealthbox and amp for it. Sounded horrible if driving. If sitting still it might sound good but when driving the hi fi sound would go from sounding OK to sounding like someone threw a blanket over the speakers. I would have rather had a Bluetooth speaker in my Jeep then this system. This was when listening to hi fi music from a thumb drive or while playing TIDAL. After many trips back and forth to Audio Itch I finally left the Jeep with for 3 days while on a trip to New Orleans hoping they would drive the vehicle around abit to duplicate the same sound I was hearing. When I returned I was excited to hear they found the problem. I was told I play the music to loud and I had the radio on surround sound! Really??? The sound had the same problem if the music was played low or loud. Surround sound or no surround sound. Plus they never drove the vehicle while they had it for 3 days. So after spending over 7 months to get my over 2000.00 investment to perform to its capabilities, I decided to cut ties with Audio Itch and try another shop. As soon as I explained my dilemma to the new shop they immediately knew the JL FiX 82 does not work in a Jeep Grand Cherokee! They recommended removing the FiX and exchanging for a AmpPro 4, AP-CH41. At this point I was done spending money on this system but decided to pull the trigger. What a great decision that was! My Jeep audio has NEVER sounded better and stays the same ALL the time! It is a sound audio system I am proud to share with friends when before this addition I was embarrassed to let others listen to the system knowing what I spent at Audio Itch and how many trips back to Audio Itch I had made. (I really don���t have that much time to spend going back and forth to attempt to fix a problem that should have never been.) 7 months of going back and forth. So I call Dean at Audio Itch and explained what I had discovered and asked if I could return the JL FiX 82 since it does not work in Jeeps. His reply, ��� Oh no, JL Audio wont refund me.��� Well you sure are not refunding me for a inferior product that does not work in a Grand Cherokee. Sometimes you just have to cut your losses and move on. Not worth getting mad. Would I recommend Audio Itch? NO What I would recommend is to go to a car audio installer that is equally concerned about repeat customers for audio as they are for window tinting. 1

    Catalytic converters are not cheap. They said since the metals were not similar or something, that they would have to replace it. It was there all day. What I did was I drove the car up there and then they drove me back home in another car. Then when it was ready which was around 5 o'clock, they brought a car to pick me back up so I could get my car. That was a nice thing plus they are close by. We use them all the time.

    Thanks for adding 10 years to my vehicle. My vehice was not 15 years old as you stated it was 5 years old. I worked at a car wash for 3 years while I was in high school. If you can't do a better job than a bunch of kids cleaning cars in the winter in Cleveland than you probably need to watch what your say. The service that was done on my car was ok, not good, not great. I would rather have the two guys up on Hwy 301 clean my car. I tipped them 50 dollars because they did such a nice job. They worked there butts off for the 20 dollars they were charging and I really appreciated their work ethic. Since you did not tell the truth about the age of my car. You now get this write up.

    It is a pretty new car. I paid upfront for the services. The services are not that bad, but the sales people are a bunch of crooks. I think they are pretty reasonable for the type of car I have. I would really give them a low grade for punctuality because something I detest is when they tell me to bring my car at 10 o’clock and I went there 5 to 10 and they do not take it until quarter to 11. The cars are good; they are very good cars, but of course the car is just as good as the service you get with it. I do not think I would recommend anybody. The waiting room is pretty decent. I would use them again in the future. I do not have to choice because I prepaid for my services for the next four years. So, I am obligated to stay with them, but soon as that is up, I would find somebody else.

    Unbelievable... I was sure I was in for a $4,000 dollar nightmare and four days without a vehicle then I found J & L Express transmission. After a couple hours of research on the phone and internet had my vehicle towed there. At the time this company had four positive reviews on Angie's list and nothing negative on Florida BBB. When I arrived I was a little concerned in that the business looked very congested and had little room (one work bay). Entered into discussions with the proprietor, before I was done describing what had happened ( Vehicle had loud bang then stopped moving in any gear I thought the transmission was done for), he had diagnosed a transfer case failure, told me the cost for parts and labor to fix the identified problem, to my amazement by this time he had moved the car that was in the work bay out and had my car on the lift (he understood my need for a vehicle) In the end he fixed what was broken at the agreed on price that same day. By the way I had this exact same failure 5 years ago and was charged $700 more than this time and was without a car for four days. I was so impressed with this business also had them fix an engine oil leak (rear main seal) that was needed, and yes they did that the same day included in the above cost of service. My takeaways are this is a truthful/honest business, they work hard to please customer, very reasonable pricing.

    Ted was extremely thorough and professional. We received a printout of all work that was performed and Ted has his own manual for our car with detailed notes on what he found that he will keep for future repair visits. Our car runs like a top. He will be the only person to work on our car going forward.

    Overall, the service was pretty good. I would tell them to others. The scheduling is good. They are very accommodating. For the oil change, everything went good. I had a few warranty issues in the past that I have had to take it back several times, but they worked it all out.

    Doug and Eric tinted my wife's Lexus IS 250. We were very satisfied with the tint job. Doug professionalism assured me that there are still some businesses out there that puts "Customer Service" FIRST; and I thank you for that. I will definitely use Tint Studio in the future or be sure to recommend him to my co-workers, family and friends.

    We called and spoke to Kevin and Molly to discuss options and possibly schedule an appointment prior to leaving on a trip. They are great to deal with and provided one of the highest levels of customer service we've ever experienced. Options were explained in detail and they were willing to work around our time constraints. While we decided to hold off on the bed liner for now, we will absolutely go back to them when we're ready to have it installed. I've never felt compelled to write a review for a company I didn't actually use but these folks made an impression on me and my wife with their high level of customer service. We would proudly recommend them to everyone.
