    APD Advanced Stabilization
Top notch company.from making the appointment to the finished project. TC came out in the morning and was very knowledgeable about our project.the price he quoted in my opinion was very reasonable. We explained that we were going out of town soon and he managed to get the work done that day .when the two gentlemen arrived to repair our driveway they were very friendly and courteous they explained what had to be done and moved right along to fix the issue .one slab of our driveway had sunk about two inches. The process they used was totally amazing you could never tell that it had sunk.when they were done they cleaned everything up and asked if we were satisfied and we definitely were.I definitely would recommend APD.The warranty is great, the price was right and the quality of the work was excellent very professional and friendly to deal with.great company from start to finish

They came out and filled everything up with the foam, that filled every little nook and cranny and made sure that it went all the way to the back. Their work was nice and neat. They knew what they were doing and were very knowledgeable about that they were doing. They had to move a lot to accommodate for the work. They were prompt, personable and efficient. They were able to complete the job in one day. Their price was a good value for the job that they provided and I believe I got my moneys worth. They also made recommendations and suggestions. They have a good sense of humor and you could tell they enjoyed what they do. They were complete gentleman and extremely respectful of me and my home. They also give discounts to those who were and who are in military. I would give them an A+.

    Tropical Pools of Central Florida
Remodel was done in a timely and professional manner. Ben and his team worked tirelessly to ensure our satisfaction with the end result. Their communication with us as the job progressed was excellent, unlike what we have experienced with other contractors in the past. They provided quality results along with outstanding customer service. Tropical Pools is the one and only pool builder we would highly recommend. Tom & Sandy Adabody

    COPES POOL AND PAVERS
This is the best..hands down, contractor I have ever dealt with. Jim and his " English speaking " crew were FANTASTIC. These guys, under the direction on the owners son, Brian, showed competency , talent and high degree of skill and knowledge. These guys even fixed stuff that wasn't correct when installed by the pool builders 14 years ago. This is the best and fairest job I have ever had in my 61 years of life. Jim Copes and Brian are true men of honor from the old school. You will not find a better pool or paver company. The real proof is both my cranky old dogs love them both. I have NO relationship with these guys other than I found them on Angies List and they made such a difference in our lives

    COPES POOL AND PAVERS
We are thrilled with the job - so much so that we invited Mr. Cope to put a sign in our yard.  All neighbors and friends can't believe what a wonderful difference the work makes in the appearance of our home.  He was not the lowest price, but everything he told us was right on. We interviewed 6 companies, and did on-line homework regarding the proper way to install pavers.  We did not tell the contractors that we knew how it should be done, and were quite surprised at the recommendations and methods described that would have left us with a substandard job. This job was a challenge because the machinery needed to remove the concrete drive could not fit under our carport, so Mr. Cope had to jackhammer that concrete out.  In addition, he had to prop up the carport roof, purchase longer posts, dig new footers, and reset the posts - all without damaging the carport roof.  He was within 1/4 inch of the original carport pitch! Our carport showed new leaks after the job during our first heavy rain.  Mr. Cope came out, cleaned the carport gutter and downspout., but I don't think it was his fault that it leaked, but he cleaned it anyway.  Highly recommend this company.

The guy that came was a good guy, he was very knowledgeable in all aspects; construction and material.  They finished the project in accordance to code. The work crew did not show up on time and there was a log on service being done.

Overall experience was fair. Required by insurer to repair two concrete block piers under covered porch on rear of newly purchased house. Original estimate included rebuilding/replacing these piers, leveling porch and rebuilding/replacing several other piers under porch. Arrived on time w/ three man crew. Began work promptly. Needed additional materials (block and concrete) to complete job as originally estimated which occasioned some down time. Soon after owner (myself) expanded scope of repair to include installation of additional piers, which occasioned a need for more materials. Able to easily and amicably establish revised pricing for the additional work. Crew cleaned up all debris upon completion and left all unused materials (block, sacks of concrete, etc.) for homeowner's future use. Crew worked hard (not the easiest task to remove and build concrete-reinforced block piers in the 2-1/2 to 3 foot high crawl space under the porch) and were pleasant fellows. James is a nice guy, tries and works hard, and does what he says he'll do. However, quality of work leaves a bit to be desired (which occasions my Fair rating). Although insurer accepted the work, close inspection after completion revealed some immediate doubts and long-term concerns as to the piers suitability for their purpose. Time will tell. Perhaps I should have offered more direction as to how I wanted the work accomplished. Am not unhappy with the work, but, not withstanding the insurer's acceptance, am concerned about its long term (10-20 years) viability. Not sure I would use again on this particular project, but for other less involved projects (such as cleaning, repairing and installing gutters, installing a screen door, etc.) would not hesitate to give James an opportunity to bid on the work.

I mailed a check asking to be called for scheduling. This was ignored and I came home to find the work done and an invoice taped to my door. My 50% down payment was not noted on the invoice. My drive way looks much the same, but now has with yellow stains coming out of the cracks, All of the trip hazards are still present. We called the office but they refused to come back out and were rude. Future customers are welcome to come by and look at their work.

.How did it go? It didn't. A few weeks after getting the estimate I called Jim and he said he couldn't start till July as concrete was in short supply due to construction of the new Walmart. So I waited. Called Jim and left a message asking him to call me with an estimated date. Did the same thing almost daily until July 10th. No call back, no nothing. I did consider the "dead or in jail"  possibilities but found nothing in the obituaries or recent arrest records. One would think common courtesy dictates at least a call back and maybe an apology for wasting 2 months of my time was in order. I guess not. Good luck if you give this guy a try; you'll need it!
