    Plumboss Inc
This company is fantastic. I called and Jim, the owner, answered. We set up an appointment for then next day and he came just when he said he would. He was extremely professional and replaced the faucet quickly. The price was reasonable and I was very satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services. Bravo Jim

    Crews Septic Solutions
OK, but I do feel after I did more research that the two men sent could have offered more advice on what to examine and to make sure all parts of the tank were working. I researched myself and discovered that I should make certain both in and out flows were working properly. I discovered the outflow was disconnected and all drainage did not go to the drain field. I fixed it myself as I would not trust Crews to be thorough.

    Patriot Water Systems
Patriot Water systems first installed an undersink RO, then a water softener, and Sulfur filter at my home in Alva. Prior to the owner of Patriot Water Systems coming to my residence my water was awful my dishes had spots all over them and the water smelled horrible. Once my undersink Reverse osmosis system was installed I had clean drinking water right at my kitchen faucet and then with the softener and sulfur filter my water was clean and had no smell, all my dishes were sparkling as well! I could not be happier with my experience with Patriot Water Systems, from start to finish I was kept well aware of what was going on and the finished product not only made my water great it also looks great! You can tell Daniel with Patriot Water Systems is a true professional when you see his work! I highly recommend Patriot Water Systems to anyone in need of quality affordable water treatment service.

    Miller Septic Service Inc.

At the beginning, he promised a multitude of things he would do to get the job..all to enhance his posture in the bidding.

Once the contract was signed, he demanded fifty percent down, then we did not see him for over a month. Once he did make it to the jobsite, it was hit and miss...he continually complained when contacted that he had business issues and couldn't make it out.  Finally, he subcontracted with a different firm to complete the house pad and driveway at the last possible moment--not even completing the driveway contract.  He then used promises with a subtotal invoice that the project was all but paid, if we paid it.  We paid, and then it took another month for him to complete the drainfield.  He DID NOT complete the drainage ditches, swales, or other additions he promised, and then hit us with ANOTHER 7500 dollar invoice at the end, claiming he had to add 14 additional loads of sand, which were never informed about, at 400 dollars per load.  Tom Katz of Miller Septic claimed the contract allowed them to add whatever they felt was neccssary  to complete the job...with no revision of the contract or explanation to the customer prior to execution.

Be VERY wary of this contractor!  He will pull you in with a hoard of promises, and then stick you at the end with not fulfilling half of them, while utilizing sneaky contract loopholes to overcharge for services.  he includes clauses that allow him to add numerous charges for materials that only he feels are necessary.  But in addition, his customer service is the lowest.  We had to revert to threaten him to come out and finish the job, or we would contract with someone else to finish it.  He was to install a simple septic tank and drain field, and it took him 5 months to complete!

John responded personally to my first phone call about our septic pump, and came out later that day to look over our system. As suspected, we needed a new pump, but we found out from John's inspection that we also needed new electrical service to the pump. John clearly explained how he would address each step of the problem all the way from the breaker box to the pump. Ours is an old system, but he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need ~ it was clear that bad wiring had ruined the pump. He made two valuable suggestions ~ that we install a warning light with the new pump and that we have the system pumped. John quoted our price and after a friendly discussion about the 2 year warranty, the 24 hour service, and the concept of "YGWYPF" (you get what you pay for) we shook hands and made a plan.
Although there was some initial confusion over scheduling, Moon was quick to respond. Once they arrived, Jason was the lead technician on the job; he and his assistant were very pleasant to work with, and Jason was quite knowledgeable and patient with our questions and comments. For much of the time they needed access to a part of our home that contains some delicate equipment and sentimental valuables. Both were respectful of the space and the equipment.
In addition to inside access to our home, they obviously needed to dig up our yard and cut back some bushes. We were pleasantly surprised at how careful they were when trenching the power and finding the septic lid, leaving as little damage as possible. We are very happy with the work John, Jason and the Moon crew did for us, and we will continue to use them in the future (I'm guessing that with this old system of ours, we'll become pretty good customers!!).

Arrived as scheduled and went right to work. The source of the problem turned out to be improperly installed under- the- sink plumbing. My husband and I know a lot of things, we DON'T know anything about plumbing so DM could have told us almost anything and we would have believed them (which is how we got the faulty plumbing DM was now going to have to replace!) When pipes under the sink don't have traps they allow gasto escape into the house. Dank , rank, fetid air from septic pipes. The smell is not quite as bad as open sewage, but you get the gist. Ken went right to work and though he found the connections challenging (because of the way they were originally installed) he had all the tools necessary along with all the parts and was so neat doing it, if I hadn't known what it looked like under the sink to start with I would never have known he was there! He then told us that the seal under the toilet was allowing air to escape as well. He fixed that with an additional seal and some caulk (clear, to match!). He checked the shower drain which seemed to be fine in both bathrooms. (Thank goodness something was done right!) The guest bath was next and he performed the same procedure under the sink, that toilet not needing a seal. He even put on the "putty cups" over the bolts which hold down the toilets to the floor. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about the work, the service and professionalism of either the company or the tech.We will definitelyuse them again for all our plumbing needs (which thanks to such a wonderful job shouldn't be too terribly soon!). We read the bad reviews this company received BEFORE we called them, I have to say after my experience I am not really sure why there was any kind of a problem. We got all of our service for what we consider to be a very fair price which included parts, labor and the service call. Don't hesitate to call these folks, we don't believe you will be sorry.

The plumber who came was very professional and neat. He cleaned up after the job and arrived when promised.

We supplied all the new fixtures , but we elected not to do the job ourselves as we just moved in to a new house and weren't sure my husband would have his tools on time.

I'm glad we chose to have the job done professionally especially by David Miller Plumbing

    AAA Lehigh Septic Tank Svc
    • They arrived that afternoon around 3:00 PM, pumped the 1,000 gal. tank in about 30 minutes. I asked about a new cover and the size of the tank and his opinion on the effeciency of the system. He answered my questions and advised on what to get for a new cover and they were gone within an hour. Nice guy, friendly service, prompt. Couldn't ask for more.

Went well.....alignment off on one pipe but they came back out on weekend and fixed it.......charge was reasonable but should have been under warranty period since it was installed and then I was gone for over ninety days and came back and discovered problem.....issue was resolved by meeting with owner and our splitting the cost.....will use again.

the diagnosis was done by a very competent tech. He was very  cordial and it was evident he knew his trade very well.  Most of all there was no attempt on his part to try and sell me anything I did not need.. That's a "biggie" for me!!!!  From my perspective this is a reliable and honest company and I would use them again.  Good job Aqua Systems.
